Anti-aging, energy, Energy work, Medical Qi Gong

Is Your doctor Healthy?

I have a friend who lives in Europe but visits the
United States every few months, and right now, she
is being hit energetically from all sides. Her
beloved brother has cancer and she has taken on
the responsibility of seeing that all of his
treatments are going fine. The problem is she is
also a doctor and understands how to read the
blood work far too well and is continually looking
over her brother’s oncologist’s shoulder.
This is stressing out everyone including her
brother and the other doctors as well. It’s no
wonder doctors don’t treat their own families.
There is far too much emotions involved in
treating people that you are attached to. All in
all, everyone is stressed to the max. Although she
is a tough cookie, that cookie is starting to
crumble under the pressure. That’s not all. Her
best girlfriend is sick and no one seems to know
exactly what she has, even after a battery of
tests. And there is more. Her personal
relationship with her husband and children is in
the dumps.

Like most busy doctors, she has no time for
anything and is generally a bundle of nerves. She
is forgetting the most important thing:
self-cultivation. I suggested that she comes in
to see me more than once in a while but she always
seems to have an excuse why she can’t make it.
This is just like the story of “The Cobbler’s
Children Go Unshod.” The cobbler spends so much
time looking after his customers’ needs that he
has no time for his children. And there is another
story of a holy man that was walking in the
mountains and came across a naked man, freezing in
the snow. The holy man asked him, “Why are you
here with no clothing?” The man said he was robbed
of all of his possessions and the thieves even
took his clothes and left him to die. The holy man
who had a lot of compassion for his fellowman
shared his clothes with the naked man. And do you
know what happened? They both died!

You need to take care of yourself first, and then,
you will have the capacity to take care of others.
In order to help others, you have to stay in
tip-top condition. I know this from direct
experience. I see sick people all day, some with
just common colds and others with debilitating
disease. If I don’t take care of myself on a daily
basis, how in the world can I ever take care of
the world’s problems? That’s why, I train. I train
hard and I train daily. I make sure that I am in
tip-top shape. I certainly don’t train to make my
muscles bigger. I don’t really need big muscles. I
train in internal exercises to keep myself
flexible, agile, and most importantly, to keep my
internal organs strong and healthy. The internal
exercises are thousands of years old and are known
as longevity exercises. These exercises are the
true anti-aging formula. Sure, diet and nutrition
play an important role in staying healthy, and
exercise as well. But the trick is knowing what
exercises to do. When you do the internal exercise
such as the Recharging Qi Gong Program or the
Flying Crane Qi Gong Program, you can stay
healthy, strong, and vibrant no matter what.

I have trained thousands of people in Qi Gong over
the years. Many of them are doctors and
professionals who would spend hours at the gym or
doing calisthenics, and by the end of the week,
their stresses cause them to collapse. Now that
they’re doing the internal exercises, they
reported having more energy than ever and can
handle their stresses with no problem. Check it
out for yourself. Get a copy of the Recharging Qi
Gong Program and start training your stresses
away.

internal exercises. But, if you do internal
exercises, you don’t have to do external
exercises.” Stay healthy.
