I could feel a subtle change in the air, a sense of autumn even though it’s still hot in South Florida. The skies are full of clouds and bursting with colors; that’s a sign that things are starting to change.
The meditation started and I felt my energy moving as if I was sitting on a giant rocket ship and being propelled out into space. The next thing, the Guru told me I could come back into the room now although it seemed like the meditation only took minutes an hour passed.
The word Doctor, Guru and Lama all come from the same root word TEACHER. We will always need strong leaders to uplift us and to educate the masses. If there is a government, a leader or anyone who limits your growth, or your education, BEWARE
If your immune system is strong, you just don’t get sick. Of course I do all of the logical things like washing my hands, avoiding being in the wind, staying up late and eating a junk food diet.
