The Secret Healing Mantra Revealed!

Larry called me on the evening
of the Chinese New Year and told
me he was suffering big time and
couldn’t understand why.
He was brought up with loving parents,
went to good schools, always had a job,
a nice home and yet he suffered every
day from lack of ‘something.’
Like so many of us these days when the
world is in turmoil, we feel out of sorts
for no apparent reason. It’s not really
depression, sadness or melancholia.
It’s more like a feeling of emptiness or
maybe feeling some sort of limitations.
I explained to Larry that all of the
limitations we have are our own. We block ourselves from
being successful, healthy and happy and blame
others for our misfortune. That’s when he started to sob,
saying that others seemed to always block his success,
how he never really got a chance, how others beat him out
of jobs, money and opportunities. He was really suffering.
My Master told me long ago that pain is mandatory,
but suffering was optional. If you hit your thumb with a
hammer it is painful, but if you are still complaining about
it years later- that’s suffering.
Causes of human suffering from the
Buddhist perspectives are like immense traps
known as The Three Poisons.
They are Worry, Struggle and Blame.

1.We worry about what will happen, how we will
survive and will we have what we need?

2.We struggle and push others out of our way,
thinking that there will not be enough for us.

3.We blame others for our shortcomings; these are
all poisons that keep us trapped like rats in a cage.

These poisons are the source of our
unquenchable thirst and the root cause
of all of our harmful illusions, keeping
one stuck in painful existence.
It’s time that you free yourself from
sickness, mentally, physical emotionally
and spiritually.
You can transform worry, struggle and
blame into Aim, Contribution and Participation
in a heart beat!
This technology is thousands of years old.
When I first learned this meditation,
I practiced morning, noon and
night until I discovered the power of Subliminal
programming.
I Discovered A Way To
Take 365 Days Of Spiritual Practice
And Shrink It Into A Single Afternoon!

With Subliminal programming of the meditation,
I just let it play as background music while I
work, relax, sleep or play.

You’re not going to believe how GOOD these
CD’s will make you feel. It’s incredible!

The bulk of your “achievement power” is
in your subconscious mind!
The Subliminal Mantra CD utilizes a
powerful combination of these methods
which can reach your subconscious mind
at a great accelerated pace because it
completely bypasses all interference from
the conscious mind.

As you relax and listen to the energizing
Mantra, you will be gently guided through a
powerful transformational experience that will obliterate
The Three Poisons of “Greed,” “Hate” and “Ignorance,”
into a positive new you. These practices invoke love,
kindness, generosity, and selflessness.

Order NOW and change your life for the better.

Celebrating Winter solstice

Dear Test,

“(In winter) people should retire early at
night and rise late in the morning
and they should wait for the rising of the sun.”
-NEI CHING

Celebrating Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice has been celebrated in culture
all over the world for over thousands of years.
This start of the solar year is a celebration
of Light and the rebirth of the Sun.

This year, Thursday, December 22nd as the
sun enters Capricorn marks the Winter Solstice-
the beginning of winter in the Northern Hemisphere
and summer in the Southern Hemisphere and
the day of the longest night.

The term solstice means “sun stands still”;
it appears to remain in one place north or
south of the equator from one day to the next.

This is one of the strongest days of the year
to make changes in our lives.
There will be more and more light from then on.

As we shift in the seasons we also have a great
shift in our body and mind.
We will be open to both good and bad energies.

During the winter, the yin principle dominates
our bodies, as well as the climate.

The earth is in her resting and quiet season,
so like nature, it’s a good time to rest your self.
Reflect and be aware of your senses, conserve your
energy, seek inner warmth and spend more time at
home with family and friends.

It’s a time to nourish the body, relax, quiet the
body down, and sleep more.
It’s not a very good time to do have exercises
because you might burn yourself out,
but you still have to stay active in order to
keep your body warm and the energy moving.

Winter is more an inward and sensitive time.
As the cold climate chill you to your bones,
seek deeper within yourself. Like the earth,
we all have our cycles.
Many of us have cycles in which held-in
emotions are released, like the winter snows.
With awareness and expression of these feelings,
you will be able to open to good energies.
Staying healthy is also the key this winter season.

The Flu Season is also upon us at this time!
Why is it that some of us catch several colds
a year?
The answer lies in our immune system.
If our immune systems are weakened,
we will have a tendency to get sick more often.
In the winter months this seems to happen more
because of STRESS, POOR DIET, CHANGE IN WEATHER
and just getting RUN DOWN.
The best treatment for colds and the flu is to
prevent them from occurring in the first place by
keeping your immune system strong.

