Winter Kidney Sexual Health
We are in winter now!
The element that is most active this time of the
Year is the kidneys.

Servings: 6 servings
• 1 tablespoon of oil (coconut or olive)
• 2 lb beef bones, deer or elk (
• 3 qt of filtered water
• 1 1/4 teaspoon of pink sea salt
• 6 allspice berries
• 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
• 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
• 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 lb organic potatoes , diced
3 sprigs of cilantro, chopped
3 carrots chopped
1 large yellow onion chopped
1 stalk of celery
1. Place the bones in the oven at 400 degrees for
15 to 20 minutes.
2. Chop the carrots, celery and onion and sauté in
oil until brown. (Don’t overcook, they get mushy)
3. Place the bones in a large NON- aluminum pot
add the water and then add the vegetables and
add a teaspoon of salt, allspice, oregano, garlic,
and a pinch of pepper.
4. Add the potato, Simmer covered until everything
is cooked through.
5. Add the cilantro and season with salt and
