What ya Doing for the Winter Solstice?

The Winter Solstice:

The Winter Solstice:

What Ya Doing for the  Winter Solstice?

We will be moving into winter in a few days. The

Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year.

In China, the Dōngzhì Festival which

literally means “the extreme of winter” is

celebrated on the Winter Solstice, and is one of

the most important festivals celebrated by the

Chinese. This year, it falls on December 22. The

origins of this festival can be traced back to the

yin and yang philosophy of balance and harmony in

the universe. The original concept of yin and yang

came from the observation of nature and the

environment. “Yin” originally referred to the

shady side of a slope while “yang” referred to the

sunny side. Some examples include heaven and

earth, day and night, water and fire, active and

passive, male and female, and hot and cold. All

things have yin and yang properties.

The Solstice is celebrated by many cultures all

over the world, and there are temples dedicated to

it, the Stonehenge being one of them. After this

celebration, there will be days with longer

daylight hours, therefore, an increase in positive

energy flowing. I will be doing my practices more

intensely from today until the New Year as well as

increasing my Yin Qi gong practices until spring.

Every time the season changes, I do an anti-aging

program to improve my overall health and

happiness. That means that every 3 months, I’ll do

a special something aside from my daily health

regimen to stay in good shape, dis-ease free,

young, and agile. I might begin a new meditation,

or change my diet to only eat fruit or raw foods

for a week. Sometimes, I’ll do a cleansing and

detox my system, or get a colonic. I do see

conventional doctors now and then just to make

sure all is running smoothly, and I get my blood

tested, and see my dentist regularly. It’s

important to keep tabs on your health mentally,

physically, and spiritually. I suggest that you

start journaling to see if your health is getting

better or worse and make the right choices to stay

on a healthy program. I took the ALCAT test to see

what foods I can’t tolerate and changed my diet

accordingly. You can slow down the natural aging

process and stay 10, even 20, years younger than

your biological age by eating the right foods,

doing the right internal practices, and staying

balanced.

A few weeks ago, I saw a Tibetan Lama who

practices an ancient form of medicine called Sowa

–Rigpa medicine. His diagnosis incorporates pulse

analysis and urinalysis. He taught me meditations

to clear up any lingering karma that I wasn’t

attending to or has overlooked, plus a lot more.

Your spiritual practices are as important as your

physical and mental health, and I am not talking

about your religion or going to a church.

Spiritual work has to do with your relationship to

a higher being or higher source and has no dogma

attached to it.

The strongest days to get a treatment of

acupuncture or medical Qi gong are the 3 days

before, the day of, and the 3 days after the

Solstice. I am almost all booked up, so if you

want to use the season to the maximum, call in and

set up your treatment today at 305-407-0120. I am

having my Thermography redone this week with a

brand new technology that Dr. Carola Cuenca has

brought to Miami. If you want to get in for a

treatment and evaluation, she will be available

from December 20th until December 24th. Call now

to get an appointment at 305-407-0120 before the

time is gone.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

Happiness.

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. Call today and get your health in order

before the New Year. Call 305-407-0120.

The Cast is Off

The Cast is Off

After breaking my wrist 5 weeks ago, they put my arm in a cast,

I learned
that there are many things that I can do with my
less dominant hand, such as tightening up my belt,
buttoning my shirt, and pulling up my fly. Over
the years since I was 12, I have been physically
practicing martial arts, biked long distances,
worked out at the gym 6 days a week, swam, snow-
and water-skied, mountain climbed, and
rollerbladed. I also spent years practicing
internal exercises, including yoga, Qi Gong, and
Tai Chi, and never broke a bone in my body. Some
say I was just lucky, but I believe it was because
I always kept in excellent shape my entire life.
My brother used to call me a health fanatic and a
workout junkie, long before the workout craze
happened in the USA. I have always put health as
number 1 in my life, and for a good reason. Our
health is our wealth! Do you k now how much money
Steven Jobs, Kirk Kerkorian, and Walt Disney left
when they died? They left it all, every single
cent they made. As long as you have your health,
you can work, make money, and have fun. But, if
you lose your health, you lose everything. That’s
why, I have dedicated my life to my health and the
health of others.

whole-bodyscan method for discovering hidden?dysfunct

Every day, I see people with a
host of dis-ease, some of it is from mental
imbalances, others suffer from toxic overload, and
a bunch of them come to?the office with
physical injuries. There is always more to
dis-ease than meets the eye. Every single dis-ease
has a multitude of?components to it, and
most doctors are only?addressing the
physical. If the medical doctor runs all the
tests, does a thorough examination, and finds
nothing, they are more than likely to?refer
you to a psychologist or a psychiatrist, and you
may be medicated unnecessarily.

The other night, I was at a party and struck up a
conversation with a group of people about health
or, should I say, sickness. We were talking about
the article in the Health & Wellness section of
the Wall Street Journal by Brandon Thibodeaux, and
here is what it said, “What if the doctor is
wrong? When a CT scan showed multiple tumors in
Dawna?Harwell’s pelvis, abdomen, and spine
in 2008, her doctors in Dallas told her she might
have ovarian cancer, which can be especially
deadly. A biopsy came back with inconclusive
results, and Ms. Harwell wasted no time in seeking
a second?opinion at MD Anderson Cancer
Center in Houston. “I went through every test in
the book,” says Ms. Harwell. Still, doctors
couldn’t be sure what she had. Finally, she
underwent a surgical procedure to diagnose her
case. It wasn’t ovarian cancer after all, but a
rare form of lymphoma. The?47-year-old ho rse
trainer in Collinsville, Texas underwent a
rigorous regimen of chemotherapy that ended last
spring. At her first six-month checkup in October,
she received a clean bill of health.”

Evidence is mounting that
second?opinions—particularly on radiology
images and?pathology slides from
biopsies—can lead to?significant changes in
a patient’s diagnosis or in recommendations for
treating a disease. Some?malignancies,
including lymphomas and rare cancers?of the
thyroid and salivary glands, are?notoriously
tricky to diagnose correctly. Test results can be
inconclusive, or return false results. After a
decade of annual mammograms, more than half of
women will receive at least one false-positive
recall on a breast cancer screening, a recent
study found. And nearly half of malpractice claims
at Harvard University’s medical institutions that
resulted in serious patient harm or death in the
past five years were diagnostic errors, according
to its liability company, Crico/RMF. Thomas Feely,
Vice-President of Medical Operations at MD
Anderson, says as many as 25 % of?patients
who arrive at the Center with diagnoses?for
certain cancers, such as lymphoma, may receive
a?different diagnosis. Overall, 3% of MD
Anderson?patients each year end up with a
significant?change that affects what
treatment they receive. “When you get cancer, the
first thing you may want?to do is jump to
get treatment with the first?person you talk
to,” Dr. Feely says. “But taking?the time to
get a second opinion about the?diagnosis you
have and a careful evaluation of?what
treatments there are can be lifesaving.”

Kim Henderson, a paralegal in Houston, came to
MD?Anderson to be treated for cervical
cancer after?being diagnosed elsewhere.
Pathologists performed?another biopsy that
revealed she had a noninvasive?precursor to
cervical cancer—and not the far more?serious
invasive type as previously
believed.?Although she still needed surgery,
her doctors?told her she could skip the
radiation and?chemotherapy that had
originally been part of the?treatment plan.
“I felt like it was a miracle and I was
spared?from this unnecessary treatment,”
says Ms.?Henderson, who had lost a sister to
cancer.

Primary care doctors can misdiagnose
common?symptoms. In a study, 202 patients
most commonly?complained about abdominal
pain, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath and
rash. Incorrect diagnoses?included: Benign
viral infection, 17%;?Musculoskeletal pain,
10%; Asthma/Chronic obstructive
pulmonary?disease, 6%;?Benign skin
lesion, 4%;?Pneumonia, 4%;?Final
correct diagnoses for patients
misdiagnosed?initially included: Cancer,
16%;?Pulmonary embolism, 6%;?Coronary
artery disease, 5%;?Aneurysm,
8%;?Appendicitis, 6%. (Source: University of
Iowa; Journal of the?American Board of
Family Medicine)?

