night and missed a huge ice and snow storm.
I hear that the temp dropped
down to 4 degrees, that’s too cooool for me.

These incredible gentlemen travel all over
the world, counseling governments and
multi-national corporations on there possibilities
for financial growth, from a different prospective
than most.
They are masters at watching and predicting
cycles.

They brought me Ray’s new book
“Forecast 2011” by Ray Merriman.
This is a really excellent overview of
the year 2011 with Special attention on
cycles with Geocosmic signatures related
to global and national economies,
stock markets, currencies, precious metals
markets,grain markets, crude oil, interest
rates, the United States and its President,
the federal reserve board and weather
patterns.

Ray has developed a very interesting approach
to mastering cycles.

He is well versed in the language of both market
analysis and astrology.

In one part of the book I came across a list of
good days and bad days for 2011 that I’ll
share with you.
The good days indicate favorable
times to schedule important meetings,
gatherings,or anything that you wish
to proceed smoothly and harmoniously.
The bad days are just the
opposite.

I’d like to share everything with you but
that wouldn’t be far to Ray so here
is a peek:

The Good times dates are May 2nd to June 5th
and July 18th to August 1st.

The bad days are February 2nd to 26th
and March 21st to May 1st

The book is full of goodies like that
but that’s all I can reveal.

I am not sure if there any books left
but you can try to pick up a
copy of Forecast 2011 by Ray Merriman
by calling Seek it Publications
1-800-662-3349.

Whenever I plan a workshop or even a
lecture, I always take a look at
his calendar and make sure that I am
on a good day and avoid all the
bad days.

The book has been really a good guide
for me and I am sure it can be
helpful for you too.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS.
If you are stressing out over what to do
and when to do it
It’s time to let go of all of that and

When you live in Miami you can go for weeks
at a time not even speaking to one American,
Miami is really an international city.
This morning I worked out with a group of
Venezuelan who now live here,
we had breakfast at the French bakery.
There wasn’t an American in the place,
hardly anyone spoke English and the ones
that did had an accent that you could cut
with a knife, it was that thick.

When I was leaving I wished everyone a
great weekend and a Happy “Labor Day”,
That’s when the questions popped up.

What the heck is Labor Day any way?
To tell you the truth I had to look it
up on Google when I got home to see what
it was all about, when came about and what it really means.

“Labor Day, the first Monday in September,
is a creation of the labor movement and is
dedicated to the social and economic
achievements of American workers.
It constitutes a yearly national tribute
tothe contributions workers have made to
the strength, prosperity, and well-being
of our country.
They say it‘s more than 100 years after
the first Labor Day observance,
there is still some doubt as to who
first proposed the holiday anyway.”

Well America, we have a problem as we
all know.
Our the unemployment rate as of this
week is 9.6%. Not to much labor going on
right now.
1 out of every 10 people
you see on the street is out of work.

I have friends, patients and students
who are calling my office daily freaking
out over money, job and their health.

Money seems to covers up a lot of things
that people don’t want to look at,
feel, talk about or deal with.
They have avoided things for the last 10,
20, 30 or 40 years and low and behold they
are being forced to now open their eyes and
take a good look at what’s going on now.

People are stressed out, getting sick and
for the most part don’t have a clue what to do.

There are so many things one can do to make
their lives better, it would blow your mind
if you knew how easy it is to turn things
around.
In the program “Turn Stress Into Power”
I explain in detail what you can do to
turn your STOPS into STEPS.

People in general have put their attention
into things that now seem to have little
importance.
They forgot to pay attention to their health,
mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually
for years and it’s all coming up now to bite
them in the ass.

You can make changes right now.
Here are some simple things that you can
do to turn things around.
Starting this today they will make a world
of difference in your life and your families.

1.Get off your butt and start doing a regular
exercise, I know your back, knee or head hurts.
That’s no excuse. There is always something you
can do. Yoga, Qi Gong, Walking, Swimming
start a program today, No Matter What.

2.If you are a smoker ,drinker or a drugger
give it up for 6 weeks. Keep a journal
of how your feeling, what you get accomplish,
the quality of your health mentally and
physically and at the end of the 6 weeks
re-evaluate your life.
If its no better you can always go
back to your old habits.

3.Start imaging what you want in your life,
when you want it, how you want it and what
you are willing to do to get it.

The list can go on and on giving you valuable
info and positive suggestions to make your life
better, making you more powerful and encouraging
you to be all you can be.But there is no need.

I’ll stopping here.
Three a powerful number in all traditions
and if you follow these three steps
without a shadow of a doubt you will have
positive changes.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student of various traditions he as received various names and titles over the years as is appropriate in those schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama. Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.

Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health care for over 30 years and a master of Medical Qi Gong. Dr. Wu Dhi completed his advance studies in neurology under the direction of Professor Sun at the prestigious Heilongjiang, University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Harbin P.R.China.

Most of us think that a cold is something that you get in the
winter.
You know those cold days- you get your feet wet, a chill goes
through your body and the next thing you know you got a
whopping cold that knocks you out for a week!

The Summer time doesn’t seem to be the cold season,
but low and behold I am seeing heards of people with summer
colds in my Holistic Practice of Acupuncture.

What the Heck is a Summer Cold anyway?
It can be just an allergy like hay fever, also known as rhinitis-
an allergy that gives you a number of unwanted symptoms,
similar to a cold
• Itchy nose, mouth, eyes, throat, skin, or any area
• Problems with smell
• Runny nose
• Sneezing
• Tearing eyes

These symptoms occur shortly after you come into contact
with the substance you are allergic to and they just don’t go
away until you get away from the allergens or you strengthen
your immune system.

The summer cold is a different creature, when we have a cold
the body goes through many changes.
A cold can come from one of many different types of viral
pathogens.

But remember a cold is a cleansing process to
Clear the Body of Excesses.

If you have been over drinking, overeating, and indulging to
excess, chances are you will get a cold or flu to flush out your
system

                          “A Natural Detox”.

In Chinese medicine grief and sadness is the emotion associated
with the lungs. The lungs open to the nose; this means that the lungs influence
all the sinuses, bronchial, air passageways, and the nose itself.
Colds often start when we are tired or under stress, sad or have
too much grief in our lives.

Symptoms of a Summer Cold:
· Runny nose
· Sore throat
· Watery eyes
· Headache
· Achy body
· Coughing
· Low energy
· Fever

The good news is the Summer Cold is usually gone within a week.

My Grandmother had many home brewed treatments to cure
a cold such as gargle with salt water for a sore throat.
Take 1 gram of Vitamin C every hour until you got the runs,
and suck on Zinc lozenger.
She claimed these were a sure cure for a cold.
My mother said.” When I was a child my mother would give us
a syrup consisting of a whole onion that was cooked slowly in sugar
water until it got syrupy and them she would make us drink it.”
I asked if it worked and mom said she forgot.

9 Ways To help prevent a cold:

*Wash your hands often

* Stay out of the wind

*Drink 8 to 10 ounces of clean water a day

* Avoid touching your face, especially the nose, mouth, and eye.

* Prevent the spreading of the virus by using paper cups.

* Clean doorknobs, light switches, telephones, remote controls,
and sinks.

*Use paper towels in the kitchen and bathroom for hand washing.

* Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night and when you have a cold take a
nap in the hottest part of the day.

• De- stress yourself, if you are stressed it weakens your immune
system and you are more likely to catch a cold

Stay tuned for part 2 of How to avoid a summer cold

I wish you the best in your Health,Wealth and Happiness

Early Saturday morning around 6:30 , I received a distress call from Mairlynn, the Mango lady.
I usually don’t get a call from her this early in the growing season.
She is the owner of Hatcher Hill Mango Farm. www.hatchermangohill.com.
It’s a small farm about 3+ acres large with more mangoes than I’ve ever seen.
They are all organically grown, not to mention are the biggest and best darn
mangoes I have ever tasted.

I usually visit the 60 year old farm a few times each season to feast on the mangoes.
Those farmers, in general, are really hard workers – picking, packing and shipping
mangoes is a back breaking job.
In fact, that’s how I became friends with the Hatchers.

It was about 14 years ago when I discovered Hatcher Hill Mango farm.
I was driving up to see my parents and I saw the sign, “Organic Mangoes for sale.”
I drove up the dirt road to the farm, when I got the top of the hill,
I couldn’t believe my eyes, there were tables of the largest mangoes I’ve ever seen.
Man this was a real find, “I love mangoes.”

I jumped out of the car and as I was picking out the mangoes that I wanted,
I heard the Mango Lady say. “My back is really sore.” I told her I could fix that and
within seconds,
I was in the farm house in seconds putting acupuncture needles in the mango lady’s
back and doing Medical Qi Gong. We’ve been friends ever since.

But, let’s get back to the distress call.
The Mango Lady called and said she could hardly walk, that’s always bad but just
before the mangoes ripen, it’s a really BIG problem.
She said it all hit the fan at the same time and she needed some help.
I got into the “Chi-mobile” and drove up to the farm in Boynton Beach.

It’s true, STRESS can cause more health problems that lifting heavy boxes
of mangoes all day or any physical work.
So, I had a long chat with the Mango Lady about stress
and what it does to people.

Stress is the # 1 killer in the USA – causing more heart problems, cancers,
mental and emotional problems than anything else.

We went over exercises and relaxation techniques together that are in my
“Turn Stress into Power Program.”
We worked for about half an hour on the meditations and the internal exercises,
to turn those stresses around and use them to her advantage.

Long story short, by the time I left Hatcher Hill, she was feeling 100% better!
So why not turn your personal stress into power too? It’s as easy as one, two – FREE!
