Thunder Magic from Hurricane Irene

I flew Jet Blue back to Miami
on Monday night and I was home
before the clock struck midnight.
Boston is a magnificent city to visit.
There are a lots of fantastic things to
do, great museums, and the
crème de la crème of schools,
MIT and Harvard just to name a few.

But to tell you the truth
I was somewhat anxious to get
back home since there is a huge
Storm brewing in the Caribbean
and I wanted to buckle down the
hatches before it hit.
It looks like it’s going to miss
Miami but we are still get a lot of rain,
wind, thunder and lighting and that
means there is going to be a lot
of Energy in the atmosphere.

If you know how to tap into
Lighting storms, you can charge
your system up and go much
deeper into your Qi Gong and
Shen Gong meditation practices.

A few years ago I went to Long
Hu Shan (Dragon Tiger mountain)
it’s located outside the city
of Yingtan in Jiangxi
province in China, our group was
made up of all Daoists, healers and
Medical Qi Gong practitioners we
went to study at the oldest temples
in Chinese.

It’s where the founder of religious
Daoism (Zhang Daoling) is said to
have attained the Dao in the 2nd century.
They say that at Long Hu Mountain
you can tap into the core of Daoist
magic and obtain the ancient knowledge.

We were there for a week before the 900
birthday of the temple. The number nine (9) is a
most powerful number in the Daoist
systems.
The number nine is seen in Taoist divination as the perfect number for yang/yo, the “bright side” when determining the individual hexagram lines according to the I-ching (Book of Changes). Some have suggested that the number nine refers to the nine planets, that the Taoist believe directly influence human destiny, or to the seven stars of the Big Dipper (Northern Seven Stars) plus the two attendant/guardian stars which Taoist believe is the gateway to heaven, and which each star is a Taoist deity.

(Waterhouse, 1996)
You can imagine how important the
900 birthday celebration was.
The Qi was really strong and so were
the teachings. This is where I learned
some of the keys to cultivate Thunder magic.

Thunder magic is divided into two schools.

1. Healing- How to move the
powerful Thunder Qi through the
internal organs and restore your
youth and vitality.

2. Exorcism-One of the most effective
means of countering the use of
negative energy.

You don’t find these teachings on public
Access TV, in Barnes and Nobel or on the web.
These teachings are only for a select group.

This could be you!

How to Prepare Yourself for This Retrograde Mercury

Tuesday, July 26th, 2011
Share

Time seems to be moving fast than ever August is just about here and soon we will be moving into the fall again, but on the 2nd. of August the planet Mercury we will slowing down until August 26 it appear to be stoping and move backwards, this is known as retrograde Mercury and will last for 24 days.

Mercury, is the messenger of the gods, it symbolizes our intellect and mental outlook, the way we think and communicate. Mercury, is the wise counsellor, divine messenger and prince of thieves!

When Mercury goes retrograde, it has the appearance of moving backward in the sky. It is an astronomical illusion. It’s not really moving backwards, but, because of the planets’ relationship to the earth the speed of the orbits, it looks like planets begin to move backward.

Retrograde phases, can bring us back to unfinished business, back to events that have to be handled in our lives. Most of us find this uncomfortable when circumstances get thrust upon us, rather than us consciously decided how and when we want to deal with events in our lives.
During a retrograde mercury unresolved issues from the past tend to rear their ugly heads and demand us to dealt with them, like it or not.
This can causes delays in travel miss-communications, mechanical break downs and it’s not a good time to sign contracts. It is going to be changeling as Washington’s deadline to extend the country’s debt limit is on August 2.
THERE IS A GOLD LINING!
You can get some really positive things done during this time as well.

* It’s a good time to improve your life and get moving in a new direction.

You can access and filter information much easier.

* It’s a good time to move forward in your life.

It’s a great time to get things cleaned up

* Do research.

A time to read and study and tie up lose ends, that need to be completed.

Before this RETROGRADE MERCERY starts I have an offer for you that will be hard pass on but you will need to act on it before Mercery goes into retrograde station on August 2, 2011 http://qigonginnercircle.com/

Training that’s as easy as Pie!

