I’ve been out to the stores and people are freaking out. Long lines, empty shelves and panic stricken folks! I called my friend Jeanette in Michigan and she reports the same thing. I also spoke to a friend in the Cayman Islands and they are running out of basic stuff and waiting at the port for shipments of stuff like tissue, water and hand sanitizer!
If you look at it nothing has really happen yet, but people are living in fear. Fear of the unknown. What Fear does is affect the kidneys. It will cause lower back pain, knee pain, ear ache and your body will be riddled with fear which will cause your immune system to break down.
Folks this is the time to get into deep Meditation. Calm down, sit with a cup of tea, relax and ask yourself, “Who am I right now?” Take a deep breath and relax deeper and know you will be okay.
Yes there are precautions to be taken. Keeping your environment clean is paramount. Wash hands diligently, stay out of crowds, busy stores, buffets etc. Now is a good time to go for long walks at the park, exercise outdoors in your backyard and eat properly. Lots of Superfoods, Vitamin C, Zinc and Elderberry two boost your Immune System.
So relax, breathe long and deep through your nose and out your mouth.
Chances are you will be just fine!
