Build Your Three Treasures

This morning I met with a few students to train on
the beach at sunrise. I we started out with the
standing practices and moved into the Recharging
Qi Gong and ended with the Tibetan Qi Power set.

This kind of training works on all three bodies
(physical, energetic and physical) to build Jing,
Qi and Shen the Chinese call this the Three
Treasures. – That is what we are cultivating in
the Qi Gong and the internal practices. When you
are consistent and have regular practice, this
wi ll build Essence, Vitality and Spirit.

The Three Treasures are consisted of the Jing, Qi
and Shen. The Jing is related more with our
physical body and is stored in the lower dantian,
located around four inches below your navel. The
Jing is the root of our Vitality. When we lose
Jing it is usually lost through excessive stress
or wo rry. It is also depleted in men when there is
excessive ejaculation, and in women when there is
an abnormally heavy menstruation or from having
too many children. But our Jing can be rebuilt
through Qi Gong, Diet and herbs.

Qi is known as life-force energy, natural energy,
or energy flow. The literal translation of Qi is:
“breath”, “air”, or “gas.” A strong life force
makes a human being totally alive, alert and
present while a weak force results in sluggishness
and fatigue.

When we train we are building and cultivating the
Three Treasures and strengthening our life force.

We trained for a few hours and then swam for
around a ½ hour the ocean where this time of the
year is cool and refreshing. By the time we left
the beach I was charged up and really hungry.

Marie invited all of us to have lunch at her
house. She has been in the USA for 30 years from
Cuba, but she didn’t lose any of her Cuban charm
or her cooking skills. She made a traditional
Cuban dish that was so delicious (Arroz Con Pollo)
Chicken and rice. Wow! I’ve eaten dish at a
restaurant before but there is a world of
difference when it is made at home, the vibration
of the love put into the food was like eating a
pure Qi infusion. When ever some one puts a lot of
love and caring into the food they make and serve
it charges it up and if that person who cooks for
you practices energy work like Qi Gong, meditation
or yoga there energy if infused into the meal. To
tell you the truth this is the only food I want to
eat.
If a person is sick, angry or upset make sure
you say a prayer over your food to change the vibe
before you put it into your mouth it will protect
you from ingesting bad Qi and keep you much
< strong>healthier.

I practice daily and encourage my patient’s
students and friends to do the same. If you are
new to energy work, pick up a copy of the

Although this is an advance practice, it’s easy to
learn and build your three Treasures within.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
