Acupuncture, Anti-aging, Medical Qi Gong

Are you Open or Closed to Qi Gong?

Are you Open or Closed?

One night, while speaking on the phone with one of my
students about Medical Qi gong and acupuncture, I was reminded of why I do what I do.

What I do as a teacher and healer is both a treatment and a
consultation.

There is only so much that I can do with acupuncture and medical qigong

when I see you in the
office, the rest of it you need to be able to do on your own
and it needs to be something easy for you to do.

It’s also why I share the very same things I myself practice
every day to stay young and strong even at 63.

If the Recharging Qi Gong works for me I know it will work for
you as well as the hundreds, if not thousands of people, I’ve
already shared them with in the past.

What I was reminded of last night is the most important thing I
teach and I want to share it with you now.

It’s the simple shift that happens when you take the time to
notice if you are Open or Closed.

Even if you are Closed and know it, it’s so important to stop
and notice. This is what begins all the changes.

When we open to the flow of Qi we open to something way beyond
just the proper function of the body to keep us stronger,
healthier, and living longer.

We are actually opening up to that force that is living us.

My practice of Medical Qi Gong extends way beyond a healing
practice that I do in the office or the powerful exercises I
have be able to share with others.

It is who I am.

The whole foundation of what I do as a healer and teacher can
be defined in three words “Open or Closed”.

This is the true Key to the Qi.

When we are Open we experience the world as it is and receive
the stimulus and nourishment that we need to grow.

When we are Closed we choke the flow of stimulus and energy and
create a feedback loop of tension that blocks the fresh energy
from entering into us.

Being Closed can manifest in a number of ways but mostly it is
a symptom of fear or reactivity.

When we stay Closed the emotions, breathing, movement, and
organs begin to weaken, (in that order)

In the Recharging Qi Gong we:

  • Open the Movement,
  • Open the Breathing,
  • Open to Happiness and Energy,
  • Open the proper function of the Organs.

(also in that order)

Every day we are naturally brought a new bag of tensions, if
not a result of our own efforts to grow beyond what we
currently are, they are often thrust upon us by others
struggling with their own experience.

This is why I ALWAYS teach the tension release exercise to my
students and give these precious teachings to you as a gift
when you purchase the Recharging Qi Gong.

You need to have both power building exercises and tension
release exercises
.

Its not enough to just continually ramp up the Qi in your
system, you need to open to a flow of something even greater
than yourself.

The good news is that you are already plugged in to the
Universal Qi. It is the Sun, the Wind, the Water, and all the
treasures of the Earth. But it is also something more.

Our capacity to be a conduit of this energy increases when we
Open deeper and the stronger the flow of this force will be in us.

This is the meaning of being “In Flow”.

The sad thing is that most consider this wondrous state of Flow
a rare and miraculous occurrence and not the norm.

Some of the greatest Chinese Masters and Healers were living
examples of being constantly in Flow. A long, healthy, and
abundant life follows naturally.

I’ve given away several great secrets in this email that if you
were paying attention will serve you for life but the real
message behind what I do is that by practicing a little Qi Gong
and a little meditation every day you do way more for yourself
than you can imagine.

If you haven’t done so yet, don’t put it off any longer, check
out what is waiting for you at http://rechargingqigong.com .

My sincerest wish is that you recognize what it is that I’m giving you when you purchase the Recharging Qi Gong and what it is that I want you to accomplish in your life.

It’s why I became a healer and a teacher.

It’s why I do what I do.

Wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness,
