Don’t ever Drop your Trouble light

My friend Bob is an engineer from Michigan.
His company installs, maintains and rebuilds
big industrial motors.
He was telling me about an account that he
had maintaining these giant motors that
generate the electricity for the salt mine
in Michigan.

Some 1,200 feet beneath the streets of Detroit,
runs 100 miles of subterranean roads over
an area of more than 1,500 acres.
It is the Detroit Salt Mine and as a geological
entity; this salt deposit is older than dinosaurs.

Bob told me that he had a contract to maintain
and clean these puppies for years until one day
they hired a new foreman that thought he’d save
money by cleaning the giant generators.

They used a very combustible solution that seemed
to work Well on the first two generators,
but the next one turned out to be a real disaster.

They were spraying the solution to cut the salt and
rust off the 20 foot motors when the “Trouble Light”
(A trouble light, also known as a rough service light,
is a special lamp used to illuminate obscure places
an handle moderate abuse)
dropped and broke, lighting up the entire place which
went up in smoke.
It blew the worker some 30 feet in the air and fried
the motor to a crisp. It cost the company a pretty penny
and the new foreman’s ass was grass. Luckily, no one was
killed and Bob was able to get it back together.

Some people are always trying to save a buck in the
wrong places and end up under the eight ball.

Just yesterday a patient came in the office who decided
to save money by cutting down on her coverage on her
auto insurance and sure as taxes she was driving down
interstate 95 on a rainy day and boom she hit someone.

She was really a wreck when I saw her. Neck and
shoulder pain, her wrist was swollen as well as her
chin and nose from the exploding air bag and her low
back and entire right side was a mess.

Now she has no car and the reason she canceled full
coverage in the first place is she lost her job and
had to get a bunch of dental work as well as major
underline health problems.

I asked her if she trained or spent any time in
meditation and guess what she told me? A BIG NO!
She said.” I am way to busy to do
any of that stuff.”

We all get overly busy at times and that’s just
the energy that the universe needs to push you
out of balance.
Too busy to maintain your center or equilibrium
and the next thing you know you get
smacked right in your big nose. Ouch!

But don’t worry I have a sure fire system to
keep you from getting those universal unwanted
bumps on your head.

Yap, you need to train to keep your self centered
and stress free. Here is what I suggest you do.

1. Get a copy of the Book and DVD
“Turn Stress Into Power”

http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

and turn to page 17. There you will find
“The Tension Release Exercise”.

today.
It’s easy to learn and your energy will be double

feel the difference.

I have been practicing these exercises for over
30 years and I have changed my internal electrical
wiring from a 110V to a 220V.

Don’t let the London Bridge fall down on you

In 1962, London Bridge was falling
down in Jolly old England.
Built in 1831, the bridge couldn’t
handle the ever-increasing
flow of traffic across the Thames River.
The British government decided to put
the bridgeup for sale.
Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and
Chairman of McCulloch Oil Corporation
submitted the winning bid of $2,460,000
and bought it.
That’s where I was for the last week.
But as good luck goes it was 80 degrees
all week and I missed the Florida freeze.

They dismantled the entire bridge,
each stone was numbered and everything
was shipped 10,000 miles to Long Beach,
California, and then trucked to
Lake Havasu.
Where the entire bridge was reconstructed.
Now,the London Bridge crosses a narrow
boating channel that connects with
Thompson Bay on the Arizona side.

Prior to the arrival of London Bridge,
the land upon which the bridge was
placed was a peninsula.
A large dredge was used to carve a
one-mile channel,removing over two
million cubic yards of rock and earth.
Water was then deverted from the lake,
under the bridge and then back into
the lake ,what an incredible project.

I met an old friend there, who I
haven’t seen in years.
It’s always good to connect with old
friends, and it’s a good way to check
in on your own growth.
On this retreat I did some
soul-searching and ask some questions
of myself.

1. Are you acting and living the same
way you were 10,20 or 30 years ago?
What can change to be?
2. Have you made some positive changes
in your life? Name them.
3. How is your Health?
4. Have you cleared out old habits that
don’t serve you any more?
5. What are you doing for the community
and the world??
6. Are you happy?