Now is the time to come in to boost your
immune system. Energy boosting treatments to
prevent the flu and cold will help keep you
healthy throughout the season.
This alternative flu and cold prevention system
is safe & effective for all ages.
Even if you have a cold now it will speed
up your recovery by days.
Schedule an appointment today to stay healthy this winter.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Celebration of our Good Health

Before the Fast

According to the Jewish calendar, it’s now the year 5772.
That’s a lot of years and a lot of tradition, the holiday started last Wednesday night, September 28th. It’s called Rosh Hashanah, meaning “the head or first of the year.”

The next Ten Days begins with Repentance, and concludes with Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. It’s a time of introspection, forgiveness, and hope for a year in which we do better than we did in the past year.
This holiday is known for the custom of eating apples dipped in honey, symbolizing the sweetness of coming year may bring.

Rosh Hashanah is celebrated on the day when, according to tradition, the first humans were created; this is when people celebrate Rosh Hashanah as the birthday of the world and of humanity. The people from all over the world embark upon the serious task of examining their lives and repenting for any wrongs they have committed during the previous year. They are encouraged to make amends with anyone they have wronged and to make plans for improving during the coming year. It’s all about making peace in the community and striving to be a better person.

One of the traditions that I always do at this time, when the season changes from summer to fall is fasting and forgiveness for any wrongs I may have done. This tradition is in alignment with both the holiday and the season.

I fast for many reasons.
First there are millions of people all over the world fasting at this time.
It is sort of a collective consciousness of fasting because it makes it easier to do, like having waves of energy push you along making the fast easier.
Second fasting has a significant spiritual benefit. It helps to focus more on spiritual parts of our being.
The third reason is for all the health benefits.
A fast will give our system rest and help clean out toxins from our bodies.
Benefits of fasting are:
*Detoxification of the digestive system, liver and the kidneys
*Cooling of the core body temperature. This increases the bodies Growth hormones to keep you younger.
* A feeling of rejuvenation and extended life expectancy

There have been significant studies that conclude; less caloric intake will extend life.
Yes, it’s true, fasting is one of the longevity secrets. There are many reasons to consider fasting as a benefit to one’s health; the body rids itself of the toxins that have built up in our fat throughout the years. The body heals itself, and repairs all of the damaged organs during a fast. Finally there is good evidence to show that regulated fasting contributes to Longevity.

What I have found in my years of practice, is if you pay attention to your diet, do the right exercises like yoga and Qi gong and don’t hold on to the stresses in life you —you will stay disease free and live a happy life!

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness.

Harvest moon Detox

Monday, September 12th, 2011
Share

I took a long walk under the great ball of Yin light,
The Harvest moon to balance my energy and cultivate energy

On September 12 at 5:27 a.m. EDT the moon will
be at its fullest.

This moon is celebrated across many cultures.
It’s an especially powerful moon for meditations,
lasting changes and moon magic.

The moon represents Yin the female force.
In the Taiji symbol Yin is represented by the dark half
with the seed of white in it.
The Chinese character means the dark side of a hill which
shows us the roots of the philosophy in the natural world.
It’s the perfect time for making new changes in your life.

As we move into a Fall season things will naturally change
on the planet. Fall is the time for closure, harvest and to
start preparing your body and mind for the winter.

In Chinese medicine Fall is when the lungs and large intestine
are most active.
We are coming into the colds and cough season and it’s
perfect time to strengthen your immune system.

From simple to elaborate, celebrating the harvest moon is part of
clearing the clutter in your mind body and spirit .

A time to turn your thoughts to the comforts of your home as the
cold weather arrives, think of ways to bring your attentions into
the area in your home. Focus your energy on creating the changes that make your life more balanced.

I’ll am personally start a six day detox program to clean out
my system and move into the Fall season as smoothly as possible.

I started my ritual cleanse today, as I do every time the seasons change.
This gives my digestion system a rest and helps to detox the liver, kidneys and lungs.

I started this morning with deep breathing exercise on the beach and
when I got home I started drinking apple juice and water 8 oz. of each
I drink at least a quart of apple juice a day for the next
6 days, with a two day liver flush next weekend.

The liver flush formula:
*Pink grapefruit
*Olive oil
*Garlic
*Lemon
*Blender
Organic is best if you can get it

Take 4 oz. of fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 lemon
2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 piece of fresh garlic
Blend the mixture until smooth and drink it down. Yum!

It will help to clear potential stones out of the liver and
clear out the colon.
I’ll do this for a few days and follow up with the
two week homeopathic detox kit.

http://www.energymedicineflorida.com/detox-kit.html

This is a great ritual and gets the body ready for the changes in
the season and to help avoid colds, flu and the fall crud.

If you have any questions send me a note at
drwudhi@energymedicine.com

Note: you can cut the apple juice with water for a few days,
as not to shock your system with to much sugar.

Remember: Before you jump on the band wagon
It’s always a good idea to check with your health
professional before starting any detox programs.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Full Moon Shamanic
”Fire Ceremony”

Sunday, June 6th, 2010
Share

The Moon was full; it was around dusk when I met up with the thirty people who gathered in the traditional healing circle in the park. The Ecuadorian Shamanic
”Fire Ceremony was about to begun.

I have been to many of these events through out the years, but this was a first in Florida for me and the first

with a shaman from South America

I know the importance of Fire Ceremonies and no matter what tradition they come from they open a new

path way for my growth.  The purpose of this ceremony was to let go of old belief structures.

The Shaman blessed the space and welcomed in the Spirit of the sky, earth and the four directions.

We circled the fire and everyone there was getting ready for something  to happen, which would hopefully change his or her life for the better.

The Tibetan Lamas, Daoism Priests and Shamans that I studied with all use fire rituals of some kind.

In fact most native peoples, as well as the Taoist and Buddhist shamans invoke  the Fire element in there secrete rituals.

This  Fire Ceremony was no exception, the Shaman  invoke the four directions, ancestors,

the Earth energies, the universe and the spirit of the fire. This ceremony offers a cleansing of energy

field and patterns of long pending issues.

The goal is re-connecting with our true nature of pure heart-centered consciousness, each one of us  received a shamanic cleansing. This ancient ceremony promoted healing on all levels.

When  coming to the fire circle it is customary to create an offering out of a small stick. Using my breath,

blow this intention or prayer into the offering several times.

One additional offering is then placed in the fire for the Mother Earth.

Each person in the circle will blow their prayers for the planet into the offering

before it is placed into the fire.”

The four main  ritual that use  fire offerings in the Tibetan system called fire puja :

1.The Peaceful harmonizing  Fire  it  to pacify the results of the three poisons, (worry , struggle and blame) ,

or to clear away obstacles and defilements. It may also be done to avoid  difficulties and illnesses.

2.  Increasing Ritual Fire Offerings can be performed for both one’s own and other’s benefit.

To increase wealth health and happiness

3. A decrease fire can be performed to get ride of obstacles on the path or even pests like rodents,

bugs or snakes. Also  to subdue forces that is harming other sentient beings.

4. A Strong and forceful  puji fire  are performed against harmful forces. In Tibet rituals these were used

to dispel or subdue local disturbances,

All rituals no matter what system or tradition  they come from involve keeping yourself centered and

grounded at all times. I have found that Qi Gong exercises are number one in keeping you grounded

centered and focused. That’s why I encourage all of my students who are interested in spiritual work,

marshal arts or healing to learn and practice internal exercises, like the ones offered in

the Recharging Qi Gong Program.www.Rechargingqigong.com for those of you that have the

Recharging Qi Gong Program there will be a class on June 12 th . in Miami to go over the finer  points  in the program

Get ready it’s ah coming

There are rituals and traditions that have been practiced for thousands of years surrounding the coming of spring it’s the most treasured season change.

There is poetry and art that is inspired by spring, these anticipation of the new lives that would blossom both in nature, in spirit and even in the home. And for many, the term spring cleaning is not just a physical activity. It’s cleaning up the negative energy build up over the winter months and prepares for the positive budding energy of spring and summer. That’s just what the Recharging Qi Gong Program does, Opens your energy to let the Qi flow.

It’s also a very important turning point health wise; a time to clean and detoxify the body of all the toxins accumulated.

The first day of spring is called the Vernal Equinox, which lands this year on March 20th, at 11:44 UT

Just as the dawn is the time of new light, so the vernal equinox is the time of new life.

                                                                                                -Unknown

This is when the sun is positioned above the equator; day and night are about equal in length all over the world, and the days become longer again at last.

According to Chinese medicine, people are equally affected by the environment. Living in harmony with the change in seasons can help one find balance throughout the year.

The Vernal equinox initiates change and helps clean up after the winter’s clutter and inactivity to set you up for spring. Love and Anger are both active at the same time. It’s a time to rise early with the sun and start your Qi Gong. The Recharging Qigong package offers more of energy enhancing, Qi moving exercises you have ever practiced.

If you haven’t started this is the time to Spring into action. That’s exactly what I am doing with the program and everything that will be offered by Dr. Wu Dhi www.Rechargingqigong.com and order to day.

PS. Spring is ruled by the Wood element and is related to the liver and its complimentary organ, the gallbladder. This is the season when the two organs energy is most active. Its an ideal time for a transformation of the liver since it’s responsible for the flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body. Schedule a treatment today and get your Qi flowing.
