Qi gong, Recharging Qi Gong

Holiday Weekend Qi Gong Workout

The Recharging Qi Gong is an energizing routine that you can
learn and practice quickly, that’s why I created the program.

But when you have a little more time, on say a holiday weekend,
you might want to do a little more.

Here’s how I did it yesterday:

I was up early and on the beach by 6:00 AM Sunday morning to
watch the Big Ball of Fire come up over the Atlantic Ocean and
it was beautiful.

Even at 6:00 AM there were way more people moving about than
usual but I was not detoured in the slightest in staking out my
spot to practice Qi Gong.

I always start out with a 15 minute standing meditation and I
practice the one through ten meditation I teach every body in
the “3 Internal Secrets of Qi Gong”.

After I’ve powered up with the deep breathing and
visualizations I go right into the Recharging Qi Gong Exercise.

I can go through the entire routine in 15 to 20 minutes with no
problem.

Next the Dao Zou, (walking backwards exercises) if you don’t

I ended my practice by doing the Flying Crane Qi Gong set and
1/2 of the Automatic Move. (You can still find my Flying Crane
DVD on Amazon but I’m probably going to create an entire
program on this form like I did for the Recharging Qi Gong)

The entire training time took about 2 hours and by the time I
was finished the beach was packed.

Instead of 1 or 2 people passing by and maybe joining in I had
about 15 people standing and watching.

Everybody was having fun and the sun was already starting to
heat things up.

I can tell it’s going to be a great holiday just because of the
way I feel.

If you’re up early Monday I suggest you hit the beach, or the
park, or a nice open place outside before it starts to heat up
and before people fire up their grills.

Get in an early workout, even if it’s just a walk, and I
guarantee you’ll feel great the rest of the day.