I know I eat a lot healthier now than
I did when in my younger years.
I eat organic, no soda, no fast food,
only coconut oil and olive oil to name
just a few.

Go to the blog at www.Rechargingqigong.com
for more good tips on health and longevity
formulas.

As I look back on the years I can see that
my life style has improved in many ways.
What I eat and drink, who I spend my time
with and how productive I am.

I once heard a master say,
“We are somewhat like a plants-
We are either growing or dyeing.

Choose Life!”

I Choose Life! Choose life every day.
Root out anything that steals your
time/life.
If it isn’t giving you energy,
it’s zapping your energy.

The study and practice of Qi Gong,
Yoga, Meditation and Internal Exercises
will improve the quality of life,
increase your brainpower, enhance
your sex life and change you into
a more powerful Person.

It has been said by great teachers
masters and Guru’s,that we only have
two things at the end of our life.
1.The amount of love you have given
2.The amount of energy you have stored.

Don’t be complacent with what you have.
You can always strive for more.

Energy = more Time=more Life.
Don’t waist one second of your life.

Don’t let your London Bridge fall down.

Train, Practice and be Thankful for
what you have.

Love and whenever you can enhance
others lives.

The more you give the more you’ll get.
Your growth

Karma or Faith?

IMG_1147It was back in 1986, I made a decision that
changed my karma for life.

I was living in suburbs of Detroit working,
studying and teaching a group ex-military men
Qi Gong. Once a week I had my own a TV show
on health, exercise and meditation, this was long before Dr. Oz or any other
Health Guru’s. Everything was going well and we were
planning to expand our local shows to a
national network.

Then it happened.

It was around Late October or early November
when I received an unexpected call from my Guru.
He told me that he had an assignment for me that
would completely change my karma.
This type of opportunity doesn’t show up unless
the Student is ready. He asked me one question.
“DO YOU WANT?”
Questions were going through my head
at lighting speed.

What? How? Where?

Before I knew it I was living in Caracas, Venezuela.
My Job Title- The Senior Instructor of the
“Grace Essence Fellowship Ashram.”
I was living in a Spiritual Community,
teaching Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism,
Western Alchemy and alternative health
to a large group of international students.

What a change it made in my entire life,
the Master was right.
It totally change my karma and it just
took faith.

Teachings come to us all the time,
But it is up to us to learn the lessons.

Of course part of me freaked out.
I didn’t speak a word of Spanish and I had
no idea how I was going to make a living in
South America.
I just had to have faith that this was the
right choice.

When you made up your mind to begin on a path
to grow and learn, everything in the universe will change to support you.
Teachers show up, money is no problem and
the universe will support you 100%

It just takes Faith and making the first step.

As your faith is strengthened you will find that
there is no longer the need to have a sense of
control, that things will flow as they will,
and that you will flow with them, to your great
delight and benefit.
– Emmanuel Teney

I knew in my heart that the teachings and the
learning experience would be well worth making
the decision to move forward.

There are times in our lives that we have to
make a quick decision and stick with it.
That decision can change your karma forever.
It can pull you out of a rut, end old useless
patterns, re-make your life and change your
Karmic address in a matter of seconds.

I ended up living in Venezuela for 3 years,
teaching classes and workshops on Tibetan
Buddhism, Taoist meditation, Internal Qi Gong
practices, and many forms of Healing for health
and longevity.

All it takes
is the faith to move forward.

When an opportunity comes along in your life you
can be proactive or a procrastinator.

Isn’t it time you stop postponing your karmic growth?

Become a member of the Qi Gong Inner Circle now
and I’ll teach you ways to change your Karmic
Address. Let’s get on with the adventure.

Changing Your Karmic Address

Every year around this time, Margaret seems to invoke
some tragedy into her life. In fact the usual litany
seems to never stop – a car crash, getting punched
in the nose, losing a job and some things too bad
to even mention.   Now she even expects some
thing to disrupt her life every year a few weeks
before her birthday.  Oddly, people, in general,
do this a lot.

I have a patient that gets the flu every February
like clock work and she knows she is going to
get it for sure. She just believes its Flu Season
and takes no responsibility for it at all.
I worked with her and what came up was
that she seemed to go off of her diet around
Thanksgiving.  Consuming copious amounts
of food, the traditional American Holiday
dinner where you stuff yourself to the max.
When you’re totally full, and can’t eat another
bite, someone asks if you’re going to have a
piece of pie. Of course, you say ‘just a little one’
and then they add ‘with cream on top?’
 I never heard anyone refuse.

Does it stop there?

NO!

The Holiday Season is where people graze from
house to house; party to party; eating and
drinking all the way up to January.

It all slows down around January 15th when
they take the last bite of fruit cake and polish
off the whiskey and eggnog night-cap.

After that the time-bomb starts ticking.

Then you’ll hear the usual whiners,
“I need to lose weight, get back to the
gym and change my diet.”  Shortly after that,
comes a silent tornado.   They get the flu.
Every orifice in their bodies seems to purge
the last few months of over-eating, over-drinking

and filling their gullets with the worst food
combinations possible.

They claim that this is the season they always get sick.
Well wake up and smell the roses.
Who do you think you’re fooling?
You have been over-doing everything and this is the
body’s way of detoxing.  Me?  I prefer a much
healthier detox program.

But let’s get back to Margaret, who you think is
responsible for her seasonal Henny Penny the
sky is falling life?  She may be the one who is
pulling in the crap every year and blaming it on
the season.  It may be the fear aging or the
disappointment of not having a party, presents
or loved ones around.  It could be a multitude
of things. But who cares?  Except poor little Margaret.

The important thing is, if you really want to make a
change in your life YOU CAN! But you need to step
up to the plate and hit the F–ken ball outta’ the park.

Avoid being a “Margaret.”  Avoid being a victim.

How do you do that? How do you change your
Karmic address?
A good start is by training daily.
A strong body creates a strong mind.

But it’s not the kind of training you can get at the gym.
You need highly-specialized training and coaching.

That’s what Dr. Wu’s programs are all about- helping
you change your karmic address to a better one.

Step up to the plate and HIT the Ball the Hell
out of the park. .

The time had come to take the next step forward and

It was imperative to grow past him, however, for in a

an unhealthy and unproductive liaison.

He asked for one favor, however, before moving on to the next chapter of my personal growth.
Not missing a beat, I retorted with an emphatic

“Yes Master, how can I serve you?”

He spoke about a Temple that was being built in upstate
New York
which could use my help to work on the heart-chakra of the project.
He went on to explain that the Temple was referred to as
a Stupa and is a symbol of enlightenment; one of the most ancient icons of
Buddhist art. Stupas are also the oldest and most
prevalent forms of Buddhist architecture.

More than just being examples of art and architecture,
these holy monuments are designed with deep symbolism
and sacred geometry. Filled with Buddhist relics,
and other holy objects,
Stupas emanate blessings and peace.

The next thing I knew I was on my way to New York to work
on the heart chakra of the Stupa and open my own to a
higher-mission.

Once there, the temple was largely impressive
and I was honored to be asked to be one of the builders

Beginning every morning with a meditation and Qi Gong
that summer mine were solely focused on opening my heart
and feeling the
emotions it engenders- Love, Joy, Respect and Honor.
My vibration of heart energy strengthened the core of my being.
And for every summer following, my energy both physically
and internally the healing sound and the internal exercises
done are for my heart. The small intestine, triple-heater and
pericardium organs are all on the fire element and also re-charged.

If you know these practices, start doing them daily.
Mornings are best for the heart and pericardium.
The night is best for the; small intestine; and triple heater.
We all need coaching no mater if it’s to re-ignite these practices
or you don’t own these teachings at all; you are invited for a limited time
to join me and the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle
to learn how to learn these critical steps.
The teachings and coaching are available via DVD
and conference calls. As one practices these core movements you will notice a
shift in your health and energy, you will feel grounded and incredibly powerful
in all aspects of life.

In fact, one summer I was in China, working as an intern in a
hospital seeing 80 patients a day. It was like a Acupuncture factory the
patients never stopped coming
These practices got me through days feeling of fully energetic without a

Drive by my house and you can see flags are flying high over my front gate sending major blessings as they blow in the cold wind, and I mean cold, Its damn cold, 45 degrees here in Miami Beach and that’s impossibly cold for Miami Beach!

You may be wondering how flags are sending blessings to me and why did I hang them up in the first place?

These are special flags from Tibet that are said to bring happiness, long life and prosperity.

These flags are not Thee Flag of Tibet or any other country, they are Prayer Flags.

The Prayer Flags are inscribed with auspicious symbols, invocations, prayers, and mantras.

Tibetan Buddhists for centuries have flown these flags outside their homes for the wind to carry the beneficent vibrations across their lands.

The 5 different colors represent the five elements and the prints bear traditional Buddhist symbols, protectors and enlightened beings.

I practice my Qi Gong in the yard and can see the colorful flags blowing in the wind as I train. It’s one of the things I do to remind me of my spiritual practices as I train.

The movement of the flags reminds me to be more flexible in body and mind.

The color white represents the lungs and the metal element; it brings in the positive emotion of Valor.

The red, fire element reminds me to open my Heart.

The blue is the water element; it brings fluidity into my every movement.

Yellow is the color of the earth element and helps me keep grounded.

The green represents the wood element brings kindness into my being.

This is another part of the internal Qi Gong to be aware of the things in your environment and use them for your practice. Every month I reveal more of these secret teachings to the inner circle members.

How To Change Your Luck

Wednesday, May 21st, 2008
Share

This morning I put the key in the ignition of my car and turned
it over, nothing. The battery was completely dead, no car Qi at
all. I thought to myself “what bad luck”.
Why did this happen?
Explanation and reason don’t always walk hand in hand. The
temptation to ‘blame it on the moon’ or ‘Mercury Retrograde’ or
some other such thing is part of human nature.
We always want a ‘Why’.
We start asking ‘Why’ around three years of age and never
really stop but one of the great secrets in life is that you
can change your ‘Why’ any time you like.
By chance my neighbor saw me open the hood of my car and walked
over “I have a battery charger in the house, let me help you”
he said. Now I think to myself “ah, what good luck”.
Now why did this happen?
Was it because I have good Karma or my Guardian Angels are
looking out for me?
Maybe, ultimately it’s for me to decide because I get to choose
my ‘Why’.
Changing your ‘Why’ changes your entire outlook; it changes how
you see the world and how you see the events that happen to you.
What would it take for you to stand in front of the mirror and
say “I am the luckiest person that ever lived” and believe it?
It wouldn’t mean that you never faced another trial or setback
in your life.
It wouldn’t mean that the lottery ticket you bought last night
hits the jackpot.
It wouldn’t mean that you would never encounter a difficult
person or relationship again.
It wouldn’t even mean that you end up living 100 years of
perfect health.
To be the luckiest person alive is simply a choice.
There’s a great saying that goes like this “nothing bad ever
happens to a writer, it’s all great material.”
When you are able to find that deeper ‘Why’ inside of you
everything changes, everything has purpose, everything has
meaning, and everything is a blessing.
So the obvious question is how to change the ‘Why’ from one of
superficial tensions to wonderment and joy.
Well, you can’t just figure it out in your head. You have to
get it into your body. You have to free your body of the
superficial tension and worry that accumulates there and bogs
down your mind and emotions.
You need to pump air into your lungs, get your blood moving,
and MOVE YOUR QI.
It’s no accident that the very exercises I teach as part of the
Recharging Qi Gong http://rechargingqigong.com have been taught
in monasteries throughout India, China, Tibet for thousands of
years.
These exercises were done BEFORE meditation.
Why? (there’s that word again)
To change ones “Luck”.
When you move the body, clear the lungs, clean the blood, and
open up the flow of Qi the Mind and the Heart will work
together.
This is one of the greatest secrets of all. You can’t “figure
it out” you have to “work it out”.
The Recharging Qi Gong is one of the greatest tools to “working
it out”.
It’s moving meditation.
It’s healing exercise.
It’s rejuvenation and hormonal vitality.
It’s fun.
The best way to change your luck is to do something every day
to benefit your body, mind, and soul. The Recharging Qi Gong is
packed full of these secrets some of which take only seconds to
do and create an instant and powerful change.
So crack open the manual and pick your favorite technique and
just practice it once a day. They are all powerful and will
produce a positive result.
If you have 26 minutes pop in the practice DVD and let’s
Recharge the entire body together.
If you don’t have the Recharging Qi Gong there’s no excuse not
to get it today at http://rechargingqigong.com and clear the
internal clutter and superficial tensions from your body.
Wishing you Health, Wealth and Happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi
PS: I’m planning the first Recharging Qi Gong seminar to happen
this summer. This is an event you won’t want to miss, I will
send out details soon.
PPS: For those of you not in the Qi Gong Inner Circle I want to
let you know that I have started to teach those students the
Flying Crane Qi Gong in the new video format and so far it’s
really awesome, shorter forms and deeper integration. If you
want to learn that style of Qi Gong sign up at

that you want the April DVD with the first Flying Crane DVD.

No Problem

The other day I was in the kitchen around dinner time and I noticed that I had a whole fleet of those little fruit flies everywhere.

Fruit flies and sugar ants are common intruders down here in Florida but rare in my own home. And no, it’s not because I bomb my house with toxic chemicals and pesticides.

On the rare occasion that I do get a visit from these tiny visitors I use the principles of Qi Gong to remove them.

This is way more effective than bringing poison into the house to do away with the little buggers.

Don’t laugh, it’s true.

When you understand Qi Gong you understand a different way to go about life.

Flow and energy become the central focus and context.

“Problems” are simply recognized as being out of flow.

Let me explain.

I originally was gifted 2 small trees about 4 years ago for my birthday and now I am the proud owner and keeper of over 50 trees.

In south Florida they grow like weeds and although I am not a big banana eater, I gift many of my friends bunches of bananas all year long.

The fruit fly, A.K.A. Vinegar or Pomace Flies, often sneak into my house via my banana harvest, or merely flew in through a screen, little buggers.

Just about a week ago I had a bunch of bananas come ripe on one of the many organic banana trees.

Once the fruit fly is established they are annoying, as well as a vector for disease in some cases, and a pain to get rid of.

My friend John was over and suggested that I spray them and kill them all in one swoop.

This is the “problem solving” method.

The western medical establishment is all about solving problems. If a patient has cancer, you give the patient Chemo and radiation and kill the cancer and you are done with it.

The failing of this approach is that it doesn’t identify and remove the root cause of the “problem”. The “problem” never goes away; you just kill the immediate offender with toxins.

The door is still open for the “problem” to resurface and the toxins left behind might turn into an even worse threat.

Qi Gong doesn’t solve any “problems”.

Qi Gong brings energy, flow, and harmony.

Back to my kitchen, I used Qi Gong on my bugs.

I decided to freeze the bananas and use them for later for my power drinks. I threw the peels into the compost pile and removed the root cause of the little flying pests. No need to poison my food, kitchen and myself.

Just as when I am dealing with a patient who is being attacked by cancer, my practice is not to bomb the patient with drugs and radiation. It is much better to identify the root cause, remove it, and fortify the natural healing process of the body.

Sometimes the root cause is an energetic disturbance.
Sometimes the root cause is a chemical imbalance.
Sometimes the root cause is a physical problem.

In Medical Qi Gong the “cure” is delivered on all three levels by returning flow to the entire body.

But even better than “cure” is prevention, the best prevention there is a daily routine that harmonizes the breath, body, and mind.
The program I created for all my patients, The Recharging Qi Gong, is both prevention and cure.

Check out my blog for the whole story at http://rechargingqigong.com/qigongblog

Wishing you Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: there was no Qi Gong on the beach tonight as I am in Tampa attending a fabulous seminar by Matthew Furey but we are back on for next Thursday.