Back in 1978 I was living in the mountains with my family. My friend Bob came to visit from Michigan on his way to Arizona. I’ve known Bob since I was 12 years old.
His family they lived just a few houses away from us.
Although I haven’t seen him in years, he heard that we moved to Telluride and showed up one afternoon at our door.
Bob went to school with me at the College for Creative Studies (CCS) and at that time it was called “The Center for Creative Arts” in downtown Detroit.

Somewhere along the way he picked up the skill of making pies and that night he made a few pies for our family and passed down his pie making secrets to me.

That spring the rhubarb came up in the high country and I decided to make a few delicious rhubarb pies. I picked a whole bunch of fresh organic rhubarb and brought it into the house and began my pie making magic. I started with a homemade organic lattice crust. You know, that crisscross kind?
It was just beautiful and it was filled with rhubarb and fresh strawberries. I put them in the oven and when they were ready I placed them on the table to cool.
I went into town to do a few things. When I came back both pies were gone, I asked my wife what happened to the two pies?
She said, “I had friends drop in unexpectedly and I served the pies.”
Me, “Both of them?”
She said, “Yep! They are gone and we really enjoyed them. Thanks.”
I asked her if she saved me a piece as those were the first rhubarb pies that I ever made and she said,” No there all gone.”
At first I was disturbed and in disbelief that they didn’t even save me a small piece.
It took me a few hours to make them and they were all gone!

But as we all know for every action there is a reaction.

The next day I was at the post office and one of the guys who came over to visit my wife and have a piece of pie, came up to me and was really pissed off.
He said after eating the pies he had stomach cramps and diarrhea all night.
I heard that from more than one of her guests.
Apparently, I got some of the leaves of the rhubarb into the pie and the leaf will give you the runs for sure– it’s considered a mild poison.
Although I never got to taste my first rhubarb pie it sure made me put a smile on my face.

In life there is always a reaction to everything we do.
The reason I train, meditate and eat a healthy diet is; I am creating a reaction in my body, mind and spirit. The reaction I am shooting for is openness, clarity, flexibility, awareness and optimal health.
We can all achieve these qualities but it comes with work and training It takes two wings to fly. One is the practice and the other wing is the training or education, to achieve your goals you need both. If you just have one wing you flop around on the ground and never get anywhere. But if you get the proper training and practice you will soar to new heights.
The purpose of the Qi Gong Inner Circle www.qigonginnercircle.com is to train serious students.

If you’re just starting to train and practice this isn’t for you right now.

Get the Recharging Qi Gong www.Rechargingqigong.com program and Turn Stress into Power www.Turnstressintopower.com and practice for 6 months first.
These programs will give you the foundation you will need to become part of the Qi Gong Inner Circle www.Qigonginnercircleqigong

Vibrant Sexual Power for Optimal Health

Tuesday, April 19th, 2011
Share

Phillip is a patient of mine and has
been for awhile.
He originally came in the office to
strengthen his sexual energy.
His primary doctor informed him that his
sperm count was very low.
He is only in his early forties and
still wants to have more children.

His wife, Gloria, is pregnant for
the second time-but there is a problem
and the young couple doesn’t know what to do.

Gloria is in the 26th week and unfortunately she’s
having trouble holding onto the baby.

She’s been hemorrhaging everyday and her uterus
already started to dilate.

Both her and her husband are stressed and they are
doing everything they can in order to not lose their
second child. In her first pregnancy, the same thing
happened, but her doctors gave her medicine that is
no longer on the market because there were too many
side effects.

When she called me, she didn’t know what to do and was
hoping that alternative medicine would be able to help
her bring the child to full term.

She came in to the office with her husband for the
first time and they were very emotional.
The medical doctors scared them and told
them that they may lose the child.

We went over her complete medical history,
looked at her bloodwork and found that her
levels of progesterone were very low.
Her energy was low, especially the kidneys.
This is something that isn’t usually checked in
conventional medicine.
When I looked at her tongue, I could see that
she was very dehydrated.
In Chinese medicine this is typical in a yin
deficiency patient.

I prescribed a series of non stressful medical Qi Gong
exercises to start immediately.

These exercises will build her immune system and
vitality and some natural creams to build yin.
This should do the trick to strengthen her uterus,
lower diaphragm and hold on to the fetus.

I have taught these exercises to the members of the
Qi Going Inner Circle,

www.Qigonginnercircle.com

as part of the longevity exercises.

The techniques are originally from ancient Taoist
Medical Qi Gong system, they work to keep the
meridian flowing and to keep one healthy in
body, mind and spirit.

In fact I found these exercises so important
that I included the “Yin Set” as part of the
Recharging Qi Gong Program.

http://Rechargingqigong.com

My personal experience of practicing the “Yin Set”
and teaching them to students is all positive.
They incorporate all the senses: auditory,
visual and kinesthetic.

Hear is what they do:
*They strengthen the yin organs -the heart, kidneys,
liver, lungs and spleen

*They balance the yang organs-small intestine,
bladder, gall bladder, large intestine and Stomach

*Pull toxic heat and poisons out of the body

*Balance the Shen (calms the spirit)

*Tone and strengthen the sexual energy

In Taoist medicine if you’re not physically powerful
and healthy sexually-you’re rapidly ageing.
Sexual energy depends on the health of the kidneys.

If your kidneys are not healthy –you’re
getting old before your time and your sexual energy
is out the window. Some of the symptoms of kidney
problems are, low back pain, loss of hearing,
hair loss or per-mature gray hair,
and sexually you are kaput.

In China, the Emperor had many consorts to
stimulate him sexually and his doctors worked on
keeping his kidney energy vibrant.

Strong kidneys = Strong Sexual Power

One of the main keys to longevity is
sexual liveliness.
If you have it –you are young and if not
you’re getting old quicker than you can
imagine.

In the Qi Gong Inner Circle programs;
we explore all aspects of longevity including
sexual strength, power and ancient herbal
formulas.

When I produced the Recharging Qi Gong program
I made sure the entire “Yin Set” was included.
These important exercises will definitely
slow down the aging process and
keep you young if you practice.

Gathering Full Moon Yin Qi

Saturday, March 19th, 2011

Harvest Moon If you look up into the evening night sky tonight,
you will see that the moon appears to be bigger than ever.
Our planet earth is closer to the moon than usually and is really lighting up the sky.
The Full Moon will take place on March 19th, at 2:10 pm in the sign of Virgo.
This is the sign of the Zodiac that cleans things up.
Virgo filters out what works and what doesn’t, it gets
rid of waste and just in time for spring cleaning.
Spring starts on Sunday the Vernal Equinox.

It’s a great time to start a detox program and clear out old habits.

Now, that doesn’t mean not to have fun.

I didn’t plan anything for this “Moon Over Miami”
until my friend Sheri got her new job for a company in Miami Beach that does adventure tours,
like mountain biking, although there are no mountains in South Florida.
She told me about a night ocean kayaking trip under the shining moon.

So on this full moon lit night we set sail,
actually we launched 40 kayak on an eerie night time kayak.
The group took off at seven o’clock and for two hours,
paddled under the full moon and then return to huge bonfire.
A great way to spend a full moon night gathering the yin energy.

Whenever one goes on an adventure that has somewhat of a fear factor to it,
as well as a thrill factor there is a lot of energy,
that means a great opportunity to gather Qi.

When I go on an adventure I always take the time
to do my internal Qi Gong practices first.
I acknowledge and tune in to the five elements,
do the belt channels and the ten internal madras
that you can find in The Turn Stress Into power Program

www.Turnstressintopower.com

This full moon is time to be grateful and bring in positive energy
to balance out the force of change that is necessary.
This Full Moon offers a turning point.
Roll up your sleeves and do the work.
Practice
Practice
and more Practice
it will pay off big time in the coming months by bring your
life into balance.

The Alchemical Formula for Success

Thursday, March 17th, 2011

t’s St. Patrick’s Day!
It is believed that Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland,
raised people from the dead.

It is also said that he has given a sermon from a hilltop
that drove all the snakes from Ireland.
Of course, no snakes had ever lived in Ireland.
It could have been that Irish whiskey helped build the
tail of dear old St. Patty.
All kidding aside Saint Patrick was a great
alchemist and studied under Saint Germain.

The symbol of the day is the shamrock.
The story stems from an old Irish tale which tells how
Saint Patrick used the three leafed shamrock to explain
the Trinity.
He used it in his sermons to represent how the
Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit could all exist as
separate elements of the same entity. You know, trinity
exists in many religions.

The Hindus have Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.
The Buddhists talk about body, mind and spirit and
generally all things come in three.
Like mother, father and child.  I am sure that St. Patrick
was right about the energetic sermons he gave.

