Acupuncture, longevity, Recharging Qi Gong

My interview with the man in red

Last night I was awakened to a loud thump.
I shot out of bed, grabbed my trusty Louisville Slugger and
crept to the front room where I could sense someone moving in
the dark.

He must have heard me because he turned to face me. I had my
bat raised high but he said “listen son, I don’t have time to
play ball but if you could pour me a cup of tea I’d be happy to
take a quick break and chat for a while.”

Dressed in all red with a long white beard, there he was, the
man himself. I couldn’t believe my eyes, I said “you’re…” but
before I could finish he cut me off.

“Please call me Nick” he said with a smile on his face.
I went to the kitchen, put on the kettle, and made a pot of my
best Chinese Green Tea.

“I have so many questions” I began to ramble as I poured the
tea.

“You look much younger than your pictures, how old are you
really?”
“How do you stay so fit?”
“How do you keep warm and never get sick?”
“How do you get all this work done in one night?”
“You’re balance must be great to work on roofs all the time,
how do you do it?”
“You’re thinner than I expected, how’s misses Nick?”

The old man started by laughing “Ho Ho Ho – you and I are not
so different, once long ago I too wanted the answers to all
these questions.”

He then began to tell me all his secrets. He told me the most
important thing was to keep smiling and laughing. He told me
about the secret sound “Ho” and how it kept his heart healthy,
the great Qi Gong masters use this sound too!

He told me he never drinks coffee, too hard on the kidneys and
adrenals. He uses Cocoa and occasionally green tea as
stimulants when he needs to work late.

He told me about the special medicine he makes from the antlers
of his reindeer to keep his back strong, kidneys strong, and
the misses Nick happy too. Just like in Chinese Medicine, this
was amazing.

He told me about how he used the color Red to feel lucky and
joyful he sounded just like Feng Shui master.

He showed me a few exercises that he does so that he never
loses his balance and I was surprised how similar, if not
exact, it was to the Recharging Qi Gong I teach at
http://rechargingqigong.com

I offered him more tea but apparently one cup was enough. He
wished me a Merry Christmas and in a blink of an eye he was
gone.

I went back to bed chuckling to myself “ho ho ho” with a grin
on my face.

When I awoke I thought surely this must have been a dream but
as I shut my front door and began to leave for the office what
did I see. A small red package marked “For Dr. Wu Dhi”.

Inside was a brand new set of acupuncture needles made of gold,
the kind you can’t get any more and a small bottle
labeled “Nick’s Best Antler Medicine – Men Only.”

I still don’t know what to make of it all but somehow I feel
even more assured that what I teach works.

It works for the Man in Red to keep him Happy, Healthy and full
of Cheer and I know it will work for you too.

Wishing you all the best in this season of many holidays,

Dr. Wu Dhi
