Creating A Life Of Happiness And Well-Being

 

The morning was very interesting. I woke up and
went out to the garden. It was cold for Florida in
the fifties. Brrr! I couldn’t wait to jump into
the sauna to warm up and continue reading Swami
Vishnu’s new book on the drama. The infrared sauna
is a great way to detox, and it gives me time to
relax and read and prepare myself for the morning
meditation. This morning, I focused on one of the
wrathful deities to clear the day of any possible
obstructions that may be blocking my energy, or
the ability to clear someone of any form of
dis-ease. Today is a special day, I knew it as
soon as I woke up as my dreams were very clear and
I was lucid most of the night.

Since my birthday last December, my life has
opened up to more spiritual work and longevity
practices. Whether you realize it or not, your
health is your wealth. Without health, there is no
happiness, no peace and no success. A person with
bad health cannot enjoy the pleasure of being
wealthy. Health is more valuable than money. But a
healthy person remains in a state of bliss and
happiness. I have found that, by practicing Qi
Gong on a daily basis and spending at least half
in meditation, I have been able to retain my
happiness, flexibility, agility and have reversed
my aging process by fifteen to twenty years. I
take no medicine and I don’t need it. I have been
able to avoid surgery and, for the most part, all
injuries that would debilitate me in any way. It’s
no secret how I managed to stay years younger than
my friends, family and peers who are half my age.

Have I tweaked your interest?

I sure we all want to avoid sickness and pain that
come with a poor lifestyle and will leave you
older and dependent on others. I want to avoid Old
Man Time as long as I can. How am I doing it?
Three simple steps:
1. Eat organic, plant-based diet, with some
protein a few times a month, and drink plenty of
clean water and green drinks.
2. Meditate every day and get at least 5 hugs a
day.
3. Practice longevity exercises.

That’s it. Keep it simple and consistent, and make
it fun.
