Don't be a chicken, Spring into action Now

It’s Spring Again!

My son called me this morning at 6:00 am, and said
“Dad, can you believe it- there is two inches of snow
on the ground! and it’s cold again ” He lives in Michigan
where it’s still spring time as the hours of light and
darkness are equal. He told me that he can see green of
the daffodils, tulips and crocus shooting their heads
through the white snow and about to bloom- the new leaves
are appearing on the trees and he said that it was beautiful.

In South Florida we don’t get to see such a dramatic change
because spring is subtle here. Traditionally, it’s the
time to start new beginnings.

As I spring into things with a new burst of energy I will
start to detox my body by fasting for a few days, increase
the amount of liquids I drink, and eat a lot more green
leafy vegetables. I also focus my Qi gong practices on
the wood element -the liver and gall bladder; those are
the organs that are ruling in the spring.

The Spring Equinox also called vernal equinox, the rites of
spring, and our religious holidays like Easter and Passover
are at this time of the year, as the earth is bursting forth
with life once again. The equinox was a few weeks ago and we
are in the midst of holy week and Passover.

As a celebration of spring and of the new YOU, I want
to encourage all of you to increase your Qi Gong practices.
If you don’t already have the Recharging Qi Gong program now
is the time to get it !

The time for new beginnings- a time for a spring sale.

The power of 5 O’clock AM Qi Gong

Friday, April 15th, 2011
Share

This morning I got up early around 5 o’ clock.
I don’t know why but my eyes just popped open and I was wide awake and ready to go.
I made a cup of green tea before I left the house.
It took me around 5 minuets and when I got to the beach it was still dark , I was all set to practice before daybreak.

I started by doing the grounding poses and opening the Chakras as the daylight began.  What a beautiful way to open yourself to a new day!
When I have a few hours to practice I get myself really charged up by doing the Recharging Qi Gong.

http://rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

The entire set takes about 20 to 30 minutes once you learn the routine.
I really pushed it this morning, lots of percussive and intensive breathing which was a powerhouse of energy and just the start of a great workout.
As the sun started to come up I began the Flying Crane set:
 http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

I really slowed it down this morning I was moving at half the usual speed which really activates all of the meridians. This is my favorite workout and when time allows it, I’ll at a ½ hour at the end just doing the automatic move. That gets things moving in both the energetic and the spiritual bodies.
Today was one of those special days when I had plenty of time.  The combination of the two programs, Recharging Qi Gong and The Flying Crane Qi Gong are the ticket to boundless energy. Man, it’s really powerful and makes your force to be reckoned with. Your body and mind and spirit becomes power packed.

When I got back to the house I opened up my email which contained Terry’s message that read:
“Dr Wu Dhi,
I would briefly like to share with you what happened today when I was near the end of Flying Crane Qi Gong.
At the end, where you reach back, gather the chi, bring your arms forward and stand with your hands overlapping, I felt my hands and arms being repelled away from my body with little muscle involvement, so I just let my arms expand as far as they wanted to.
It was exciting! And thanks again!”

Terry,
You can believe me when I say, ‘It only gets better from here with practice and the more time you put in the better.’
In a very short time you will notice some really amazing things happening in your meditations as well as your body.
I’ve had centers open up for me that I didn’t even know existed.
The programs will make you strong, flexible, agile and open your intuitive centers as well.

Terry isn’t the first to write me about the amazing experiences while practicing Flying Crane Qi Gong and you will definitely have some incredible openings and experiences as well if you practice.

Place your order now for both programs and you will receive a great savings!
The first 33 people that order, I will send you a blessed amulet from Putoshan Island in China as a gift.
I only have 33 of these blessed amulets and they will go fast.
don’t delay you don’t want to miss this one.

Can Quick Judgements Cure your Migraine?

Sunday, April 10th, 2011

Before I moved to Florida I thought a roadie was
the tech guy who travels with a rock and roll band
and handles every part of the concert except for
playing the actual gig with the musicians.
I knew some roadies back in the seventies who
did everything from stage set up, engineering,
lighting,security/bodyguards, truck drivers,
caterers and of course the groupies screening,
and if you were friends with a roadie you were
sure to get backstage passes.

Being brought up in Mo-Town, I got to see a lot
of local acts like Smokey Robinson and the Miracles,
Steve Wonder, The Jackson 5, and whenever
the heavy rockers were in the city I was there.
Detroit was a Rock and Roll city and it still
is to this day. I even saw Janice Joplin,
when she was still around, and I caught a few
Grateful Dead shows as well as The Rolling Stones.
My friends who were roadies would get me great
tickets or a backstage pass.
So you can imagine my surprised face when my
friends asked me to go to a Roadie Shoppe.
I thought it was where you get the parts for the bands.
It seems that a ‘Roti Shop’ not a ‘Roadie’ is a place
where you eat ‘Rotie’s.
It is bread made from stone-ground and whole meal flour,
traditionally consumed in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh
and Sri Lanka.
But here in Miami the Roti shops are from Southern
Caribbean, in particular Trinidad and Tobago.
They are stuffed with things like curry beef,
goat, chicken, conch, shrimp, duck, potato, or
vegetables and they are delicious, hot and
spicy and they are really tasty.

In life we often hear or see something and
immediately make a judgment of what it is
and if we will like it or not.
That’s a mistake.
We often judge too quickly and then we miss out
on the new experience.
Last week a new patient came into the offices
with migraine headaches that have been going
on for the last 5 years.
She tried conventional medicine with no luck
and then her doctor suggested Botox to numb the
nerve so she wouldn’t feel anything.
BIG Mistake!
Now she can’t hold her head up, her neck hurts
and she has migraine headaches.
She looks like a circus act.

She came to see me but when I started the initial
intake she had one restriction after another -
no acupuncture, no shots, no deep tissue work
and for sure no chiropractic adjustments.
She must have thought I was some kind of a
magician that could work with my hands tied.
After we talked for an hour we discovered that
she was carrying a lot of fear and anxiety in
her body and mind.
We ended up practicing Qi Gong for 20 minutes
and like magic she made a big turn around.
I could see her face change and her body loosen
up and by the end of the session she signed for
the next class of Flying Crane Qi Gong and
bought the DVD.

http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

If you aren’t big on getting treatments but know
you need to do something to maintain your health,
Flying Crane Qi Gong is a great place to start.
I have advanced programs and see many patients
that I work with on specific exercises and
meditations to keep them healthy if they need it.
But 9 out of 10 times a person just needs a good
program and diet in order to handle your healthy
needs.

Gathering Full Moon Yin Qi

Saturday, March 19th, 2011

Harvest Moon If you look up into the evening night sky tonight,
you will see that the moon appears to be bigger than ever.
Our planet earth is closer to the moon than usually and is really lighting up the sky.
The Full Moon will take place on March 19th, at 2:10 pm in the sign of Virgo.
This is the sign of the Zodiac that cleans things up.
Virgo filters out what works and what doesn’t, it gets
rid of waste and just in time for spring cleaning.
Spring starts on Sunday the Vernal Equinox.

It’s a great time to start a detox program and clear out old habits.

Now, that doesn’t mean not to have fun.

I didn’t plan anything for this “Moon Over Miami”
until my friend Sheri got her new job for a company in Miami Beach that does adventure tours,
like mountain biking, although there are no mountains in South Florida.
She told me about a night ocean kayaking trip under the shining moon.

So on this full moon lit night we set sail,
actually we launched 40 kayak on an eerie night time kayak.
The group took off at seven o’clock and for two hours,
paddled under the full moon and then return to huge bonfire.
A great way to spend a full moon night gathering the yin energy.

Whenever one goes on an adventure that has somewhat of a fear factor to it,
as well as a thrill factor there is a lot of energy,
that means a great opportunity to gather Qi.

When I go on an adventure I always take the time
to do my internal Qi Gong practices first.
I acknowledge and tune in to the five elements,
do the belt channels and the ten internal madras
that you can find in The Turn Stress Into power Program

www.Turnstressintopower.com

This full moon is time to be grateful and bring in positive energy
to balance out the force of change that is necessary.
This Full Moon offers a turning point.
Roll up your sleeves and do the work.
Practice
Practice
and more Practice
it will pay off big time in the coming months by bring your
life into balance.

How do I free Myself from this Tennis Elbow Pain with Qi Gong?

Tuesday, March 15th, 2011
Share

I received this note today from a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle.

Dr. Wu Dhi Can you recommend any specific exercise
for tennis elbow?
I just recent developed this condition and my Doc just
wants to add more pills to my diet.

I just received your latest inner circle DVD’s.
I will be reviewing them this week.
The best investment I ever made was joining your
inner circle.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Your student,

 Bill

My Friend
I see at least one or two patients a week with this problem,
Florida has great tennis all year long and that means tennis
elbow or in medical terms, lateral epicondylitis.
It’s characterized by pain and stiffness in the extensor muscles
of the forearm.
There may also be pain at the elbow on extension of the wrist
and on gripping an object.

It’s usually treated with acupuncture or acupressure and
heat in my office to get rid of the cold and dampness in
the joint, acupuncture is a big help for this condition.

I use a few powerful points that you can also massage or
add heat, like moxibustion.
Both local and distal points are selected from the yang channels
supplementing the meridians to eliminate wind, cold and dampness.
I also have had a lot of luck using the influential point for muscle
and tendons gall bladder 34. it seem to work well and
patients get great lasting results.
Some a deep tissue massage and a manipulation may be useful as well.

In Chinese medicine tennis elbow is considered as “BI pain”
and is usually caused from wind, cold and damp if the pain
is from coldness I’ll also use moxibustion or a heat lamp
and use a good bone or hit medicine externally and
you will heal quicker than a you could imagine.

The reason I use the large intestine points is it governs fluid
in the body that comes from the small intestine.
Both of these channels cross at the elbow and travel up and
down the arm.
If there is a blockage from trauma, cold or dampness these
points free up the blocked Qi.

Listen up, this is the important part!

Work on I-chin techniques (tendon-changing).
This is to soften and relax all the muscle groups,
tendons, ligaments and nerve fibers in the body to increase
healing, speed and the reaction and performance needed.

Also Hsi-sui (marrow washing) to clean and regulate the bone
and marrow,
This will increase the size and density of the bone.
As Master Chia points out, you want to have the bone like steel
wrapped in cotton.
This will heal you quicker than any pill you could ever take and
will strengthen your tendons so you will avoid injury in the future.
I talked about this in one of the Qi Gong Inner Circle DVD’s

www.Qigonginnercircle.com

Hear is another Qi Gong healing method that I use that works great
for tennis elbow, stiff joints, sore arms and other related problems
that I learned from Donna Eden, she ‘s
the author of “Energy Medicine” and you can start with it right away.

Follow the channel of the large intestine, small intestine and the
heart start by doing tiny pinches up and down the arm.
This will reset the spindle cell at the belly of each muscle.

The lighter the pinch the better.

Take a Look at the Recharging Qi Gong Program where I teach the
bone breathing that will really help and pay special attention to the
wrist twist exercise, forearm rotation and the three part finger
recharging and that will do the trick.

For those of you who don’t have the Recharging Qigong Program
yet don’t delay another minute go to

Tennis Elbow Pain

Is Qi Gong becoming Mainstream?

Sunday, January 30th, 2011
Share

I have been doing Qi Gong practices for more that 30 year
now and like acupuncture it is hitting the mainstream.

How cool is that.

When I started everyone thought that I was some kind of health nut,
today most people who exercise and are involved in any of martial
arts practice know what Qigong is or at least have heard of it.

Did you know that Qigong practices go backs thousands of years
and can be found in the oldest Chinese medical texts.
Qi Gong is one of the guarded treasures of Chinese that focuses
on creating health and vitality.

Fifteen years ago I was studying in Harbin, China,
it’s near the Russian border in northeast China.
The winters are incredibly cold and Harbin is often called “Ice City”.
It’s well known for its beautiful ice sculptures.

I was given some really extraordinary Qi Gong teachings
by professor Sun
in private, as these practices aren’t for the general public.
I am a friend and guest of his son- in- laws who I able to help when
he came to Florida years ago.
That’s the only way I got these teachings.

Qi Gong use to be call Dao yin but we call Qi Gong today.
The word Dao means to guide and yin means inward,
Dao yin are practices that guide inward or guiding and
stretching or stretching and breath practices.

They translate Qigong as energy practices, energy
cultivation or energy mastery.

But What’s Medical Qi Gong?

According to Jerry Alan Johnson the author of the thousand page
Qi Gong book “Qi Gong Medicine”

“Medical Qigong therapy is the eldest therapeutic modality of
Chinese medicine.

It is a comprehensive system of health care addressing the root
cause of symptoms or disease, and treats the client as a whole.

The practitioner, drawing upon their ability to sense and manipulate
energy developed through dedicated study and self-cultivation,
uses Qi emission and/or teaches medical qigong exercises
and meditations based upon a differential diagnosis rooted in
Chinese medical theory to restore health and wellness.

Practiced as an excellent adjunct to Western medicine,
Chinese medicine may successfully treat conditions which
Western medicine finds resistant or ambiguous.”

As a Medical Qi Gong doctor we learned to emit Qi from
our hands to control the flow of Qi in the meridians.
By doing so we can remove blockages in the organs,
the channels and in the body.

The meridians are like rivers of energy flowing through the entire
body. There is a meridian for each organ, when there is a blockage
of energy in one of the meridians or channels it would be
like putting a large boulder in the river causing a blockage
of water.
In the body this blockage stops or slows down the flow of Qi
and what follows Qi is Blood.

We all know that if our blood is not flowing we are in big
trouble.

I have personally removed blockages in Cancer patients
as well as cleared out deep-seated emotional problems;
in Chinese medicine we call them shen disturbances.

When channeling Qi into a patient you can clear excesses
and build up deficiencies

One of the unique aspects of Medical Qi Gong is that it is
based on posture, breath and intention.

In the Chinese medical view we are all
energy beings, when there is a block mentally, physically,
emotionally or spiritually there is a dis-ease in the
entire system.

In order to clear blockages it takes two.
One the doctor and two the patient.
If they will work together a change or healing will happen
in the entire system, the physical body, the energetic body,
as well as the spirit body.

When I created the Recharging Qi Gong program this was exactly
what I had in mind. a tool that both students and patients could
learn and do that would assist them in recovering their health
and you know what ?

Thousands of people have written me and told me of their
great success in health recovery and increased energy.

If you have been training or not and want to start making things work

Whenever I take the trip
to visit or train it is well worth it.

I always come home with a ton of info
that changes my outlook on life and
increases my knowledge, health, wealth
and happiness.

I did an intensive training in Qi Gong
with Matt Furey just before Christmas.

He is the CEO of Maxwell
Maltz’s, training a self-improvement
phenomenon: Psycho-Cyberneticsis,
an expert in turning any situation into a
positive one using the power of the mind.

Matt is a champion wrestler, kung fu
artist, a motivational speaker, teacher
and a darn good friend as well.

I arrived just in time for dinner.
Then we went back to his place
so that I can do some acupuncture
and Medical Qi Gong
on him and his family.

Professionals like Matt know the value
of staying in tip top shape, and health
is the first priority. He gets treatments
before he teaches a workshop or gives
a lecture or hits the mat in wrestling or
kung fu.

This is a good rule to follow.
Put your health first,
business second and happiness
will naturally follow.

We started early the next morning,
and spent the next 8 hours
training in Qi gong postures and
breathing techniques, which are the
foundations of Qi Gong
and all the internal arts.

Whenever you train, no matter
if you are a new-be or have been
practicing for 100 years,
it’s always a good idea to go back
to the basics and reinforce your
foundation practices.

You can get a lot out of intensive
training, and when you can devote
an entire day to your practices,
you are

In this intensive training
we worked on the stances needed
to support good posture,
realign the spine and remove
pressure from painful points.
We reinforced the kidney energy
and enhanced the sexual organs
at the same time.

I feel younger just writing about it!

Working with a group makes it easy
to stand for hours at a time
with no discomfort at all.

In fact, I felt more relaxed with
more energy at the end of the day
then when I started.

The power of practicing Qi Gong
with a group gives you a lot more
energy and stamina.

The reason being- the group energy
will carry you through all the painful
parts of practice and keep you going
for hours. You can draw energy
from the others just by being there.

The flow of rich Qi filled with oxygen
moving through all the meridians
reactivating all of the channels, and
blood will follow the path of Qi.
All of that = ENERGY

A unswerving practice of Qi gong
is the secret to keeping your center,
good healthy and the key to all
the longevity practices.

It will strengthen your legs,
back and increases the Qi flow
Big Time.

Qi Gong stances require more relaxed
postures and are therefore more difficult
for some people to master.
However, with regular practice of these
exercises, you will find the benefits
well worth the effort.

Here are a few tips to get you started.

1. Start the stances with your feet
shoulder-length apart:

2. Knees should be slightly bent and
leaning out slightly.

3. The spine should be straight,
the tailbone tucked in. The rest of
your trunk sinking down, just as if
you were about to sit
down on an imaginary chair.

4. If you are standing properly,
the back of your thighs and buttocks
should be totally relaxed.

4. Place your tongue against your
upper teeth.

5. Keep your attention on your lower
dantian located about 3 inches
below your navel.

6. Soft glance with your eyes

7. Breath from your diaphragm

It’s best to practice Qi Gong exercises
daily to realign vertebrae and
correct your posture, as well as gain
super human strength.

If your sexual energy is fading—
Practicing Qi Gong, you’ll bring
things up again.

If your health is getting a little shaky—
Practice Qi Gong

If you are starting to notice some sagging
in your skin—
Practice Qi Gong

I have spent my life learning,
Practicing and teaching these well guarded
Exercises and I am in great physical and
mental shape.

I am at least 15 years younger than
my actual age.
I take no medicine and my strength
and stamina are GREAT!

If you want to slow down the aging

Playing Russian Roulette with your own Health?

Eddy been a patient for years, but not a really good one.
I only see him if he gets sick or he’s a afraid of getting sick.
He is a smart guy, the CEO of a large Corporation, travels
all over the world, and stays in the best hotels.
He only eats in the finest restaurants wherever he goes.
I really like the way he dresses, very casual loafers, no socks
and always the latest European style.
He lives the American Dream and works hard for it.

You would think he would be on top of his health game

The problem with Ed is he is so busy running the show that
he doesn’t take care of his own health.

Years ago I suggested that when he travels and arrives at the
hotel the first thing that he does is go into the gym and
exercise for ½ hour, take a shower and then start his day.

But he said he is too busy.

Another suggestion I made was that he stops smoking cigarettes,

But he said it’s too hard to stop and he really enjoys them.
I suggested that he stops eating meat every day.

But he claims that that’s the only thing that gives him energy.

I told him as his doctor he should give
up drinking Scotch whisky before bed, but he said that’s the
only thing that really relaxes him enough so he can sleep.
If you noticed, Eddy has a lot of ‘

Buts’ in the way of his health.

Last week Ed called my office and said he was coughing blood
and had blood in his stool.
He was rushed to the hospital and spent a week there.
He was diagnosed with cancer of the lungs that has
metastasized to his colon.

In Chinese medicine the lungs and the large intestine are ruled
by the Metal element: Let me tell you a little about the metal
element

* The color is white
* The sound of the voice is weeping
* The Odor is a rotten
* The emotion is grief and sadness
* Season is autumn
* The organs that it rules are Lung and Large intestine.

Organs are always paired male (yang) female (yin) and if
one is affected so is the other. In Eddy’s case, that would
account for the blood in his stool as well as the coughing.

Much to my pleasant surprise Eddy opted to not take Chemotherapy.
He left for Switzerland as soon as he heard the diagnosis from his
doctor. He is now at the Paracelsus Klinik for three weeks
getting treatments.

I heard from him this morning and he is doing great.
He said.”Dr Wu Dhi thank you -I am going to beat this,
I’ll be at your office in a week and I am going to do
everything to stay healthy”.

Eddy is finally taking responsibility for his own health.
He changed his diet, he’s building his immune system and
he’s taking a proactive approach to his recovery.

We have an appointment to start doing medical Qi gong,
and to follow up on Dr. Rau’s treatments, diet and
supplements.

Ed is strong but he needs to build his immune system if he
wants to pull out of this one.

The very first thing I’ll teach him is the Recharging Qi gong
set that will give him more energy and he’ll building him
immune health at the same time.

I try to get my patients, students and friends on a program
while they are healthy.
If you wait until something goes wrong it’s a lot harder
to pull out of it.
I have all of them doing the Recharging Qi gong

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student of various traditions he as received various names and titles over the years as is appropriate in those schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama. Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.

Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health care for over 30 years and a master of Medical Qi Gong. Dr. Wu Dhi completed his advance studies in neurology under the direction of Professor Sun at the prestigious Heilongjiang, University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Harbin P.R.China.

Healing Yourself from your Doctors Treatment

I don’t write about patients too
often but sometimes when a patient
touches me I want to share the story
with you.
I received a call a few months ago
from a patient.
A woman in her early forties she
was diagnosed with cancer of the
rectum.
Not only was she freaked out,
she was embarrassed that it hit
her in the rear end.

She was under the care of an
oncologist who told her that
if she didn’t do the
recommended treatment she would
surely die.

The Patient lets call her Gracie
told me that she was so filled
with fear that she opted to go
with
conventional medicine, chemo and
radiation.
Her doctor said this would be her
only chance to live and there would
be little side effects.

When we first met she already
had one round of chemo and they
were getting ready to give her
another 72 hour treatment.

Wait there is more at the same time,
they were blasting her with radiation
treatments six days a week.

Intense to say the least.

Gracie when from a beautiful
woman to an old lady in less
than 6 weeks,

She went from 130 lbs. down
to 96 pounds, her hair fell out,
and she felt nausea 24/7
and had major headaches.

The radiation fried her colon
so bad that she couldn’t eat solid
food for weeks on end.
She had excursing pain every time
she had to go to the bathroom and
major diarrhea for months on end.
Her skin turned from a beautiful
glow to dry up leathery pale look
and she had no energy at all.

They prescribed “Insure” a sugar
drink that is counter indicated
by most doctors that have
any clue about nutrition and
sent her on her way.

They said that she could eat
and what ever her heart desired.

Gracie said, I feel it was a
stroke of luck when I found you.
My other doctors seemed to only
use scare tactics on me and
paint bad pictures.”

I have treat many cancer patients
with an amazing success record.

I am not a typical doctor most
of my training was done in
China and Europe.

Dr Rau from the Paracelsus Clinic
in Lustmühle, Switzerland says
that Modern medicine has many
triumphs,but its treatments for
chronic and degenerative diseaseare
not among them.Reliance on conventional
drugs, surgery and radiation does
little to address the causes of the
condition, with the result
that treatment too often only
slows the progression of the
disease –sometimes with very
little benefit –and too often at
a terrible cost in quality of life
for the patient.

I told Gracie that if we were going
to work together that she would have
to make some life style changes.
Like diet give up the
wine with dinner and take complex
carbohydrates out of her diet.

We started doing Medical Qi Gong
treatments daily and doing Qi Gong
prescriptive exercises every day.

It was 5 months of treatments using
medical Qigong, acupuncture, Chi massage,
low dose medicine and meditation.

We worked on diet-starting with
protein drinks,green drinks and
slowly started to introduce all
organic food into her diet.

I received a call a few days ago
from Gracie, She was crying and said.
“I just took all the tests and
I AM CANCER FREE

That’s brings a smile to my face
and a warm glow to my heart.
Gracie is one of the lucky
ones.
She didn’t just sit back,
she took a pro-active
part in her own health,
and it paid off.

Diet is one of the keys and
so are the Qi Gong Internal
exercises to healing the body.

I have prescribed many exercises
from TheRecharging Qi Gong program
to hundreds of patients over the
years and Flying Crane Qi
Gong to keep they healthy and disease
free.

If you or a loved one has any questions
please send them to me.
If I can’t see you I’d be happy to refer
you to someone who can.

A Powerful Workshop on The Magic Square

What do you tell the person who
feels unloved? Who feels beaten down?
The person who lost hope and doesn’t
feel acknowledged?

Linda knows that I am an acupuncturist,
but when she came into the office the
first thing she said was,
“Doc I don’t want any needles stuck in me,
but I need your help.
I feel alone and unloved by my husband-
and the kids only want me to do things
for them and they don’t give back.
Not even a thank you! I think they feel
that they are entitled to all my time
and energy.

Can you please HELP?”

“Linda, it was back in 1974 when
I first learned about a Chinese system
called the Magic Square that helped
me, as well as many of my students
and patients sort things out to bring
their lives back into balance.
It’s a rather simple system,
but very profound and most powerful
at the same time.

The Master’s that I studied with,
were skilled in Black Hat Fung Shui -
the most mystical and spiritual
of all the Fung Shui practices.
That’s where I received the pith
teachings and the bulk of my knowledge.
They say that the Magic Square formula
goes back to Emperor Yu who was the first
Emperor of China and was credited with the
discovery of the Magic Square.
It has been said that the Emperor was trying
to tame the unruly Yellow River.
He saw a giant tortoise emerge from
the river. On the shell, there was a
pattern of nine lines near the head,
one line near it’s tail,
four lines near its left foot,
two lines near its right fore foot,
eight lines near its left hind foot,
six lines near its right hind foot,
and five lines in the center.

These lines contain the keys to the
magic square. The patterns found were
so unique that in any direction-
horizontal,vertical, or diagonal,
the numbers all add up to fifteen.
This is said to represent the fifteen
days in each of the 24 cycles
of the Chinese Year.

From the discovery of the Magic Square
evolved the I Ching, Feng Shui, Nine Star
Ki, Geomancy, Chinese Astrology and Chinese
numerology.

There are many hidden secrets in the use
of the magic square; the one that I
practice and teach my students comes
from the deep roots of the Chinese
Medical Qi Gong.
Once you understand how it works,
you can balance your health,relationships,
wealth, career, success patterns, family,
and open up your inner creativity.
Interesting enough everything in the formula
must move through spirit to make it work.
The keys to success is in the balance of
the spiritual energy.