There’s an energy that has been building in my office
that I had started feeling from the 1st day of the year
and it’s just about here.

Today is culmination day and the energy is at its peek.

You would think it’s all about the Saint Patty day office party.
-No!
Or maybe there’s some kind of an astrological phenomenon?
- No!
Some kind of Qi Gong healing holiday? -
No!…that’s not it either.

It’s Anastasia’s 20th birthday!
She is my #1 secretary and she has been excited about
it for months.

You may be saying Big Deal! So, it’s her birthday-
why is that so significant?

That’s not where the real treasure lies.

It’s in the energy that has been building up to the event
for her birthday for over the last few months.
It reminds me of the wise sage Pooh bear, who said that
the most exciting
part isn’t in eating the honey,
it’s the moment just BEFORE eating the
honey where  all the Qi is stored.

I have been hearing about her birthday and her lucky
number 17 since the 1st of the year and
it’s happening now.

Looking at the event from an Energetic stand point,
there are a few things happening.

1. She has built a positive expectation around it.

2. It’s going to happen at a certain date in the future.

3. She has a positive visualization on what’s going
to happen.

4. It involves friends and family.

5. Every day she has been putting energy into the
upcoming event.

Although Anastasia may not know this, but she is working
on an ancient formula to create energy (Qi), Wealth and
Happiness in her life.

She hasn’t been  worrying about getting old, or not having
a good time, she is a driving force of Qi.
This is a big part of Qi Gong Healing,
Prosperity and Success.

Although she has said that she didn’t realize all the
magic behind her Birthday, she defiantly wants to learn
more and put all these hidden
skills to work for her for the rest of her like.

On this birthday she has become a true alchemist
and is now a member of the Qi Gong InnerCircle.

Happy Birthday!

I wish all of you good Health, Wealth and Happiness.

How do I free Myself from this Tennis Elbow Pain with Qi Gong?

Tuesday, March 15th, 2011
Share

I received this note today from a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle.

Dr. Wu Dhi Can you recommend any specific exercise
for tennis elbow?
I just recent developed this condition and my Doc just
wants to add more pills to my diet.

I just received your latest inner circle DVD’s.
I will be reviewing them this week.
The best investment I ever made was joining your
inner circle.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Your student,

 Bill

My Friend
I see at least one or two patients a week with this problem,
Florida has great tennis all year long and that means tennis
elbow or in medical terms, lateral epicondylitis.
It’s characterized by pain and stiffness in the extensor muscles
of the forearm.
There may also be pain at the elbow on extension of the wrist
and on gripping an object.

It’s usually treated with acupuncture or acupressure and
heat in my office to get rid of the cold and dampness in
the joint, acupuncture is a big help for this condition.

I use a few powerful points that you can also massage or
add heat, like moxibustion.
Both local and distal points are selected from the yang channels
supplementing the meridians to eliminate wind, cold and dampness.
I also have had a lot of luck using the influential point for muscle
and tendons gall bladder 34. it seem to work well and
patients get great lasting results.
Some a deep tissue massage and a manipulation may be useful as well.

In Chinese medicine tennis elbow is considered as “BI pain”
and is usually caused from wind, cold and damp if the pain
is from coldness I’ll also use moxibustion or a heat lamp
and use a good bone or hit medicine externally and
you will heal quicker than a you could imagine.

The reason I use the large intestine points is it governs fluid
in the body that comes from the small intestine.
Both of these channels cross at the elbow and travel up and
down the arm.
If there is a blockage from trauma, cold or dampness these
points free up the blocked Qi.

Listen up, this is the important part!

Work on I-chin techniques (tendon-changing).
This is to soften and relax all the muscle groups,
tendons, ligaments and nerve fibers in the body to increase
healing, speed and the reaction and performance needed.

Also Hsi-sui (marrow washing) to clean and regulate the bone
and marrow,
This will increase the size and density of the bone.
As Master Chia points out, you want to have the bone like steel
wrapped in cotton.
This will heal you quicker than any pill you could ever take and
will strengthen your tendons so you will avoid injury in the future.
I talked about this in one of the Qi Gong Inner Circle DVD’s

www.Qigonginnercircle.com

Hear is another Qi Gong healing method that I use that works great
for tennis elbow, stiff joints, sore arms and other related problems
that I learned from Donna Eden, she ‘s
the author of “Energy Medicine” and you can start with it right away.

Follow the channel of the large intestine, small intestine and the
heart start by doing tiny pinches up and down the arm.
This will reset the spindle cell at the belly of each muscle.

The lighter the pinch the better.

Take a Look at the Recharging Qi Gong Program where I teach the
bone breathing that will really help and pay special attention to the
wrist twist exercise, forearm rotation and the three part finger
recharging and that will do the trick.

For those of you who don’t have the Recharging Qigong Program
yet don’t delay another minute go to
www.Rechargingqigong.com and get started today.

The Mommies are Falling

Thursday, January 13th, 2011
Share

My 90-year-old mother fell last night.
She said, “I was a little disorientated when I woke up
in the middle of the night and the next thing I knew,
I was lying on the floor.”

Luckily she didn’t get hurt.

She wears one of those emergency buttons around her
neck and someone came up to her apartment in minutes.

My friend’s mother wasn’t so lucky. She is up there in
years as well but nowhere close to my mother.

She got her feet tangled up in the sheets and before
she knew it she was on the floor with a broken bone.

It seems that when she tried to get out of bed she fell
on the floor and fractured her thigh.
She was rushed to the hospital and is now
getting pins and rods to hold it in place and months
of therapy just to try and get back to normal.

When you fall and break something it can take months
to repair and sometimes years,
and that’s not the worst part.

If you aren’t moving your body your lymphatic system
isn’t moving either and you can get swollen legs,
fluid build up and even possible heart or kidney failure.

In Chinese medicine, the heart is the fire and the kidneys
are water.
Hence that’s the meaning of the yin and yang sign,
fire and water.

They need to stay balanced to keep your health and vitality.
That’s the first thing I check when doing an acupuncture
treatment, the heart and the kidneys yin and yang.

You would think this just happens in the older population
but that’s not the case.
Many younger people end up on the floor with broken
bones every day and it can be prevented
but it’s not an overnight fix.

On my last birthday I was in Lake Havasu, Arizona.
I was invited to go on a friend’s powerboat for a ride.
When I got in the boat I just walked over the hall and
sat down.
My friend remarked that I had great balance and most
people have a hard time walking on board.

I didn’t think much about it at the time, as my balance
is very good.

But it’s not totally natural– I work on it and have been
for years.
I started practicing martial arts when I was 12, yoga
when I was only 17 and Qi Gong for over 30 years.

I work on my balance every day, sometimes spinning
in circles on the beach, walking backwards or practicing
Qi Gong postures.

Nothing comes for free if you want to avoid the perils of
old age or just prevent yourself from falling on your face-
you have to practice.

Students ask me all the time what would be the best
program for me to start with?

If I had to choose a beginning Qi Gong practice I’d
suggest getting the Flying Crane Qi Gong
and then move into the more advanced Recharging
Qi Gong program.

For the students that wanting more and more of
advanced info

I started the Qi Gong Inner Circle to give the serious
students the inside scoop on anti-aging and longevity
practices that most Westerners will never see and unless
they find a Master.

Qi Cultivation in Key West

Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010
Share

Last weekend I was truly blessed.
Two of my dear friend from Detroit came to visit;
one is an internationally known gold and silver trader
and the other a physic card reader and palmist.

I’ve known them since I was in my twenties and when
they first hosted seminars in Michigan, I was the person they
would call to teach the healing workshops.

They invited me to come down to Key West. It just so happened
that it was Halloween. They say that back in 1978, two men
decided that a festival, carnival or some sort of celebration was
needed to spice-up and revitalize this traditional ‘slack’ period
of Key West. It had to be unique – something that would bring
in visitors from
all over the United States, hence the creation of Fantasy Fest,
a Halloween Celebration for adults.

Over the years the event has grown to surpass all expectations,
and now over 100,000 people attend. That’s five times the
population of Key West.

I drove down south Friday night after work and I knew exactly
what I wanted to do when I got there.

I decided to make it a weekend of cultivating energy, let me
tell you what that is and why you’ll want to do it yourself
when ever you can.

The Chinese have developed a practical framework to understand
health based on the notion of Qi, or vital energy.
It can form a very useful set of metaphors to use in organizing
the cultivation of one’s own health.

The three most basic types of energy related to physiology,
termed are the “Three Treasures,”

Qi – vital energy

Jing -essence

Shen- spirit

Qi -(pronounced chee), means air, breath of life, or vital
energy that flows through all things in the universe,
including the human body. According to Qigong theory,
the Qi that courses through our entire being must flow like a
flowing river.
If there is a block, Qi becomes stagnant and prevents other
parts of the body from being nourished. If the Qi flows too
rapidly, it causes degeneration or exhaustion of the internal
organs. Qigong brings balance to these energies by filling
the deficiency and removing the excess.

Jing -is the Chinese word for “essence” stored in the
kidneys and is the most dense physical matter within the
body. It’s an important concept in the internal healing arts.
You can acquire jing from food and internal exercise, study,
and meditation, like the Recharging Qi Gong program offers.

www.rechargingqigong.com
Qi Gong is the key to longevity and the replenishment of
jing, the carrier of our DNA.

Shen –meaning spirit when speaking about physical development,
it is derived from Qi and can be divided into both Prenatal and
Postnatal shen.

These three complex networks exchange their energetic influence
and affect the functional status, as well as the distribution of the
body’s Qi and Blood.

Now what does all that really mean and why would you want to
activate the Three treasures
When you open all three centers you can build Qi, develop and
strengthen your spiritual digestive system.

As I walked through the festival, I was able to gather energy and
build my internal energy.

This is a treasure in itself.

I highly recommend learning how to gather Qi and store it.
I teach this work to the members of the Qi Gong inner circle,
www.qigonginnercircle.com and to the students who attend
the Wednesday night meditation class. If you are in the Miami
area join me as my guest.

I wish you the best in your Health Wealth and Happiness

Magic Square in Miami Beach.
There are still 6 places open. If you would like to join me

In 1978 I made my first trip to Caracas, Venezuela, what
a charming place it was back then, tropical and yet the
perfect weather.
Caracas was a city filled with art, culture and
most every country had an embassy there.
Venezuela was a jewel, one of the Hot spots in
South America to visit.

I was invited there with a group to remarkable people
to teach Taoist and Buddhist meditations and introduce
alternative medicine.

In 1987 I moved to Caracas on the request of my Guru
for three wonderful years to teach and learn.
He said. ”This move will change your Karma”
I couldn’t resist the opportunity to see what would
happen. So off I went, even though I didn’t speak a
lick of Spanish the adventure was worth it.

One of the most valuable things that I brought away
with me from Venezuela is the long-term relationship
with students and friends

My assignment was to run the Ashram, lead daily meditation
classes and get a group of more than 50 advanced students
up to speed on alternative medicine and the practices
from both the Taoist and Tibetan schools.

The school was considered a work school
and we worked.

“The rewards of hard work is, more work”
-Rudi

Students came together to practice and study 5 days
a week in the morning and there was a special
teaching every Wednesday night for 3 or 4 hours.

On the weekends I taught intensive workshops on a
Multitude of subjects:
• Qi Gong,
• Internal meditations
• Meridian mastery
• Polarity therapy
• The Taoist Secrets of love
• Chua Ka (a form of self-healing
• Touch for Health
• Feel for Fun (just kidding)
• Leadership skills

Plus much more that I only can share with
the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.

Most of my weekends were full from early morning
until late at night.
I met quite a few people in those years,
many of them are still students and friends
who train and practice daily.

Venezuela is a lot different today than it was in those
Golden Years. There government has changed radically
and it has been reported in the news that Caracas has
more crime on the streets than ever and is more violent
than Baghdad.

I asked a good friend who still lives there how she deals
with chaos.
She told me something very interesting.
” I wake up go to my studio do my practices
and then go to work.
I am self-contained the master of my own destiny”.

We can all easily accomplish that in our lives if we want it.
It doesn’t come naturally; it comes with work and practice.
If you’re willing to put in the time you can embody the work
and be the master of your own destiny.

In the Qi Gong Inner Circle www.qigonginnercircle.com
I teach the skills for you to become the master of your
own destiny, in the shortest amount of time.

It takes work, practice, training and education.
There is an old Buddhist saying.
“It takes two wings to fly.
One wing is the teaching
and the other is the practice.
If you don’t have both wings,
it’s not that you will only fly ½ as far,
you just flop around”.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness
