What Are The Magic Numbers That Make Or Break You?

images-1For the most part, we want to belong and be
accepted by our friends and family. But maybe we
are doing things that endanger our health and
don’t even know it. Maybe we aren’t reading the
labels on the foods we buy, or don’t know what we
should eat and avoid. Or we could be going to
fastfood restaurants even if there isn’t anything
healthy for us there. For the most part,
restaurants cook for taste and not for health.
Maybe we are too stressed out and aren’t working
to change it.

Here is a list of things that will make your life
better and things that will make your life worst.

What can make you better:
1.Getting proper sleep 6 to 8 hours a day
2.Eating at least 1 meal with someone every day
3.Exercising at least 3 days a week for an hour
4.Eating 5 different colored foods a day;red,
white, yellow, blue, and green. It can be fruits
or veggies. Variety is the spice of life.
5.Drinking 5 to 8 glasses of water a day

What can make you worse:
1.Watching TV more than 2 hours a day
2.Eating too much salt. How much sodium is too
much? Aim for 2,300 milligrams of sodium or less
per day. That’s about tsp. Evidence shows that
consuming too much sodium can raise blood
pressure, which is a risk factor for stroke. High
blood pressure can also lead to heart disease,
kidney disease, and congestive heart failure.
3.If you are driving more than 20 miles to and
from work, it’s a big stressor.
4.Losing your sexual fluids more than a few times
a week can really drain your energy.
5.Taking the same prescription for 6 months in a
row without having your doctor recheck your
bloodwork and re-evaluate you.

Start making your life better all the time. Look
at the better list and see which ones you can
start today. Then, look at the other list and see
which ones you need to stop doing immediately. Do
