Finding a Real Master

Friday, July 3rd, 2015
Share

After studying with many masters, gurus, and
yogis, I found a lama that was willing to work
with me. I asked if he would be agreeable to give
me a teaching and the initiation that I have heard
about for years, and would assist me in my work.
real master was already on the path of a healer
and was doing ‘Polarity Therapy”, a form of energy
work that was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone. I
was convinced that this lama knew more about my
future and past karma than I did, and that’s why
he granted me the teaching.

The Medicine Buddha is said to eliminate not only
pain of diseases but also help in overcoming the
major inner sickness of attachment, hatred,
jealousy, desire, greed, and ignorance. The
ancient teachings say that merely seeing the
Medicine Buddha, or even seeing an image of the
Medicine Buddha, or hearing the name of the
Medicine Buddha, can confer inconceivable
benefits.

“If one meditates on the Medicine Buddha, one will
eventually attain enlightenment, but in the
meantime, one will experience an increase in
healing powers both for oneself and others, and a
decrease in physical and mental illness and
suffering.” -Lama Tashi Namgyal

My introduction to this teaching has led me on a
path of health and healing that changed my life
and those that I come in contact with. The reason
I am telling you this story is that the other day,
I was at a friend’s office and, in his room, he
had a large picture of the healing Buddha hung on
his wall. As I sat there, I could feel the energy,
and it reminded me of the empowerment that I
received years ago. Just seeing a picture of
something, or hearing a sound, or even a smell can
trigger memories of past events both positive and
negative. It is important to have things around
you that trigger positive memories.

In the teaching of the mantra, Om Ma Ni Pad Me
Hum, one can get free of three poisons – Worry,
Struggle, and Blame – that limit all of us. This
is a must-have for your spiritual growth. Order

This Mantra Will Change Your Life

This Mantra  Will Change Your Life

I was invited to a group acupuncture session and
sound healing experience today to help the people
of Nepal. I was on my way, and something came up
that put me on a different course. I want to thank
Lori Bell for putting this event together and
helping the people of Nepal.

Last April, a powerful earthquake of magnitude 7.8
has rocked Nepal, leaving thousands dead and many
more injured. Many of the ancient shrines and
temples were sent crashing to the ground, which
are irreplaceable and cultural treasures. One of
the most sacred Hindu temples of Nepal dedicated
to the Hindu god, Shiva, was completely destroyed
in this massive earthquake. Interesting enough,
Shiva is known as the destroyer and the restorer.
He’s somewhat of a complex character; Shiva
represents goodness, benevolence and serves as the
protector. He also has a darker side as the leader
of evil spirits, ghosts and vampires and as the
master of thieves, villains and beggars. Shiva
destroys the universe at the end of each cycle,
which then allows for a new Creation. The
destruction of the earthquake caused a terrible
loss of life and limb. But the people of Nepal
are still keeping their practices of meditation
and devotion in spite of the destruction.

Most of us have never experienced such massive
destruction. Of course, we have all experienced
hardships in our lives, even loss and destruction.
These are the times that we have to keep up with
our practices no matter if they are Qi Gong
practices, meditations, or prayer. One of the
practices I always encourage my students and
patients to do is to free oneself from the wheel
of birth and death. The mantra is: “Om Mani Padme
Hum”. The Tibetan Buddhists believe that saying
the mantra (prayer), “Om Mani Padme Hum”, out loud
or silently to oneself, invokes the powerful
benevolent attention and blessings of Chenrezig,
the embodiment of compassion.

There is an old story that speaks about a devoted
meditator. After years concentrating on a
particular mantra, he had attained enough insight
to begin teaching. The student’s humility was far
from perfect, but the teachers at the monastery
were not worried. A few years of successful
teaching left the meditator with no thoughts about
learning from anyone. But, upon hearing about a
famous hermit living nearby, the opportunity was
too exciting to be passed up. The hermit lived
alone on an island at the middle of a lake, so the
meditator hired a man with a boat to row across to
the island. The meditator was very respectful of
the old hermit. As they shared some tea made with
herbs, the meditator asked him about his spiritual
practice. The old man said he had no spiritual
practice, except for a mantra, which he repeated
all the time to himself. The meditator was pleased
that the hermit was using the same mantra he used
himself. But, when the hermit spoke the mantra
aloud, the meditator was horrified!

“What’s wrong?” asked the hermit.

“I don’t know what to say. I’m afraid you’ve
wasted your whole life! You are pronouncing the
mantra incorrectly!”

“Oh, dear! That is terrible. How should I say it?”

The meditator gave the correct pronunciation, and
the old hermit was very grateful, asking to be
left alone so he could get started right away. On
the way back across the lake, the meditator, now
confirmed as an accomplished teacher, was
pondering the sad fate of the hermit. “It’s so
fortunate that I came along. At least, he will
have a little time to practice correctly before he
dies.” Just then, the meditator noticed that the
boatman was looking quite shocked, and turned to
see the hermit standing respectfully on the water,
next to the boat.

“Excuse me, please. I hate to bother you, but I’ve
forgotten the correct pronunciation again. Would
you please repeat it for me?”

“You obviously don’t need it,” stammered the
meditator, but the old man persisted in his polite
request until the meditator relented and told him
again the way he thought the mantra should be
pronounced. The old hermit was saying the mantra
very carefully, slowly, over and over, as he
walked across the surface of the water back to the
island.

This story shows us that it isn’t as important
that you get everything exactly correct, but
practice is the key to your success.

Practice, Practice and more Practice!

together a comprehensive program to share this
teaching with you. This failsafe program

mantra that will bypass your conscious mind and go

Changing Your Destiny

Destiny Changing Your Destiny

I was reading the blog that the Dalai Lama group
put up the other day. They were referring to our
destiny, and here’s what they said, “Good Karma
explains and almost defines your destiny. In
Tibetan traditions, like all other faiths, the
‘diviner’ or the ‘medium’ can look into your
future, assess the situation of your karma, and
recommend you certain remedial actions by way of
traditional rituals. These ‘rituals’ do not change
your karma of the past or present. However, by
performing a divination, the latent positive
energy of good karma is awakened which can help
your fortune to be better.”

When performing a divination, an individual or a
high Lama (the priest or holy person) is relying
on the power of a particular deity by whom he has
been blessed by his own good karma and religious
practice. Divination and forecasting of the future
have been practiced for thousands of years. People
have always desired to know what the future has in
store for them. They hunger for just a glimpse
into the future and to predict upcoming events.
The word “divination” comes from the Latin,
“divinare”, meaning “to foresee” or “to be
inspired by God.” To practice divination is to
uncover hidden knowledge by supernatural means. In
the Tibetan Buddhist system of divination, the
deity, images, is called upon. He represents
the transcendent wisdom aspect of the enlightened
mind. Then, the question is asked before casting
the Mo. The Tibetan people consult Mo when making
important decisions about health, work, or travel.
The Mo employs dice, and there are books written
by various lamas on interpretations for the
casting of dice. The answers given by the Mo are
regarded as coming from Manjushri, the Bodhisattva
of wisdom.

Many years ago, I consulted the Mo myself to ask
about my practice of Qi Gong and if I should
continue sharing the healing work on others. The
answer was strong, “Keep on practicing.” Not in
those words, but that’s why I teach, train, and
practice every day. A regular practice will keep
you young, happy, and successful.