Second opinions are important for other
diseases?as well. National Jewish Health, a
Denver medical?center, found in a study that
more than half of?patients it diagnosed with
chronic obstructive?pulmonary disease had
previously been misdiagnosed?with asthma,
leading to inappropriate treatments.

Cancer is on the rise in the United States, and
the?three traditional treatments are:
Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, and Surgery.
These may be the only tools that the medical
doctors have in their toolbox, but if you
can?avoid the cut, burn, and poison
treatments, you may be better off. There are way
too many misdiagnoses?these days, and
treatments are given according to?what
doctors find, no matter if it’s accurate or not.
The recovery from the treatments is a long, hard
road and could be worse than the disease itself.

I would recommend having a Computerized Regulation
Thermography (CRT) test to find out where the
imbalance is in your body first. It will give
you?information that can save your life. The
teeth are checked, and most Western doctors don’t
even think about teeth. Next, the glands, breasts,
and organs?are checked. If there is a
blockage, it will show?up on the computer
and, then, we can explore the?different
options for treatment. It could be
a?combination of both Western and
alternative?medicine, but, at least, you
will know what needs to?be treated. The test
will let you know what has to be changed?in
your lifestyle, diet, and exercise, or if you may
benefit from acupuncture, Medical Qi Gong,
herbal?medicine, or homeopathic treatments.
There is a?group called the “Best Answer for
Cancer” that uses?low-dose chemo. This is
another option.

The CRT will be a good way to find out
what’s going on from a different
perspective. It is?a safe, radiation-free,
non-invasive, painless, and cost-effective
whole-bodyscan method for discovering
hidden?dysfunctions and infections and
monitoring?treatment progress. It can see
problems?before they manifest into a
palpable mass, or health problems that
may?be irreversible.

Dr. Carola Cuenca from Santa Cruz,
California?who specializes in CRT and
natural low-dose medications will be doing the
test in my?office. All tests have to be done
in the?morning when the body is still cool;
this?only allows us to test 3 people a day.
I?highly recommend taking this opportunity
to?evaluate your immune system and to keep
you?disease-free. To schedule an appointment
for your CRT?exam, call my office now at
305-407-0120.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!
Dr. Wu Dhi?

P.S.Dr. Cuenca will be in Miami from
October 5th to 11th. I am now?scheduling
appointments for October. Call my office and
reserve your spot today: 305-407-0120.

A Peek into your Internal Health

Wednesday, November 14th, 2012

Every 4 months I have my patients
get a special test to make sure their health
treatments are on course and to make sure
they stay healthy.

On December 19, 20 and 21, 2012
we will be doing testing using the

(CRT) to examine all major organ systems to
reveal if there are any problems developing
and to correct any condition that may be out of
balance like Breast/Prostate problems.
We can locate disease processes in organs long
before the laboratory tests or scanning images
will show even a hint of a problem.

The test is radiation-free, non-invasive, painless
and cost-effective, it is a whole body scan for
discovering hidden dysfunctions and infections and
monitoring treatment progress.

NOTE—The CRT test must be performed before
noon, so we will be starting at 8 AM – 11 AM,
the test takes 30 to 45 minutes.

The testing will be held at Whole Life Health and
Wellness Center in Aventura: 18205 Biscayne
Blvd Suite #2214, Aventura, Florida.

Please forward this email to anyone you
think this could benefit!

CRT stands for Computerized Regulatory Thermography.
It should not be confused with the thermograms
used in the past that were not very precise and only looked superficially at the surface of the body.
CRT is a FDA 510K-approved
diagnostic medical device used to
determine the efficiency of your regulatory
system.
It is able to locate disease processes
in organs long before the laboratory tests or
scanning images will show even a hint of a
problem. It will also tell if the therapy you
have been receiving is making a difference.
It has been used by over 15,000 practitioners in
Europe and is the considered state-of-the-art.

Unlike many of the “testing” devices used by
alternative care practitioners, CRT is objective
and reproducible. The test will look at problems
originating in the head, teeth, thyroid,
lymph/thymus/immune, lungs, stomach
and upper abdomen, liver, lower abdomen and
colon, ovaries, testes, prostate, back, breast,
kidney.

It also will give an indication of the severity of
the condition, if allergies are a consideration,
if there is toxicity involved, and if there is
degeneration involved. Every human has a specific
pattern.

What is unique about CRT is that it is a
functional test.
There are only a few functional tests used in
modern medicine like a stress EKG, pulmonary
function test, nerve conduction tests, oral
glucose tolerance test, etc. Each of these only
tests one organ system at the most and many are
time consuming, expensive, and miss subtle signs
of disease. The CRT examines nearly every major
organ system in the body and gives direction
on how to correct the condition.
The CRT should save a lot of time and
money by eliminating the tendency chasing
down every symptom with expensive and
insensitive lab tests. It should narrow down
the hit-or-miss therapies by focusing on the
most important problems first.

CRT can be very useful as an adjunct test
for early detection of cancer.
PREPARING FOR YOUR CRT
• CRTs are only scheduled early in the day up to
11:00. A CRT should not be performed if you have a
cold or viral infection
• No hot coffee, tea, or hot drinks the evening
before and the morning of your test.
• Do not exercise before your CRT.
• Do not smoke the morning of your test.
• Avoid acupuncture, massage, or any other
physical therapy for several days before the
analysis.
• Prescription medications should be held unless
Thyroid should be taken as early in the day as
possible.
• Do not take any vitamins, minerals, protein
supplements, herbs, homeopathic agents, etc. the
morning of your CRT analysis. Avoid excess lotion
or perfumes.
• A light breakfast/meal is okay, but should be
completed at least 2 hours before.
• Avoid showering or bathing the morning of the
examination.
• Wear loose fitting clothes that cover most of
your body like long pants or a long dress. Wear a
long sleeve shirt that can be rolled up to above
the elbows. Please wear appropriate undergarments.
• Women should not be actively menstruating.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR CRT
The entire visit takes about 30 minutes.
The first 10 minutes are spent relaxing in the
test room, which is usually between 68-72 degrees.
If you wear glasses, these must be removed.
You may read quietly or listen to music.
The next 5-10 minutes are spent collecting the
data from the surface of your face, neck, abdomen,
chest, and back using a specialized probe. All
clothing is then removed except for undergarments.
This is a 10-minute temperature challenge, which
is the basis for the test. The measurements are
then repeated. The results are printed out.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR CRT
Health can be defined as the undisturbed process
of regulative physiologic mechanism. In other
words, healthy tissue is in the best condition to
respond to stress or assault from the environment.
It is neither over-active nor underactive, but in
a balanced state of alertness. One could also call
this a state of maximum adaptability. The CRT
measures a specific tissue’s ability to respond to
the stress of a colder temperature.

There are many
things to look at:
The first is your overall baseline temperature as
general measure of your metabolism and your
autonomic nervous system. If the baseline
temperature is too high, it may indicate a state
of over-active metabolism, medications, or being
vasodilated (flushed). A low baseline skin
temperature may indicate a slow metabolism,
exhausted regulatory system, or signs of overall
degeneration.
The autonomic nervous system grows into each organ
from an embryonic state that consists of the
circuitry and connections between the nervous
system and your internal organs. This nerve signal
is transmitted to specific locations on the
surface of the body called the cutaneous
(skin)-visceral (internal organ) points. The
temperature of these points gives an indication of
their state. In a specific measurement, a low/cold
reading indicates degeneration. The tissue cannot
support the metabolic fire, hence low temperature.
For example, if the lungs have been damaged by
smoking and there is emphysema. A high initial
reading suggests inflammation or excessive
metabolic activity.

The second part of the CRT test indicates how you
adjust to and thus suggests the health of the
tissue. This is what the CRT is all about. By
putting together patterns based on this cutaneous
(skin) – visceral (organ) profile, the temperature
difference tells the ability of each tissue to
regulate to the relatively colder air of the room
(68-72 degrees) compared to your temperature with
clothes on. Because each person has a signature,
that is consistent over time, the effect of
therapy or an event can be monitored.
This test is an important one to determine any
imbalances in your system and we will be able to
treat them with the most effective natural
treatments.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness
