Will Brain Qi gong training increase your longevity

Monday, August 16th, 2010

All day Friday, Saturday and Sunday I threw myself into a Brain Qi Gong training. I stretched, pushed, pulled, squeezed and twisted every part of my brain. It wasn’t comfortable and it wasn’t that easy, but it was necessary to my training. I have been serious about anti-aging practices for more than ½ of my life. Anti-aging Brain Qi Gong is a BIG part of longevity.

When you truly practice longevity exercises, it takes more than working your body. Both diet and nutrition are important, you have to work all the systems all the time, if you want the results of a long healthy life, and the Brain is the master of them all.

The knowledge I acquired in the three day seminar will surely help my patients and although the subject matter was challenging, that’s exactly what I was looking for, a brain challenge.

“Mastering the Thyroid” a subject that I knew very little about, but I know the importance of the thyroid. In Chinese medicine we think of it as being associated with the triple heater meridian, I’ll go into that at another time.

We have an epidemic of thyroid disease and it’s hardly understood by traditional doctors or the alternative ones, thyroid disease can have an autoimmune component to it and that’s barely addressed in thyroid disorders- usually you’re just put on meds for the rest of your life. But wait! There is still hope. There were over a hundred doctors in the workshop learning these advanced methods of diagnostic and treatment, but there were very few that took the workshop for the reasons I did.

If you want to stay young, there are multi tasks that one has to do. Yes, physical exercise both external and internal is a big part of anti-aging, so is diet and our social activities are all part of it. To stay young you have to work all systems- “Use it or Lose it.” The brain has to be stretched, feed and worked to keep it functioning at peak performance. That’s the big reason why I take seminars and workshops on un-familiar subject, to give myself a brain workout.

The doctor who taught us is a master in Endocrinology, Blood Chemistry, Immunology and Neurology. We studied Hashimotos disease, Graves disease, thyroid replacement, hormones, hypothyroidism and hyperactive, the cells and all the chemistry. Hour after hour with no breaks, no stories and no jokes it was all science and chemistry.

If you could have been watched me in the workshop you would have said that I was sitting and taking notes. That was true from the outside. My internal practice was quite different. I was observing both the teacher and myself keeping a second attention, that’s part of the Tibetan Buddhist meditation practices that allows your entire being to gather information and make it part of you in the least amount of time. You actually embody the information. Being able to hold a second attention allows you to be the observer of the class, the teacher, and the teachings and to monitor yourself all at the same time. That is a special teaching that is only taught one-on-one in the coaching program http://energymedicineflorida.com/private-coaching.html
and by DVD to the Qi Gong Inner Circle members. www.Qigonginnercircle.com

Juicy and Hard

Wednesday, July 21st, 2010

Energy a little sluggish lately?
Maybe you’re getting tired after lunch-
you just don’t seem to have the punch you
used to and that bounce in your step isn’t bouncing.

Your “Un-balanced” Hormones could be the culprit.

It makes no difference male or female,
if your Hormone levels drop you could be pooped out
by mid-day.

Looking at our normal level of testosterone; they should
be between 350 and 1,000.
When we reach the age of 40 our levels start to drop,
you can lose about one percent a year-
a harmless decline in the short term, but there is a chance
you’ll be getting a fat belly, have weak bones, lose muscle
mass and your sex life may only bea fond memory by the
time you reach your early fifties.
When Testosterone levels are in the low- range this could
even increase your chances of dying of some
cardio-vascular disease.

You may be thinking that’s just for the sick and elderly.

Well wake up!

Both guys and gals in there thirties and forties are
reporting the same problems…

They can’t get a hard-on to save their lives,
and the woman’s vajayjay is dried out.
That desire for sex has gone bye, bye.

That’s when they run to my office all “Freaked out.”
Their adrenals are blown-out.

These things usually aren’t diagnosed until it’s too late.
Your hairy bagpipe is out of air and
your sexual desire is gone.
If you want to bring that Fire breathing dragon back to
life, the first thing to do is “Hightail” it to the doctor and
get your hormone level tested.

http://www.energymedicineflorida.com/adrenaltest.html

You can replenish your testosterone stores with injections,
creams, pills or patches, but if you’re supplying your body
with testosterone replacement, chances are your body will
shut down your natural production of the hormone.
Sounds like double- bind.
The side effects of testosterone replacement can be worse
than the original problem.

The ancient Chinese and Tibetans used a totally different
approach to keep vital, they were full of energy and were
ableto stay far younger than their years.
Armed with the knowledge of ancient internal exercises,
diets and meditations they have managed to stay young
and healthy throughout the ages.

These guarded secrets of longevity increase the
testosterone levels naturally.

It was back in the late seventies when I was invited by
my Master to a retreat center in the Catskills to learn
these formulas of sexual power, longevity and
internal spirit awareness.

I have been practicing and teaching these practices to my
students ever since.
If you have a burning desire to stay young, sexually strong
and vibrant in all aspects of your life,
I offer these teachings to a few selected students.

If you’re up for the adventure you can write me for more
details on the private coaching

http://energymedicineflorida.com/private-coaching.htmlprogram.

Below are some hot tips designed to get juicy Lucy back online
andyour lazy joystick working well.

1. Lose that Jelly Belly

Carrying excess body fat elevates your estrogen levels.
That will cause your testosterone levels to drop.

2. The Best Sex is Morning Sex

Morning stimulation causes your circulating testosterone
to rise significantly.

3. Work your Legs

Working your butt and legs will increas testosterone.
If you are on that vitamin “Noassatall,”
it’s time to work your hindend.

4. Your Nuts

Nuts are good for your nuts. Make them your snack to
increase testosterone levels.

5. Hill Sprints

Run full out for 30 seconds to one minute.
Walk- for a full minute between sprints,
so you can regain enough strength to continue.
This will produce the greatest boosts in testosterone
levels.
Do at least two sets. Walk–sprint-walk-sprint walk.

6. Rest Hard

Six to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep before midnight
will repair, replenish and boost your testosterone levels.
If you’re a party animal, don’t be surprised if you stop
craving sex and are just too tired.

7. Don’t over Train

If you over train -you don’t allow your body to recuperate
adequately between training sessions -your circulating
testosterone levels willplunge by as much as 40 percent.

8. Moderation & Balance

Vitamins, minerals and amino acids are the keys to turn
that lock.

9. Eat regularly

Eat five meals a day, low in sugars -balance between
protein, carbs, oils and fiber.

Incorporate these valuable tips into your daily routine
and they will help to balance your levels of energy and
increase your sexual appetite.

In China a healthy sexual appetite is the source of
anti-aging practices.

I wish you the best in your Health Wealth and Happiness

Obsessive–Compulsive=Obsessive Compulsive = Success??????

Thursday, June 10th, 2010

After one of my would-be students called me an Obsessive Compulsive,
I looked up Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD) on Wikipedia.
It defined it as characterized by repetitive behavior.
The symptoms of this anxiety disorder may include repetitive
hand-washing; extensive hoarding; pre-occupation with sexual
 or aggressive impulses, or with particular religious beliefs;
aversion to  numbers; and somewhat strange  habits, such as
opening a door and closing it numerous times before one enters
 or leaves a room.
I can remember Ronny doing that all through high school.
We really thought he was eccentric.
“Obsessive–Compulsive” is part of the English lexicon,
and is often used in an informal or caricatured manner
to describe someone who is meticulous or perfectionist.
When I get into something I get into it 110%,
this so-called obsession has gotten a bad rap throughout the years.
When you put yourself wholeheartedly into your work,
your practice or your studies- the magic of creativity happens.
I can remember when I first turned my attention to the study
of Qi Gong and Internal Energy work more than 30 years ago.
I was called compulsive and considered  a nut case by
family and friends.

That didn’t stop me for one second.

I took every class I could find. Practiced at least twice a day.
And I read everything I could get my hands on.
I made it a point to go to all  the Qi Gong conferences,
flew to China to study with Qi Gong Masters and eventually
took the Masters and Doctoral program in Medical Qi Gong.
To this day, I still study and practice everyday.
Is that obsessive? Perhaps yes, perhaps no but there
is one thing that is for sure:
A productive obsession that you decide to cultivate
should be rooted in love, interest and a desire to
better your life.
There is nothing I wouldn’t do to hold on to my health
 and vitality.
That’s why I urge you join me in practicing my program
before it’s too late.
Be obsessive about staying healthy.
 Do it now!

Tuned in or Stressed Out?

Friday, December 11th, 2009

It’s a joy to have lunch with Brenda.

She’s always a bundle of energy and knowledge

and a pleasure to spend some time with.

She’s an international advisor to many

movie stars, political and a host of other

influential people.

Brenda was telling me that there are an

increasing number of people born from

1941 to 1954 that are totally freaked out

about getting older.

One would think getting older is a good

thing considering the other option.

This is causing a worldwide health dilemma

for people that we have never seen in such

high numbers before.

  MAJOR STRESS IS THE PROBLEM!

The amount of stress that people are experiencing

is causing an unheard of disruption to the immune

system and secondary diseases are showing their

ugly heads.

She claims this is due to people being inflexible

and resisting change both in their body and mind.

She asked me, Dr Wu, What you think about this

increasing dilemma?

“Well from both a medical and energetic level

I’d say that Stress is the number one killer in

the world and it leads to most health problems

it causes the biggest and quickest break down

of the body, mind and spirit and is a major

cause of ageing.

If we knew how to use the energy behind stress

we would not be suffering from anxiety, worry,

and struggle or blaming others for our problems.”

Most of us have a tendency to have stressful

situation in our life. Maybe it’s nature’s way

to teach us. But if stress has you by the short hairs

you’re ageing too quickly.

Stress seems to comes in like a big wave that

rolls over our head and bounces us like a

basketball on the ocean floor.

By the time we know what happened we are gasping for

breathe, flat on our face with our trousers down to

our knees filled with sand.

STRESS can be used as a very powerful tool

to change our entire life. It will increase energy,

keep you healthy, powerful and you’ll be able to accomplish

more than you could imagine.

That is, Once you know how to use it.

Every week people come into my office and have some

issue that’s affecting their health and blocking

their energy.

They are needlessly in torment suffering from one

thing or another. Usually self induced.

We all desire to live a long healthy life and

I believe that with the right education and coaching

we can all have it.

Most of our bad health issues can be trained out

of the body just the way they have been train

in over the years.

I wish you the Best in Health, Wealth and

Happiness

PS. I have some exciting news

that I will be sending you tomorrow to transform

you’re Stress into Power

If you don’t want to be bitten by a squirrel, don’t mess with his nuts

Saturday, November 28th, 2009

My Number one son lives in Michigan on Cooley Lake, surrounded
by 75 foot oak trees. The Michigan woods are full of critters.
I’ve seen deer, raccoons, opossums and some very fat squirrels
with thick furry coats – ready for the cold Michigan winter.

About a month ago my son started feeding those furry little
squirrel and now every time they open the door to step outside,
the squirrels are at their feet. The kid’s scream and his wife is freaked,
she’s afraid that the kids will get scratched, bitten or even worse.

Now that they stopped feeding the squirrels they thought they would
leave, but the squirrels won’t stop coming around. There doors are scratched,
the rubber seals on the bottom of the doors are ripped up and the molding
is being ripped off by sharp little claws and teeth. The Squirrels want those nuts.

The squirrels just keep coming back like nasty little habits. There family really
wants to get rid of them but it’s not so easy. It was an innocent gesture when
they began to feed the cute little furry critters and now it’s a major disaster.

Whenever we start to train anything it will follow our instructions to the Tee.
No matter if it’s little animals begging for food or an innocent habit that we
start and before we know it it’s a full-blown fire-breathing dragon.

We want to train our habits to serve us, not be a slave to any habits.
As humans we like to establish a pattern and we will repeat that pattern
over and over. No matter if it serves us positively or negatively.

The members of the Qi Gong Inner circle are coached on the way to train
in positive habits. Habits for better health; habits on how to be successful;
habits for longevity and habits to stay contented in all aspects of ones life.

Sore Buns Raised

Sore Buns Raised

more than $25 Thousand Dollars in 24-hour)

The 24 Hours ride was much more than a bike ride for my youngest son Damion

He is a Realtor in Tucson, Arizona and sitting on his butt took on a entirely new meaning for him. The real state market has cooled off in the last few months, but Damion hasn’t.  He spent the past three weeks securing more than $25,000 in pledges for charities.

The full amount was contributed when he completed 150 miles – off-road course – within 24 hours.

This will make Damion by far the most creative charity fundraiser in the event’s entire history.

Just last year Damion was a newbie and rode only three laps as part of the team, he is concerned about

more than just the sore legs – and sore butt – that come from long hours in the saddle.

Damion said. “The ride will be the easy part, with a laugh. Contacting the more than 200 people who made pledges – after he finishes riding for 24 hours – will be a daunting task,

He originally planned to do four or five laps this year as a solo competitor, but after he started his fundraising effort he upped the goal to 150 laps.

That’s longer than I’ve every biked before by a long way, he said. Just take  one pedal after another.

His dedication and long hours spent training both physically and internally have given him the endurance, and confidence to allow him to reach his goal.

Navigating a winding dirt single-track trail on a speeding bicycle can be challenging during the day, but even more so during the pitch-blackness of the desert night.

He said.  Now that I have so much pledged per mile it’s going all the way even if the weather is nasty, l’ll ride straight through. Sleep who needs it.

I have the motivation to go all the way. The worst case scenario is not making as much money for charity. There are too many great people and causes I am riding for them.

The key was in the training. His heart was in the discipline. If you want to finish a winner in very aspect of your life you need a plan, a road map. That’s exactly what you get when you join the www.Qigonginnercircle.com Sign up now and get your buns moving.

Son! Congratulations on a Great ride.

How Qi Gong feeds Feng Shui

Friday, December 7th, 2007

I was walking around my property this week and pointed out to
one of my students the different ways I use Feng Shui and Qi
Gong in my home.

I told her I practice this because it brings a constant flow of
unlimited energy around me.

I live in South Florida on one of the barrier islands off the
Atlantic coast which means I always have flowing water around
me, a good sign that brings good health, wealth and happiness
into ones life.

On my property I have set up a few simple easy things to bring
more energy into my life.

I have placed a bird feeder on my front lawn and everyday I
wake up to the different sounds of green parrots, doves, and
blue jays swooping down for a bite.

The 40 foot bamboo tree at my front door sways in the wind and
the two black guard cats visit me throughout the day,
especially when they know its feeding time.

And at night, I often see possums finishing up the cat food as
they rattle the cans and knock over the water bowls.

The winter organic garden that I recently planted along the
side of my house is growing well, with the peppers already
flowering.

The back yard is loaded with banana, mango and papaya trees.

There under the big trees shaded from the hot sun, I host
private coaching sessions and spend hours doing the Recharging
Qi Gong exercises. http://rechargingqigong.com

I have also strategically placed wind chimes in the gardens.

The sounds of life and movement that surrounds my home brings
in a very soothing yin energy that keeps my house alive. It’s
the nature of Feng Shui and Qi Gong.

Qi Gong is the Feng Shui for your insides.

When that inner harmony arrives it will move outward and become
the true expression of Feng Shui and your external Qi.

Wishing you the best in Health Wealth, and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi
