Do you think you can build Power? Do You think you can Build Personal Power?

How consistent are you in following
a daily routine that will lead you
where you want to go?

When you want to build something,
like a muscular body, personal power
to improve your finances, or to be able
to project your Qi, it takes consistent
practices. People who focus on one
thing at a time get superior results,
and that’s a known fact.

You have to be consistent with
your practice. When you put in the
time day after day the skill is developed.
When you focus, a break through
happens mentally, emotionally and physically.

If you go from one project to the next
never finishing what you start- you will
end up exhausted with little results.
But when you dedicate yourself you
become an unstoppable force.

It’s as simple as changing your Stops into STEPS,
taking a step at a time until you get to the top.
When the master was asked,

“How do you eat an elephant?”
He replied, “One bit at a time.”

Every day I see students and patients
who complain that they don’t have the
energy to move forward.

They can’t sleep, their attitude is poor,
their diet sucks and they can’t get focused.
Yet they all claim that they want to
change their lives. But there is no
consistent action to move forward.

The Key here is: “ACTION!”
Don’t be the “hit and miss” type.

They hit it and quit it and try to get
back wit it.
They practice a few days
here and there and hope to make
some miraculous changes.
It ain’t gonna happen!

I have a patient that wants to
lose weight but every time she
gets upset she falls off the wagon.
Her upset steals all of her power
and the results are in her ass and belly.
Last week I asked her, if I gave her
a brand new car, a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano,
the one that costs $320,000.00, would
she go to the cheapest gas station she
could find and fill it up with ‘regular?’

I don’t think so.

You would put in the best fuel
you could possibly find!
And would you get a $20.00 oil change?

Never in your life!

But she treats her
body like it’s just an old junker,
Putting the worst fuel.
Our bodies are like temples, they
need to be cleaned, polished and given
the best we can find, no matter if it’s exercise,
water, diet or the thoughts and ideas we put inside.

The easiest way to make change is

The power of 5 O’clock AM Qi Gong

This morning I got up early around 5 o’ clock.
I don’t know why but my eyes just popped open and I was wide awake and ready to go.
I made a cup of green tea before I left the house.
It took me around 5 minuets and when I got to the beach it was still dark , I was all set to practice before daybreak.

I started by doing the grounding poses and opening the Chakras as the daylight began.  What a beautiful way to open yourself to a new day!
When I have a few hours to practice I get myself really charged up by doing the Recharging Qi Gong.

http://rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

The entire set takes about 20 to 30 minutes once you learn the routine.
I really pushed it this morning, lots of percussive and intensive breathing which was a powerhouse of energy and just the start of a great workout.
As the sun started to come up I began the Flying Crane set:
 http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

I really slowed it down this morning I was moving at half the usual speed which really activates all of the meridians. This is my favorite workout and when time allows it, I’ll at a ½ hour at the end just doing the automatic move. That gets things moving in both the energetic and the spiritual bodies.
Today was one of those special days when I had plenty of time.  The combination of the two programs, Recharging Qi Gong and The Flying Crane Qi Gong are the ticket to boundless energy. Man, it’s really powerful and makes your force to be reckoned with. Your body and mind and spirit becomes power packed.

When I got back to the house I opened up my email which contained Terry’s message that read:
“Dr Wu Dhi,
I would briefly like to share with you what happened today when I was near the end of Flying Crane Qi Gong.
At the end, where you reach back, gather the chi, bring your arms forward and stand with your hands overlapping, I felt my hands and arms being repelled away from my body with little muscle involvement, so I just let my arms expand as far as they wanted to.
It was exciting! And thanks again!”

Terry,
You can believe me when I say, ‘It only gets better from here with practice and the more time you put in the better.’
In a very short time you will notice some really amazing things happening in your meditations as well as your body.
I’ve had centers open up for me that I didn’t even know existed.
The programs will make you strong, flexible, agile and open your intuitive centers as well.

Terry isn’t the first to write me about the amazing experiences while practicing Flying Crane Qi Gong and you will definitely have some incredible openings and experiences as well if you practice.

Place your order now for both programs and you will receive a great savings!
The first 33 people that order, I will send you a blessed amulet from Putoshan Island in China as a gift.
I only have 33 of these blessed amulets and they will go fast.
don’t delay you don’t want to miss this one.

Gathering Full Moon Yin Qi

Saturday, March 19th, 2011

Harvest Moon If you look up into the evening night sky tonight,
you will see that the moon appears to be bigger than ever.
Our planet earth is closer to the moon than usually and is really lighting up the sky.
The Full Moon will take place on March 19th, at 2:10 pm in the sign of Virgo.
This is the sign of the Zodiac that cleans things up.
Virgo filters out what works and what doesn’t, it gets
rid of waste and just in time for spring cleaning.
Spring starts on Sunday the Vernal Equinox.

It’s a great time to start a detox program and clear out old habits.

Now, that doesn’t mean not to have fun.

I didn’t plan anything for this “Moon Over Miami”
until my friend Sheri got her new job for a company in Miami Beach that does adventure tours,
like mountain biking, although there are no mountains in South Florida.
She told me about a night ocean kayaking trip under the shining moon.

So on this full moon lit night we set sail,
actually we launched 40 kayak on an eerie night time kayak.
The group took off at seven o’clock and for two hours,
paddled under the full moon and then return to huge bonfire.
A great way to spend a full moon night gathering the yin energy.

Whenever one goes on an adventure that has somewhat of a fear factor to it,
as well as a thrill factor there is a lot of energy,
that means a great opportunity to gather Qi.

When I go on an adventure I always take the time
to do my internal Qi Gong practices first.
I acknowledge and tune in to the five elements,
do the belt channels and the ten internal madras
that you can find in The Turn Stress Into power Program

www.Turnstressintopower.com

This full moon is time to be grateful and bring in positive energy
to balance out the force of change that is necessary.
This Full Moon offers a turning point.
Roll up your sleeves and do the work.
Practice
Practice
and more Practice
it will pay off big time in the coming months by bring your
life into balance.
Physical Mental and Spiritual

I wish you the best in your Health , Wealth and Happiness

Trapped Blue Heroin saved in a nick of time

Hung up in fishing line

It was 6:15 in the morning; the temperature was in the low 50’s
and with a strong ocean breeze thats cold for south Florida.

As I was walking down the beach to train with my friend Bob,
we saw something splashing in the surf.
We were’t sure what it was at first so we walked over to see.
It was a bird all wound up in a fishing line with hook line and
sinker attached.

I knew if I could get him out of the water he’d surely drown.
It was a small blue heroin, with medium-large, long-legged,
a long pointed blue or greyish bill with a black tip that he
could us as a dagger if I got in his way.

The fishing line wound around his foot and his wing,
and he was unable to fly.

The poor little guy screamed and pointed his sharp beak
at my hand and I backed off quickly.
I knew that if I didn’t do something quickly he was going
to drown in the surf, starve to death, or have one of those
cats have him as a meal.

I was a little perplexed on how I could free him
but I wanted to help this creature out.

A young French couple came over to see what was going on,
they had a towel so we decided to throw the towel over the
birds and grab his beak so he wouldn’t attack us.
With sergeant like patients, I enwound the fishing line,
took the hook off and freed him.

In just one moment he was up and running,
I sure he as greatful but didn’t stick around for any
thank you’s.

It’s the same in the human system.
Sometimes we get caught up in the fishing line of life.
We smoke, drink too much alcohol, overeat
and don’t realize that we are actually caught in some
addictive behavior pattern.

We are waited down, unable to fly, unable to move,
and we don’t even know that this could be our demise
until we wake up, or are woken up by a teacher or a coach
who shows us the way to untangle our entanglements.

The reason that I practice Qi Gong and teach it to thousands
of students is it gives them a way to free themselves from
habits that they know about, some they don’t even know
they have and from entanglements that have they stuck.

The Recharging Qi Gong program is a series of 36 well
selected exercises to free your body, mind, and spirit
of chronic accumulated tension. It is a habit buster.

Hundreds of students have reported to me that after
doing these simple but powerful exercises for less
then 90 days, their lives have turned around 180 degrees.

Asthmatic patients now breath better,
people who are suffering of back pain for years,
no longer have that pain.

One lady, Mary, who has problems with her cycle
over 15 years, suffers with severe cramping, bloating,
headaches, and dragon-like PMS, and is dysfunctional
for at least 10 days every month.

Once she started doing the Recharging Qi Gong exercises,
all of the above symptoms disappeared and her huband
is one happy camper!

Qi Cultivation in Key West

Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010
Share

Last weekend I was truly blessed.
Two of my dear friend from Detroit came to visit;
one is an internationally known gold and silver trader
and the other a physic card reader and palmist.

I’ve known them since I was in my twenties and when
they first hosted seminars in Michigan, I was the person they
would call to teach the healing workshops.

They invited me to come down to Key West. It just so happened
that it was Halloween. They say that back in 1978, two men
decided that a festival, carnival or some sort of celebration was
needed to spice-up and revitalize this traditional ‘slack’ period
of Key West. It had to be unique – something that would bring
in visitors from
all over the United States, hence the creation of Fantasy Fest,
a Halloween Celebration for adults.

Over the years the event has grown to surpass all expectations,
and now over 100,000 people attend. That’s five times the
population of Key West.

I drove down south Friday night after work and I knew exactly
what I wanted to do when I got there.

I decided to make it a weekend of cultivating energy, let me
tell you what that is and why you’ll want to do it yourself
when ever you can.

The Chinese have developed a practical framework to understand
health based on the notion of Qi, or vital energy.
It can form a very useful set of metaphors to use in organizing
the cultivation of one’s own health.

The three most basic types of energy related to physiology,
termed are the “Three Treasures,”

Qi – vital energy

Jing -essence

Shen- spirit

Qi -(pronounced chee), means air, breath of life, or vital
energy that flows through all things in the universe,
including the human body. According to Qigong theory,
the Qi that courses through our entire being must flow like a
flowing river.
If there is a block, Qi becomes stagnant and prevents other
parts of the body from being nourished. If the Qi flows too
rapidly, it causes degeneration or exhaustion of the internal
organs. Qigong brings balance to these energies by filling
the deficiency and removing the excess.

Jing -is the Chinese word for “essence” stored in the
kidneys and is the most dense physical matter within the
body. It’s an important concept in the internal healing arts.
You can acquire jing from food and internal exercise, study,
and meditation, like the Recharging Qi Gong program offers.

www.rechargingqigong.com
Qi Gong is the key to longevity and the replenishment of
jing, the carrier of our DNA.

Shen –meaning spirit when speaking about physical development,
it is derived from Qi and can be divided into both Prenatal and
Postnatal shen.

These three complex networks exchange their energetic influence
and affect the functional status, as well as the distribution of the
body’s Qi and Blood.

Now what does all that really mean and why would you want to
activate the Three treasures
When you open all three centers you can build Qi, develop and
strengthen your spiritual digestive system.

As I walked through the festival, I was able to gather energy and
build my internal energy.

This is a treasure in itself.

I highly recommend learning how to gather Qi and store it.
I teach this work to the members of the Qi Gong inner circle,
www.qigonginnercircle.com and to the students who attend
the Wednesday night meditation class. If you are in the Miami
area join me as my guest.

I wish you the best in your Health Wealth and Happiness

Magic Square in Miami Beach.

Alert Stillness

Saturday, December 22nd, 2007
Share

Last night I came home after sundown and the whole house was completely dark. Instead of turning on the lights I lit a candle. I never do this sort of thing but the house seemed so quiet and peaceful I wanted to just sit.

I spent the majority of the night in contemplative meditation.

We are in the Winter Solstice and it is an excellent time to take time to be quiet and reflect on the past year.

I recommend doing this for yourself as a matter of personal care.

With all the crazy energy around the holidays and year-end you want to make sure that you cool-out and recollect yourself before you burn-out.

Once you do I think you will find that the rush of the holidays and year-end quiets down and you can refocus on those things that are most important.

In Chinese medicine Winter is associated with the element Water.

Water energy has the attributes of:

  • Cold
  • Damp
  • Quiet
  • Stillness
  • Calmness
  • Smoothness
  • Listening
  • The Kidney organ and meridian

This energy is available in the atmosphere throughout the winter. Just slow down, sit quietly in a natural place and pull in the atmosphere.

Winter Water energy is also associated with a special type of Awareness that, from Chinese to English, best translates as Alert Stillness.

In the Chinese Medicine system we use animal associations to signify these types of energy, and as such, the animal for the water element and organ of the Kidney is the Deer.

250px-Red_deer.jpg

The Deer is chosen because it is a master of Alert Stillness.

When you think of a deer you think of an animal that is impossible to sneak up on. The slightest snap of a twig and the thing has disappeared.

This is not the same type of power of a Tiger or a Dragon but it is a type of power that completes us.

In the Ba Gua system of Martial Arts it takes a whole circle of animals to become a Master.

We cannot always Push, Push, Push, sometimes we need to sit, take inventory, and listen to the atmosphere. This is the power in the symbol of the deer and that is the power of this time of year.

So take advantage of this time of solstice when this energy is most powerful and abundant, you will not be able to tap into this energy so easily in other seasons.

Winter, not just the New Year, is the best time to set new plans and goals into action.

Take inventory of what is happening around you.

Upon deep consideration you may see more then before.

Clarity is not achieved when you are rushing or being hasty.

Opening is found in reflection.

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

Reminder and Equinox details

Thursday, September 20th, 2007
Share

Last night I mentioned that Qi Gong on the Beach is at a new time 6:00.

That’s less than an hour from now, this is just another reminder, see you there!

This change was due to it getting darker and the seasonal change. I’ll give more details at Qi Gong tonight.

For the rest of you not in Miami here’s some important info for your Qi Gong practice.

The fall Equinox is September 23 it’s the time that we change seasons again.

The Autumnal Equinox signals the end of the summer months and the beginning of fall.  It’s the point where nights reach the same length as days. After this point, the Sun will shine lower and lower on the horizon until the Winter Solstice in about three months’ time.

I always take the time to reset my system both internal and external at this time. The weather is cooler even in Florida, now is the time to harvest the bounty that grew during the summer so we can store up for the cold winter ahead.

It is a time to organize, work hard, and finish projects that you began in spring and summer.

In Ancient China physicians observed the natural cycles of the seasons and prescribed the best Qi Gong exercises for staying healthy and harmonizing our energy with that of our environment.

Fall is the season associated with grief and sadness. It is important to keep the mind clear and “let go” of negative emotions that impact our health more strongly during the fall.

If you haven’t learned the Tension Release Exercises I teach, now’s a great time to do so.
Go to http://rechargingqigong.com and when you buy the Recharging Qi Gong course I will also send you a 21 page booklet full of great exercises to practice every day.

This is the time to gather one’s spirit and energy, be more focused, and keep your desires in check. This means practicing breathing exercises to enhance lung Qi. Maybe do a few extra reps of the Lung exercise from the Yin set, these are the exercises in the back of the book.

Also, one should refrain from smoking and avoid sadness and grief, the negative emotions of lung. This will prevent kidney or digestive problems in the winter.

Wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi
