We make plans and then life takes over and does what it wants you to do. This trip to Europe was to honor a long time friend, who’s wedding is in Frankfurt Germany on a cruise down the Rhine River and then take the train to come down and relax and party for the day. Well I decided that it would be nice to see Italy since I am already close enough. I was planning on eating a lot of pasta and some Real Italian pizza! Turns out I spent the day in Rome viewing the Arts and Culture and just going with the flow as I explored ancient Rome.
I did manage to eat quite well and visit a world long gone. Or is it?
I ran into an old friend on my adventure; maybe from a past life or just my Karma. He’s a healer and is teaching a very special 2 day workshop involving long meditations that prepares one to hold the space 
for healing to take place. The meditation is similar to many other practices I have explored over the years, but this practice was so very Yin in nature. Many of my practices are very strong with Movements, Breath and Sounds. This one is Soft, Quiet and Gentle. My mind is so active so it’s very seldom that I fall into a very deep Yin Space! It’s different for the way I am wired. I do go into deep spaces in my qigong and sometimes in a practice I am able to leave my physical form and heal others from my Second and Third body! That’s when everything goes on auto Pilot and the energy takes over!
Like most of my adventures Spirit takes over and I am guided to be a Doctor/Healer.
I’ll look forward to sharing this energy with you on my return. I plan on teaching the healing work so you can enhance your own healing and pass the work on to others!
