Healers Beware

Saturday, July 3rd, 2010

If you are a healer,
a caregiver or just someone who cares for your family and loved ones,
you could be in Grave Danger and not even know it.

So many of us give our heart and soul to others, we give everything
we can to take care of- our mates, children, family and lovers.

No questions asked.

If they are sick, depressed, or just off balance we pore all of our
energy and attention into trying to make them feel better.

I’ve seen this with my own eyes. Some one can be
Sick- As- A -Dog,
and their mate will insist that they go out with them with no
regards for how they feel.

What blows me away they go!
Sick as Hell.

Is this loyalty? A fear of not being loved, or such a strong
need to be accepted and loved,
that one will compromise their own well being ?

What’s their mate thinking?
Are they thinking?

No mater the reason,
they jeopardize their own health and longevity,
all while trying to please.

The intension may be good, but you could be

“throwing out the baby with the bath water.”

Self-cultivation is a method used to not only
educate yourself, but a way to build in self respect
for yourself.
If you feel that there is no one there for you,
you need to be there for yourself first.

“Healer, heal thyself”

“We are all healers, in one-way or another and in
general we don’t take the time to heal ourselves”.
We must take care of ourselves as we help others
do the same.

“If I give you a fish – you eat for a day,
but if I teach you to fish you can eat for a lifetime.”
-J.C

Here are some suggestions to make your life better
and give yourself some well-deserved and needed
self-cultivation

Start your day out right…

· Start your morning with a hot cup of tea, and some quiet
meditation before everyone else gets up.

· Go to sleep before Midnight at least 4 days a week

Hatcher Mangos

Hatcher Mangos

Early Saturday morning around 6:30 , I received a distress call from Mairlynn,  the Mango lady.
I usually don’t get a call from her this early in the growing season.
She is the owner of Hatcher Hill Mango Farm. www.hatchermangohill.com.
It’s a small farm about 3+ acres large with more mangoes than I’ve ever seen.
They are all organically grown, not to mention are the biggest and best darn
mangoes I have ever tasted.

I usually visit the 60 year old farm a few times each season to feast on the mangoes.
Those farmers, in general, are really hard workers – picking, packing and shipping
mangoes is a back breaking job.
In fact, that’s how I became friends with the Hatchers.

It was about 14 years ago when I discovered Hatcher Hill Mango farm.
I was driving up to see my parents and I saw the sign, “Organic Mangoes for sale.”
I drove up the dirt road to the farm, when I got the top of the hill,
I couldn’t believe my eyes, there were tables of the largest mangoes I’ve ever seen.
Man this was a real find, “I love mangoes.”

I jumped out of the car and as I was picking out the mangoes that I wanted,
I heard the Mango Lady say. “My back is really sore.” I told her I could fix that and
within seconds,
I was in the farm house in seconds putting acupuncture needles in the mango lady’s
back and doing Medical Qi Gong.  We’ve been friends ever since.

But, let’s get back to the distress call.
The Mango Lady called and said she could hardly walk, that’s always bad but just
before the mangoes ripen, it’s a really BIG problem.
She said it all hit the fan at the same time and she needed some help.
I got into the “Chi-mobile” and drove up to the farm in Boynton Beach.

It’s true, STRESS can cause more health problems that lifting heavy boxes
of mangoes all day or any physical work.
So, I had a long chat with the Mango Lady about stress
and what it does to people.

Stress is the # 1 killer in the USA – causing more heart problems, cancers,
mental and emotional problems than anything else.

We went over exercises and relaxation techniques together that are in my
“Turn Stress into Power Program.”
We worked for about half an hour on the meditations and the internal exercises,
to turn those stresses around and use them to her advantage.

Long story short, by the time I left Hatcher Hill, she was feeling 100% better!
So why not turn your personal stress into power too?  It’s as easy as one, two – FREE!

Internal Qi Gong to control Pain

Tuesday, March 16th, 2010

Today A student asked me if I knew how to control pain using Qi Gong.
I refered to this blog that I sent out a few years ago.
This is the story I told him.

As a kid growing up in Detroit you learned how to be tough
at an early age, and even if I got in a fight or got hurt
I learned how to control pain. That was something I learned
early.

Dr. Feldman our family dentist taught me from an early age to
 GET TOUGH!

You may remember those old dentist offices where that had
those old cable drills, well that’s what he had in his old
creepy office, with those old time cable drills that moved
really, really slowly with loud buzzing drills.
Dr Feldman told my mother, who seemed to believe
everything that he said, that kids didn’t need Novocain
or anything else for pain. He Told Her “Kids don’t really
feel any pain from the drilling”.
So we never got the numbing stuff.
I learned how to move my internal energy in my body to
avoid pain at an early age just to survive those early
days of touchier.
Not exactly the water board technique, but close.

I still use the technique to avoid pain,
to the amazement of my current dentist.

I was working out with a group of students about a
month ago showing some of the advanced techniques of
internal Qi gong and how to strike not at things but
through things.
I got distracted by a question from a senior students
and a newbie cold cocked me on my left side right on my jaw.
Ouch! I didn’t give it much energy and re-channeled the
pain and went on with the instructions.

A few days ago I was feeling some discomfort in my mouth
and went to the dentist to have it checked.
It turned out that I had a broken tooth and it needed to
be pulled.

When I said No Novocain! The dentist  and her assistant
turned white. After some discussion and seeing that it
wasn’t going to happen without me agreeing to let them
give me at least a ¼ dose I agreed for their sake I then
went into a deep meditation and before I knew it the
tooth was out.
I did much better than the doctor and her assistant in fact
I giver her call to day to check on her anxiety level after
seeing me. She was fine but still can’t believe that the
processors didn’t bother me.

Over the last 6 decades I have studied and learned many
techniques from the ancient cultures on to move, remove,
divert and avoid pain. On many different levels mentally,
physically, emotionally and locked in spiritual pain.
Some of these systems I have discovered out of necessity
others are drawn from the Taoist systems and Tibetan
systems, as well as Alchemy, Chinese medicine and the
secret teachings of Ayurvedic medicine.

These and other internal  Qigong exercises are what
I teach to the Qi Gong Inner Circle members.

“No Blockage, No Pain.”

Sunday, March 14th, 2010

DSC_0955“Where there is Blockage there is pain,
where there is no Blockage, there is no pain.”
I read this statement in Kung Fu Magazine a
few months ago and it really stuck with me.

That’s not a concept that they entertain in
Western Medicine. People in general can’t deal
with pain.
They are always trying to run from it, kill it,
or numb out, just to avoid pain.

I hear it all- “Doctor: my back hurts, my stiff neck
is killing me, and I’ve had these pounding head aches
for weeks.” I have heard that some of the standard
treatments are worse than the actual disease itself.

As a doctor of Chinese medicine, I am forever opening up
the blockages in Qi flow and this relives pain in a flash.
No blockage, No pain. It’s as simple as that.
If the Qi is not flowing; it’s stagnant or disrupted in
some way. It can be from a trauma, spiritual, mental,
or emotional imbalances.

Here’s the scoop: we have a meridian system that travels
through our whole body. It’s like a sea of energy or a large
river of energy flowing in and out, around every organ.
If the Meridians are open our health is great,
but if there is a blockage the next thing we know-
there is some kind of dis-ease.
The acupuncture, herbs, and massage help to open up those
blocks that effect our balance.
But most of us can’t get a treatment everyday because of time,
costs etc.
So what can you do to keep your self in tip top shape,
release the blocked energy and stay balanced?

I’ve got the answer;
“The Recharging Qi Gong Program”. www.Rechargingqigong.com
I now have more than 700 patients and students doing this
increasable program daily with 100% satisfaction.
They have cut their pain down to size or completely
eliminated it.

I receive letters all the time from students and patients
telling me how their energy has increased and that
they are more flexible than they have ever been with no pain.
They now feel great in their own skin again.

How does it work?

The program opens up the blocked and stuck energy in your
physical, mental and spiritual bodies.
“Where there is no Blockage, there is no pain”.

If you start now you can improve your health way beyond your
own expectations and feel GREAT!

Fung Shui Garden

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

IMG_0055Around 6:30 this morning I met with Linda in her
secrets Fung Shui garden, it’s hidden in a special
lay according to ancient laws of alchemy.
Linda doesn’t invite too many guests here,
she is really careful to keep the vibrations at the
highest levels.
I heard that everyone who visits her garden claims,
that no matter if it’s hot or cold outside the
temperature is always perfect and the space is
very healing.
The garden is filled with exotic tropical flowers,
plants, and medicinal herbs from all over the world.
As well as sculptures, bubbling fountains and the
sound of wind chimes permeate the air.
As soon as I entered the garden,I went into an internal
state of conciseness that I have only experienced in
deep meditation and intense Qi Gong Practices.
The feeling I got was an incredible amount of internal
space, my breathing opened and my entire body was
relaxed just being there.

The more internal space we have creates more awareness,
and more awareness creates more space. Once you experience
this, it can be duplicated and called forth at will.
People are always saying things like, “I need to get
away” or “I need more space.”
But once you’ve learned how to pull in the energy you
can go into that deep space at will.

We have the external universe which is the macrocosm
and we have the internal universe, the microcosm,
space where you can learn and grow the quickest.
It takes discipline as well as training but with a
regular practice you can be the master of your own
destiny in no time at all.

Here are a few important keys to get you there:
First of all, you ground yourself and get yourself-centered.
That’s the importance of building a solid foundation.

Next key is in the Breathing.
This will relax your body and relax your whole being.
Imagine that the energy is being absorbed into every
cell of your body, like a monster sponge sucking in
all the Qi.
When I first learned this work it was like plugging into
a 220 socket. My energy and vitality jumped off the
charts and my anxiety leaves dropped away.

I teach these techniques in depth to the members
of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.
Every month they receive a DVD and we follow up with
a conference call to insure everyone is up to date.
If you haven’t jumped on the boat yet,
what are you waiting for?

It’s still only a dollar until March 15th.

If you’re not completely amazed by the teaching,
you can drop out anytime.

Forecast 2010

Thursday, December 31st, 2009

crane2[1]2010 is going to be more than interesting and
exciting according to my friend, Ray Merriman,
he’s well-versed in the language of both market
analysis and astrology.
In his 2010 book “Forecast” he says.
“2010 it’s like a portal opened into a new reality.
Both consciousness and perception are altered from
anything known before. It is as if a new paradigm
is being created continuously, but never quite
manifested entirely. Many of the rules of
the past for the phenomenal world no longer work
and the rules that will work have yet to be
established.
It is unlike anything experienced before, and therefore
the first and most primal emotions are likely to be
confusion and disorientation, followed by fear and
then if lucky,faith and acceptance.”

That’s quite a mouth full Ray. It sounds like there’s
going to be a lot of changelings and a lot of new
Opportunities
for those of us who are centered and willing to bend
like the bamboo or willow swaying in the wind.

“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked,
while the Bamboo or willow survives by bending with
the wind.”
- Bruce Lee

Flexibility and opening up to new possibilities will
Definitely be what is needed.

I have some real gems to teach all of you this year.
Practice and training is the key to make us strong
like the Bamboo.

“Knowledge = Wisdom”.

This year in early February I am going to release
a new teaching. “Crain Style Qi Gong”.
I have been practicing and teaching this form for
30 some years. There will be classes,DVD’s
meditations and strength building exercises
as well as internal work to increase longevity.
I’ll include the erotic teachings as well
of the Buddhist and Taoist healing and
meditation Systems.

Thanks for being a part of
Recharging Qi Gong programs,workshops
and classes.
May great things come your way in 2010!!!!

The Magic of Winter Intenal Qi Gong

Sunday, December 20th, 2009

IMG_3490Last night I came home after sundown and the whole
house was completely dark.
Instead of turning on the lights I lit a candle.
I never do this sort of thing but the house seemed
so quiet and peaceful I wanted to just sit and open
to the quietness.

I spent the majority of the night in contemplative
meditation. We are in the Winter Solstice and it is
an excellent time to take time to be quiet and reflect
on the past year.
I recommend doing this for yourself as a matter of
self-cultivation.
With all the crazy energy around the holidays and
year-end you want to make sure that you cool-out
and recollect yourself before you burn-out.
Once you do I think you will find that the rush of
the holidays and year-end quiets down and you can
refocus on those things that are most important.

In Chinese medicine Winter is associated with the
element Water. Water energy has the attributes of:
•Cold
•Damp
•Quiet
•Stillness
•Calmness
•Smoothness
•Listening
•The Kidney organ and meridian

This energy is available in the atmosphere
throughout the winter. Just slow down,
sit quietly in a natural place and pull in the
atmosphere. Winter Water energy is also
associated with a special type of Awareness that,
from Chinese to English, best translates as
Alert Stillness. In the Chinese Medicine system we
use animal associations to signify these types of
energy, and as such, the animal for the water element
and organ of the Kidney is the Deer.
The Deer is chosen because it is a master of Alert
Stillness. When you think of a deer you think of an
animal that is impossible to sneak up on.
The slightest snap of a twig and the Deer has
disappeared. This is not the same type of power of
a Tiger or a Dragon but it is a type of power that
completes us.
In the Bagua system of Martial Arts it takes a
whole circle of animals to become a Master.
We cannot always Push, Push, Push, sometimes we
need to sit, take inventory, and listen to the
atmosphere.
This is the power in the symbol of the deer and that
is the power of this time of year.
So take advantage of this time of solstice when this
energy is most powerful and abundant, you will not be
able to tap into this energy so easily in other seasons.
Winter, not just the New Year, is the best time to set
new plans and goals into action.
Take inventory of what is happening around you.
Upon deep consideration you may see more then
before.
Clarity is not achieved when you are rushing or
being hasty.
Opening is found in reflection.

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi

Triple Yin Yang

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

3 forces logoSome of you might be wondering what does
the Triple Yin Yang logo represent? You’ll
find it on my website and on my all products.

The Triple Yin Yang is also known as the Wheel
of Enjoyment. It symbolizes the trinity of Buddha,
Dharma and Sangha – “The Three Jewels.”
And overcoming the ‘Three Poisons:’ Ignorance,
Desire and Aversion.

I use that moniker for several reasons.First,
let me explain the meaning of the terms. The
Buddha is The Enlightened or Awakened One.
The word Dharma literally translates as that
which upholds or supports. Sangha are a group
of beings possessing a high-degree of realization.
And all three represent the teachings in my
programs. Making you into the best you can and
will ever be, supporting your higher growth,
and health and longevity.

The Enjoyment is sharing these ancient
teachings with you, which I do with the Qi
Gong Inner Circle. www.Qigonginnercircle.com

powerful teachings.

Turtle Style Qi Gong

Wednesday, September 9th, 2009

Training early morning has many advantages
this time of the year. One being my favorite
is witnessing the hatching of sea turtles.
What a lucky day it was when I came across a
nest of newly hatched baby turtles and were
on their way back to the sea.

I carefully picked one up, cradled it in my hand,
and felt the vibration of new life. When I put
the little feller down, he scampered off to the
sea and vanished in an instant.

Baby Sea Turtle

Baby Sea Turtle

What a buzz! You can imagine what an incredible
Qi Gong workout I had after that.
Every year the mother turtle comes back to the
same beach to lay her eggs.  Sea turtles live
long lives and grow up to weighing more than
300 pounds. This little encounter set the tone
for my entire week and more. Turtles are a sign
of longevity and wealth. And as for me, a
definite sign of prosperity!Later that day I invited a friend to lunch.
She noticed an internal glow on my face and
asked what was going on. I told her the turtle
story and showed her the pictures to go along
with it. After lunch, we walked over to a gift
shop. The owner greeted us kindly with,
“Hello, how are you doing?”

With a big smile on my face, I bellowed,
“Pretty good, thanks for asking.”

He snipped, “You’re the only one in this
economy who is doing pretty good.”

Well, he had no idea just how well I was doing.
I just came off the beach high on sea-turtle buzz!

But then I paused and looked closely at the man.
He had gray hair, poor posture, no vitality and
looked old. I then looked into his eyes;
his Shen was off-kilter. He saw life through eyes
of fear. In fact he mentioned that he was afraid
of the future.

In Chinese medicine, Fear is the negative emotion
of the kidneys. You could see by the way this man
walked; he had a sore back which is another sign
of poor kidney health.

The positive emotion of the water element where the
kidney resides is Gentleness.

I cover the emotions of the five elements in the DVD
for members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.  If you’re
not a member, I implore you to please save your
future-self and visit www.Qigonginnercircle.com.

As a member, you will discover freedom of fear and
all the ills that ail you.

Your first month is only one dollar.   If you don’t
like it, I’ll send your dollar back and you can
keep the DVD.  There’s nothing to lose and
everything in life to gain. Get high on life!

Wishing you the very best in Health, Wealth and
Happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi

Magic Square of Health

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

My phone rang this morning at 6:30am. It was my
new patient Edith who was totally flipped out,
totally out of sync and wanted to know how soon
I could see her. I told her I wouldn’t be in my
office till 9am so I’ll meet her then.

When I got to the office, she was already in
the waiting room with tears in her eyes, hunched
over and she looked like she hadn’t slept in two
days. I brought her into the exam room and started
asking her the usual questions. How is her energy,
sleep, appetite and mood?

She then broke down and told me that her life
wasn’t working out as planned. I told her not to
focus on the negative parts of her life, but
instead on the positive. I then switched up my
questions by using the Magic Square; the 9 Step
method of Feng Shui Healing.

1. What’s going on in her career? She said she’s a
hard worker and she actually just got a promotion.

2. Dual cultivation; how are your relationships?
She answered that her relationship was skyrocketing
and she gave me more details than I needed to mention.

3. Family and children? She said that her family
life is also good. Her relationship with her mother
couldn’t be any better and her daughter and her
are best friends.

4. Then came the critical question for many; how
is your money? She stated even with this economy,
that her money is good too. In fact, it’s better
than ever.

5. How is your spiritual practice? She practices
religiously with meditations and worship. She even
contributes and volunteers her time to help others.
She considers herself to be very open minded and
she respect’s other people’s beliefs.

6. How about traveling and meeting new people?
She quickly admitted she enjoys traveling and that
she takes trips to Europe, Asia and does so very
often because she has tons of friends from all
over the world. (Well it helps that she’s a travel
agent!)

7. Any projects? She is currently remodeling her
house and that’s going great as well.

8. How about self-cultivation; exercise, education
and things that nurture you? And there it was…
I found the problem. She realized she hasn’t been
taking care of herself. Like many of us, we take
care of everyone else and forget ourselves.

Edith hasn’t exercised in 6 weeks and has a kitchen
cupboard full of vitamins that she doesn’t take.
She has basically cut herself out of the healing
picture. And that is a huge problem.

The Magic Square is out of balance, therefore the
entire health picture goes out of balance.

Chinese Magic Square

9. The final question; how about her success?
And the answer was NONE. And that’s because
there’s an imbalance in her Internal Feng Shui.

If you have 8 things in your life that are totally
balanced and harmonious, but there’s one thing
that’s out of place, it throws off the entire picture.

I worked on Edith for over an hour; balanced her
meridians and opened up her energy flow. Together,
we resolved her issues. I gave her specific
set of prescriptive exercises to do every day that
will restore her energy, as well as correct the
blockages of her internal Feng Shui.

All of us have imbalances in our lives here and
there. We don’t get a manual that balances these
bumps on the road of life. In the Qi Gong Inner
Circle, I teach members valuable exercises and
give them maps on how to turn any situations
around. If you are not a member, join today!
