Tonight I’ve been working on something special.

Recently I have received many new signups to my daily emails
and several questions from many of these readers. I am working
on answering all of them but tonight I thought it might be
helpful to just give you a little more insight into who I am
and what my history and training is.

I have been working on my website especially my bio.

To get the goods on Dr. Wu Dhi and how I got my name you will
have to click here

http://www.energymedicineflorida.com/bio.html

If you want to know who some of my teachers have been over the
years you will have to scroll down to the bottom of the page.

I hope this helps answer many of your questions and gives you
an understanding of the foundation that my teachings come from.

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: keep in mind the list of training and experience is
incomplete. Recently I have been encouraged to make a record of
my life’s studies and it’s proving to be a substantial task. I
hope you go to http://www.energymedicineflorida.com/bio.html
and see what I mean.

Can you remember your first day of school? I remember my first
day in kindergarten, a day that I will never forget. My Dad took
me to school and I knew it was going to be special since both my
parents promised me that it was going to be a lot of fun. The
teacher had planned a game for all of us to play. I was so
excited and I truly believed it was going to be a great day
until it got personal. The game was The Farmer in the Dell.
Do you remember how it went?

“The farmer in the dell. the farmer in the dell. Hi-ho, the
derry-o,?the farmer in the dell. The farmer takes a wife. The
farmer takes a wife. Hi-ho, the derry-o, the farmer takes a
wife.” Again until it gets to the cat takes the rat

We were all holding hands in a big circle and the teacher chose
one kid to be the farmer. He stepped into the circle as we all
sang the rhyme, he chose another kid to be his wife, and so on.
I was having such a good time until they got to me. At that
point, the rhyme was on the part where “the cat takes the rat”
and they pointed to me and said “you are the rat.” I admittedly
took a fight stance even at that age and said in a very loud
voice, “I AM NOT THE RAT!”

The teacher was surprised that I was not going along with the
game and said to me, “Yes, you are the RAT.” Once again, and in
even louder voice, I responded, “I AM NOT THE RAT.” I can still
remember her large finger pointing at me and her insisting,
“Yes, you are the Rat!” That’s when I bit her finger and as the
back up military staff grabbed me, or so it seemed, I ripped off
her watch. Before I knew it, my Dad was there to bring me home.

What an experience to be sent into battle by myself and to come
out a winner. In our home, growing up, the worse thing to call
someone was a “Rat.” I remember my younger brother and I would
always tease each other, call each other a Dirty Rat. So when I
was sent home after what happened at school, I was expecting a
war hero’s welcome for standing up for myself. You can imagine
my surprise when that wasn’t the case at all. I had been sent
home for misbehaving and biting my teacher. There was no reward
for me.

Its coming to the end of the rat year in the Chinese calendar
2008 is the Year of the Rat.. In China, the Rat is considered a
courageous person, associated with wealth, charm, and order,
with great leadership skills. The Year of the Rat symbolizes new
beginnings and change, and we have seen plenty of change this
year. I was interview by ‘Eluv’, from WMF radio a few weeks ago
and she asked me what was the one thing that people should be
putting their attention on these days to keep them centered with
everything seeming so tipsy. I said” Put your attention into
staying healthy mentally physically and spiritually. If you lose
your health you don’t have anything.

Our health has many aspects there are 9 points to balanced life.

1. Career
2. Relationships
3. Family & Ancestors
4. Finances & Money
5. Spiritual Life
6. Help People and Travel
7. Projects & Creativity
8. Self Cultivation, Exercise &Knowledge

Gong xi fa cai!
(Happy and Prosperous New Year!)

Are you a Rat?

Today is the first day of the New Year in both China and Tibet
and 2008 is the Year of the Rat.

In our home, growing up, the worse thing you could call someone
was a “Rat.” I remember my younger brother and I would always
tease each other and call each other a “Dirty Rat”.

Man, did that make us mad but in China, they don’t see Rats in
an entirely negative light.

The quality of a Rat is an opportunist with an eye for a
bargain, Rats tend to collect and hoard, but are unwilling to
pay too much for anything.

Rats are devoted to their families, particularly their children.

Quick-witted and passionate, they are capable of deep emotions
despite their cool exteriors.

Rats are blessed with one of the best intellects going.

There will be plenty of rewards for those born this year for
all the people born in Rat years.

Rat Years:
01/31/1900 – 02/18/1901 (Metal),
02/18/1912 – 02/05/1913 (Water),
02/05/1924 – 01/24/1925 (Wood),
01/24/1936 – 02/10/1937 (Fire),
02/10/1948 – 01/28/1949 (Earth),
01/28/1960 – 02/14/1961 (Metal),
02/15/1972 – 02/02/1973 (Water),
02/02/1984 – 02/19/1985 (Wood),
02/19/1996 – 02/06/1997 (Fire),
02/07/2008 – 01/25/2009 (Earth) This Year!

Every year has an element just like in Chinese Medicine.

This year, the Earth Rat year is very special and symbolizes
new beginnings and change.

If your New Year’s resolutions or goals didn’t get off to such
a good start now’s the time to re-up and make this year the
best year of your life.

Begin by living a healthier and energetic life. There’s really
no excuse not to.

I teach people in 26 minutes secrets of movement, breathing,
and energy that change people’s life and health for ever.

26 minutes!

I propose that you invest 26 minutes, just one day, with me by
viewing my program and seeing how easy it really is.
http://rechargingqigong.com

Practice the Recharging Qi Gong for 26 days and you will
establish a new flow of energy in your body, increased
vitality, and power in your daily life.

It’s a dramatic change in your body not just a new exercise
routine.

In fact, it’s an ancient exercise routine developed by a long
line of masters that new how to combine breath and movement in
a way that shoots energy, and an electrical sensation through
the body.

This wakes the body up and Recharges the whole system, thus the
name “Recharging Qi Gong”. http://rechargingqigong.com

Now is the time to bring this type of experience into your life
and make that beneficial change with a new set of tools you
will use for the rest of your life.

For those of you interested in accelerating this process
there’s no better way than to enter my Inner Circle.
http://qigonginnercircle.com

By becoming a Qi Gong Inner Circle member you open a one to one
channel with me and can get all your questions answered. Check
out the link http://qigonginnercircle.com and learn how.

Wishing you a very special New Year!

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: There will be another call this month for inner circle
members and this month I’ll be giving my best secrets on Qi in
respects to lovemaking and personal health. So you don’t want
to miss it. http://qigonginnercircle.com
