Big Changes For The USA


On August 7th, we had a lunar eclipse affecting

the USA very strongly and number 45 as well.

Eclipses are very strong planetary aspects that

affect the entire planet. This recent eclipse was

crossing over the United States and could be seen

with the naked eye from Georgia to Seattle. To

make things more complicated, Mercury has gone

retrograde on August 11th which affects

communications, travel and small appliances.

Mercury will not go direct until September 5th. It

is a good time to get all your files, paper work

and goal setting together. It will bring back

things that you haven’t handled and give you a

second opportunity to clear up your life. But,

there is more on the 21st of August. There will be

a solar eclipse with a lot of energy and a lot of

changes, whether you are ready or not.

Every morning at around 6 o’clock, I leave my

house while it is still dark to begin my Qi Gong

practice. I watch the sun come up, and the world

becomes awake again. Everything is quiet; there is

no traffic and there are hardly any people around.

I like to start off by doing some practices that

most people find strange. I walk backwards for at

least five hundred steps and, then, I spin like a

Whirling Dervish. I spin twenty-one times in one

direction, regain my balance, and spin twenty-one

times in the opposite direction. The other day, a

guy came up to me, and asked why I did these

exercises. I told him, “Most people in life at

this time are spinning around and others seem to

be going backwards. I train for it.” When I walk

backwards, I actually improve my balance and open

up my peripheral vision. When I spin, I improve my

balance. I remember when I was younger, we would

spin in circles and lay down on the grass and

watched the clouds circulate. When we get older,

we no longer spin. In fact, we are afraid of

getting dizzy and falling over. When you do these

types of exercises, you are actually training your

body to become younger again. After I finish

these, I go right into Recharging Qi Gong


followed by the Flying Crane Qi Gong