I had a patient come in the office today, and I
asked her if she did any internal exercises or
exercise at all. Sadly enough, she said, “NO! I am
filled with overwhelming sadness and I am stuck in
what feels like deep, black, sticky mud.” I told
her this, “We are going to change that right now.”
And I taught her the Medical Qi Gong prescriptive
exercise to clear all the sadness and grief out of
her lungs. The next day, I received a call from
her. She was overjoyed with laughter in her voice
and, not once but a half dozen times she thanked
me over and over.

mentally, physically, emotionally, and
spiritually, get a copy of the Recharging Qi Gong

The Secret to Anti Aging

The Secret to Anti-Aging and Looking Younger

I am usually at my office from 10:00 in the
morning until 7:00 in the evening. But last night,
I left the office at 5:45 PM, and I went to see
Faye. She runs the anti aging “Fresh Faces Spa”, and does the
most increasable facials. She’s just minutes from
my office, and I was on her table by 6:00 PM.For
the next hour, I disappeared into a deep relaxing
meditation as Faye did her magic of steaming,
cleaning, putting potions and lotions on my face,
and I was gonzo…
If you were to ask me what she
actually did, I couldn’t say as I kept drifting
into the land of far, far away.

Facials have gained a reputation as being only for
women. But this cleansing, purifying treatment has
so many more hidden benefits than just washing
your face when you wake up or before you go to
bed. Aside from having good skin, the treatment
refreshed me for hours. I felt and looked younger
than I would have thought possible, and that type
of relaxation allows one to go into a deep
meditation that rejuvenates body and mind, and
opens up your creativity. When I got home, I spoke
to a few friends and told them I just got a
facial. They all said, “OMG, you are so lucky!”
Well, it’s not luck at all. Caring for your skin
is as important as any part of your health and
longevity. Our skin is actually the body’s largest
and fastest-growing organ. Skin is your body’s
coat and, like any part of your body, it has to be
cared for all the time.

A good facial is part of the anti-aging,
anti-wrinkle detox program. Here are three big
reasons to get a facial:
1. UnknownWrinkles: Everybody wants to look younger. As
we age, the muscles under our mask start to lose
tone, and things drop. Also, the toxins we are
exposed to cause damage to our internal organs.
Whether we like it or not, the results show on our
face. And with so many muscles working in our
faces as we express ourselves and squint in
sunlight, wrinkles start to appear. If you take
care of your skin, you can alter the usual and
harsh aging, and look years younger.
2. Impurities: Facials can remove impurities and
cleanse pores, making your skin look and feel
healthier. If you combine that with a cleaner
diet, you can avoid Father Time for years.
3. Stress: This is the BIG one for all of us. No
matter how you run your life, stress plays a big
part on your health, longevity, and how you look
and age. It can be stress from work, family,
finances, or unforeseen obligations that seem to
creep up on us, and change our moods and the way
we look. I always recommend to my students and
patients that they learn and practice all the
exercises in the Turn Stress Into Power program.
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTM5NjE5OXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

You never want to go into battle without an armor,
and these exercises will give you the protections
and training to keep you stress-free and looking
younger. Get yours today and become a
stress-buster.

The Zen of Breathing

The Zen of Breathing…

My teacher started his Zen training as a teenager and as most
teenagers do, he acted as if he was both all knowing and
immortal.
Youthful arrogance and Zen are not the best combination
especially when the teacher carries a stick.
Regular beatings were required to speed up the process of
enlightenment but to his credit he stuck with it.
He was also fortunate enough to have a teacher that was trained
in several different schools of Zen and was well-versed with
many different breathing techniques.
Zen is not commonly known to have a multitude of “yogic”
breathing exercises, as do the Indian or Tibetan schools. In Zen
the philosophy is generally to simplify the method and focus on
the breathing itself.
Now imagine a hormonally hyperactive 16-year-old boy fidgeting
on his meditation cushion, trying to focus on HIS breathing. To
make matters worse this same boy was plagued with sinus trouble
and rarely had more than one nostril that was clear.
The boy was not the only one focusing on HIS breathing. The
sounds of mucus and snot bubbles coming out of his nose were
often the loudest things during meditation practice.
The mere presence of the boy in the meditation hall was a
psychic disturbance that could not be ignored no matter what
your level of training.
So what to do?
The Zen Master called the boy aside.
“Do you Breathe or are you Breathed?” the Zen Master asked.
Naturally the arrogant youth replied “I Breathe.”
“If you Breathe then show me Breathing.,” The Zen Master
instructed.
The boy sat down diligently and began to sniff and snort with
purpose and measure through his stuffy nose.
The Zen Master rolled his eyes and held up his hand “STOP! If
you Breath now show me not Breathing.”
The boy held his breath and the Zen Master watched diligently.
Several moments passed while the boy gradually started to turn
blue. Suddenly he exploded and gasped for air.
“What’s a matta?” the Zen Master asked.
“Even if you manage to pass out by holding your breath you will
start breathing again on your own. I think that you should
investigate this further.” With that the Zen Master sent the
boy away to meditate on whether or not he breathed or was
breathed.
The next day the Zen Master stepped into view in front of the
boy while he was in meditation. In his hand he held a rumpled
up paper lunch bag that he was breathing into. The bag expanded
and collapsed with every breath the Zen Master took. The Master looked
quizzically over the bag at the boy.
As many Zen Masters do, this particular teacher had a special
look that he would give a student that meant they should ask
what he was doing.
“What are you doing…” the boy reluctantly moaned, knowing full
well there was a potential stick whacking in it.
The Zen Master lowered the bag with a great big smile and
said “Me? Nothing. But this bag… this bag is Breathing!”
Not all whacks are delivered with a stick. The shock of
realization can be delivered even as a joke.
The boy did change his breathing and his focus. He was no
longer the distraction in the meditation hall. His breathing
became effortless and natural. He healed his sinus problems and
eventually he himself became the Master.
Changing the focus from breathing to Being Breathed is a big
step but one in the right direction if you want to really open
the flow of Qi in your body.
I rarely use a stick but I’m a big fan of the jokes as many of
you have seen in the Recharging Qi Gong.
It’s ok to laugh, it opens the lungs.
If you don’t have the Recharging Qi Gong there’s no excuse not
to get it today at http://rechargingqigong.com and clear the
internal clutter and superficial tensions from your body.
You might even have a laugh or two.
Wishing you Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Are You spoiled ?

Are You spoiled

Last night, I had dinner with on old friend in a
charming little place near the beach. The
restaurant had a European flair to it. All the
tables had a candle burning with a soft blue glow.
The waiters were very friendly and they knew the
menu well and told us what to order and what to
stay away from. There was always someone watching
our table to attend to our every need. In the
background, there were 3 musicians, a violin, and
a cello playing softly. You would think this would
have been a very romantic experience. Well, it
wasn’imagest. Her grandson came along and pouted through
the entire meal that you would have thought he was
5 or 6, but this young man was well into his
twenties. First, he complained about his parents,
and then his grandparent, and how they all had
problems and should fix their own problems and
leave him alone. Then, he went silent and refused
to speak for the rest of the meal. And out of
nowhere, he spoke up and said to his grandmother,
“Oh please, please, please, can I stay at your
beach house for the weekend? If that happened
when I was a kid, I would have lost a few teeth.
This spoiled kid is in his last year of college,
and claims that he is only going to school to
please his mother and grandmother, and how it’s
just a waste of his time and energy. Then, he made
another about-face and told me that he carried a
4.0 average and was working with some of the most
talented professors on the planet. You could see
that this young man was tormented from the inside
out.

In our Western world of medicine, he would
probably be diagnosed as a bipolar or
schizophrenic. Looking at his situation from a
Daoist perspective, one has to look into different
dimensions. We live in a multi-dimensional reality
with the spirit world. Believe me or not, it
exists. Encounters with the spiritual entities can
either prove to be positive and uplifting or
negative. A positive encounter can include
inspirations, divine guidance, and even warn you
of danger. The negative encounters can include
spirit oppression, psychic attacks, and even
energy vampiring. The spirit world can affect our
body, energy, and mind as well as an individual’s
thoughts, desires, and feelings through the
conscious and subconscious energetic interactions
of the person’s spiritual state. These emotions
stem from our natural interaction with the spirit
world, and even if we try, spirits can’t be
totally repressed. We are continually being
directed and redirected without being aware of it.
The challenge is waking up from our unconscious
behaviors and ousting out the negative spirits.
Our conscious mind is either going in a positive
direction or a negative one, which will show up as
either healthy or diseased.

Later that same evening, I learned that the young
man is highly creative and intelligent, and was
ridiculed as a boy, and punished quite severely.
Or at least, he thought he was.

We all have unnecessary baggage, and even a
skeleton or two hidden in our closets that we
carry around for most of our life. That’s until we
clear it and decide to get on with life. Take
responsibility for your own situation, eliminate
the three poisons of Worry, Struggle and Blame,
and free yourself.

In the Internal Mantra program, I explain the
How-to-Free-Yourself and regain your personal
power. The good news is you can order today and
receive the program in just a few days

Chinese New Year Surprise

Monday, February 16th, 2015
Share

It’s the Year of the Sheep and the biggest holiday
all over Asia. Stores are closed and people are
traveling all over to visit friends and family.
The Sheep is the eighth among the Chinese zodiac
animals and eight is an auspicious number that
symbolizes peace and prosperity.

This year can bring more interest in realizing our
dreams in a natural way. If there’s been something
you have been unwilling to do, don’t do it. Refuse
to do it but with elegance and the greatest of
gentleness and patience. This is a good year to
settle disputes and to create a harmonious
atmosphere around yourself and your family.
Communications will be important in this Year of
the Wood Sheep. Do what you say and say what you
do. Be straightforward in all your communications
and you’ll have a great year.

In a Wood Sheep Year, people hold back in their
communications until they know you well. Even
your own family may seem a little more needy than
usual and they may feel heartbroken if you are not
at every birthday celebration, dinner party, or
even missing a coffee date with your son or
daughter may be a major trauma to them. Don’t
worry, they will get over it.

It seems that people born in the Year of the Sheep
— 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003, 2015
— are melancholic and sentimental by nature. They
always look upon the world passively. Besides,
they are used to counting on others to cheer them
up. It is easy for them to get lost and to be blue
when frustrated, and to make improper choices when
going shopping. People born in this year are good
at covering up their own weaknesses with petty
shrewdness and in obtaining what they want by
clever tricks and hints. They are also talented in
the skill of pestering. People born in this year
are known for their balance and surefootedness.
They just have to be careful where they climb to.

I plan to be more grounded this year and increase
my Qi Gong practice as well as my Shen Gong
(meditations).

I offer all of you a great opportunity in
celebration of the Year of the Wood Sheep! Be more
balanced by getting FIVE of my most popular
meditation programs for ONLY $108.00 FREE SHIPPING
included. This amazing offer starts today,

How to Open Your Chakras for the New Year

Wednesday, January 7th, 2015
Share

Tonight is the first meditation class that I am
teaching for 2015. The nature of the class is
staying centered, grounded, and open. When I do my
meditation every morning, I always ask from deep
inside to be open more. I ask to learn the lessons
that are presented to me whatever they are. It
seems that every day we are presented with many
situations. Usually, the stressful situations are
the ones that we refuse to learn and have to
repeat on a different date. If you are open, it’s
much easier to learn the lessons. The trick is in
your flexibility and agility of body, mind and
even your speech. One of the reasons that I stress
the internal exercises, like Qi Gong, is that they
give you more flexibility in body, mind and
spirit. Over the years, many students have asked
for techniques and meditations that will keep them
open and able to use alchemical processes to
change their stress into their own personal power.
I put together a program called “Turn Stress Into
Power” and, if you are in the Miami area, I will
be teaching the core of these principles at the
Unity on the Bay Church this coming Saturday,
January 10th from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Please join me.
Here’s the link to register:

and get a copy of both the book and DVD, and start
turning your stress into power.

P.S. In the Turn Stress Into Power program, you
will learn how to release tension in your body,
the neurovascular points to eliminate stress, how
to use the energy vortex system, the smile

much, much more!

Healing Words

Monday, December 8th, 2014
Share

When a patient’s under my care, I stay in touch
with them at least a few times a week to make sure
that they’re following the treatment plan and are
doing okay. But, when a patient or a student is
going to have surgery or any other
life-threatening situation, I talk to them a lot
more frequently. Sometimes to find out how the
treatment is going, but mostly, just to touch-base
and share with them a few kind words. When I was
young, my dad used to do something called “sick
and good will”. If someone was in the hospital
that he knew, he’d go visit. I asked him one day,
“Dad, why do you do that?” And he said,
“Sometimes, people just need someone to talk to.”
So, I guess I picked this up from Dad.

Frank was in the hospital for more than a year and
I called him just about every day, sometimes two
or three times a day, just to find out how he was
doing, give him a few encouraging words, or send
him a picture of a pretty scene at the beach. This
is just what I do. I thought everybody did that
for someone that they knew who was ailing. Frank’s
now out of the hospital and feeling much better
and starting to build his life again. He called me
last night and thanked me for all the healing
energy that I sent him over the last year. I asked
him what he was talking about, and he said, “You
were my support person for the whole year. You
told me what to eat and what to stay away from.
You reminded me to stay hydrated. You talked me
through meditations and taught me exercises to
heal my body, mind and spirit. I finally got past
the rough part but I couldn’t have done it without
you. I’m wondering if you would be willing to
consult with my nephew and help him through a
rough period. He would gladly pay for your
services and I know it would help tremendously.”

I told Frank I would be more than happy to call
his nephew and see what type of treatment plan we
could work out from afar. He lives in Michigan and
I run my practice out in Florida. The first thing
I did was suggested that he tunes in on my radio
show, Energy Medicine Radio at
www.bbsradio.com/energymedicineradio. I got a show
coming up on December 9th and December 23rd at
8:00 PM EST. Another option is to go to my YouTube
station www.youtube.com/drwudhi. Also, he can like
my pages on Facebook, Wudhi-Energy Medicine and
Energy Medicine Radio. And for sure, have him go
to my website, www.rechargingqigong.com and sign
up for my newsletter. He’ll get letters, recipes,
meditations, and invitations to some of the best
information on the planet on how to stay healthy,
happy, and hopefully, wealthy. If he’s so
inclined, I have a multitude of products that will
change his life for the best.

The Attitude of Gratitude

Tuesday, November 18th, 2014

When I sixteen years old I was introduced to Yoga
and the Self Realization Fellowship where Rev.
Oliver Black had a meeting, lecture, and
meditation every Sunday morning. It took place at
the Detroit Institute of Art, and was based on the
teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. In those days
a few hundred people showed up for services. It
was my first introduction to spiritual work, yoga,
and meditation. One of the things that Rev. Black
stressed was thankfulness and gratitude for
everything and everyone. As I evolved in my
spiritual path every teacher, Master, Guru and
Lame stressed the importance of being the same
too.

During Thanksgiving week, people express more
gratitude for the abundance in their lives than
any other time of the year. You may not realize
that you are improving the quality of your health
and increasing your lifespan at the same time.
Did you know happy people live up to ten years
longer than unhappy ones, and optimists have a 77%
lower risk of heart disease than pessimists?
I bet you want to know how you can be happier,
don’t you!

The How To of Happiness

You can be 40% happier without changing any of
your circumstances just practices of gratitude.
Grateful people are happier, more energetic, more
hopeful, more helpful, more empathic, more
spiritual, more forgiving, and less materialistic
and they don’t get sick.
The more optimistic you are the fewer physical
symptoms you get. Chronic illnesses improvement
happens when practicing gratitude for self and
others.
