What to do when you Party to hard

This morning I was reading the New England Journal of Medicine
they did a survey shows that only 61% of Americans in the 70’s
were satisfied with their health.

In the 80’s only 55% were satisfied.

The percentage of people who felt healthy enough to do the
things they wanted to do is declining. There is more illness
today then ever. There are very few people walking around today
that aren’t suffering from some sort of disease or Dis-Ease.

I say Dis-Ease because that’s what it is to be sick, you no
longer feel at Ease. Your emotions are affected as much as your
body. Even when you’re not sick negative emotions and fear can
make you sick.

I have a patient that I have been treating and the doctors have
scared her beyond belief by telling her what she “might” have.

You can’t afford to leave your health up to others not even the
best doctors, the more time and energy you put into your own
health the longer you can stay symptom free.

The more time you focus on fears and negative emotions that
faster you’ll destroy your body.

I’ll give you an example I have a good friend lives in southern
California and her 22 year old daughter lives here in Miami.
She receives a call from daughter, “I am sick” she says.

She freaks out as she is in California and can’t do anything.

She tells her daughter to call me.

When I get her on the table I can find the root cause.

It turnouts that the daughter has been partying hard and heavy
for a few months and now her glands are swollen, she has flu
like symptoms, and her energy is totally run down.

The daughter of my friend is surprised when I confront her
with “there is nothing wrong with you other than partying to
hard and abusing your body”. Chinese medicine is a very precise
art it’s difficult to pass off abusive behavior for being sick.

I can read your body like a map.

The very first thing she said to me is “don’t tell my mother!”
I was able to get her feeling better the same day but the best
medicine in this case is a little education.

Imagine having a garbage can that you through all your garbage
in and they come once a week and empty it for you. No problem,
but if the garbage men go on strike for a few months what
happens? The garbage overflows the next thing you know there
are maggot’s, rats, fly’s, and it stinks.

That’s exactly how our bodies work if you empty the junk out by
getting proper exercise, diet, saunas, dry brushing, cleaning
out your colon, and drinking plenty of clean water, your
personal garbage can doesn’t fill up as quickly.

If you’re the type that parties hardy it doesn’t take too long
before the so called garbage starts to overflow and you have
some kind of dis-ease.

That’s just where my friend’s daughter is at, too much garbage
in and nothing out.

In Chinese medicine they say that if there is a block in Qi
flow it causes stagnation then we get backed up in our system
and in no time you have some kind of disease.

When you practice Qi Gong you keep the Qi flowing in all the
meridians.

You can prevent both Qi and blood stagnation eliminate pain, as
you restore your energy.

If you keep the energy moving the body will naturally throw out
any sickness, but if you’re the couch potato type your asking
for it soon or later.

Remember it’s harder to hit a moving target that’s why I train
and I train every day to stay on top of my own health game.

know a pain pill is a bandage for a problem that will only keep
raising its ugly head until it’s taken care of.
