Important Longevity Program

Now that it’s autumn, you’ll start to feel new
things in the air and in your body. It’s time to
start changing a few things in your longevity program. As
the season changes, it is important to adjust and
fine-tune your exercise, your diet, sleep and your
meditations. I’ll explain more as we go on…

longevity

Longevity and ancient Qigong practice for good health and a long life

I walked to my new training spot on the beach in
Hollywood early this morning.
You can feel fall wherever you live. When I lived
in Michigan and walked in the woods, I would know
there was a shift. I remember feeling the chill of
autumn at this time of the year. Golden leaves lay
scattered on the ground. The smell of dry, burning
leaves filled my nostrils. It’s amazing how
quickly we descend from the warmth of summer to
the chill of fall. The nights are longer than the
days, there is more energy leaving the earth’s
atmosphere than entering it. If you are quiet
enough inside, you will feel the shift, the smells
are different and, if you watch the animals in
your surroundings, you’ll see their behavior has
changed.

We have moved into the season of the Metal energy
where Autumn cleans out old negativity. Fall is
the season when we learn more about ourselves than
in any other season. Now that the harvest of late
summer is over, nature now makes everything bare.
The growing season is over, and it is time to turn
inward and let go of things that hinder your
growth. The energy of fall dropping the old, just
like the trees drop their leaves at this time of
the year.

In Chinese medicine, Autumn is the season of the
Metal element. Sadness and grief are the emotions
of the Metal element. We all experience loss,
separation, and the need to let go, and it’s
natural to feel the grief at these times. Grief
cleanses us of what is no longer needed in our
lives. The large intestines is the organ of the
Metal element. It has the function of eliminating
what is unnecessary or toxic from our system, both
physically and mentally. On the other hand, valor
and courage are the positive themes of the season.
Start moving forward with your projects and be
inspired to get things going. The lungs and large
intestines work together as a team, one taking in
the pure Qi, the other eliminating toxic wastes.
If there is a blockage in your system, you may
experience symptoms of bronchitis, shortness of
breath, cough, allergies, nasal congestion, colds,
sore throat, constipation or diarrhea, and
abdominal pain.

The Metal element is at its peak now, and we are
particularly open to treatment. Using the wisdom
of Chinese medicine, we can rebuild the Metal
within us physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Now is the time to contain yourself, speak only
when necessary, true and kind, behaving with
economy, and exerting your will quietly and
calmly. To get in harmony with the autumn season,
go through your closet, desk, garage, medicine
cabinet, or any cluttered storage area, and
discard what you no longer need. Diet should
include more squash, sweet potatoes, pumpkin and
root veggies. Go to sleep earlier and wake up a
little later. As for your internal exercises and
meditations, it is now time to join the Qi Gong
Inner Circle http://goo.gl/BhkK3x and learn the
Fall longevity secrets.

What are the diseases that are most likely to kill you?

What are the diseases that are most likely to kill you?

What are the diseases that are most likely to kill you?

What are the diseases that are most likely to kill you?

these days, we hear of a new disease that will wipe

out the human population and are most likely to kill you

or devastate our health.

What can we do to stay healthy? We exercise, watch

our diet, and pay attention to our hygiene. We run

to the doctor to head off any pathogen that may be

attacking our system. But there are really only a

few diseases that, for the most part, will likely kill you.

Here is the Hit list:

#1. Coronary Artery Disease (Ischemic Heart

Disease)

The deadliest disease in the world is coronary

artery disease (CAD). CAD, also called ischemic

heart disease, occurs when the blood vessels that

supply blood to the heart become narrowed. The

World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that

about 7.4 million people died of ischemic heart

disease. Even today, with all the research and

millions of dollars spent, we have more CAD than

ever. It’s still the #1 killer with more than 13.2

percent of all deaths. Among the risk factors are

high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and

smoking. What can you do? Regular exercise, good

nutrition, and weight control can help lower your

risk of developing CAD. But there is a lot more

that you can do to avoid heart disease. Qi Gong

calms the mind and the spirit better than any

exercise we do in the West. In Chinese medicine,

the Heart rules the mind. What does that mean?

When we look at the five elements, the Heart is

Fire. If there is too much heat from the fire, the

heat rises and causes insomnia, migraines, and

Shen disturbances, things like Parkinson’s

disease, shaking and twitching, and mental

disorders. As we balance the fire and water in the

body, we balance the heart.

#2. Stroke

A stroke is when an artery in the brain is blocked

or leaks. Oxygen-deprived brain cells begin to die

within minutes. Strokes are responsible for 6.7

million deaths around the world, according to WHO.

That figure represents about 11.9 percent of all

deaths. Stroke kills almost 130,000 Americans each

year—that’s 1 out of every 20 deaths.

# 3. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

COPD is a chronic, progressive lung disease that

makes it hard to breathe. Chronic bronchitis and

emphysema are types of COPD. About 3.1 million

deaths were attributed to COPD, according to WHO.

That represents about 5.6 percent of deaths, a

rate that has held steady since 2000. At this

time, around 64 million people around the world

were living with COPD. The main causes are smoking

and secondhand smoke. Another factor is air

pollution, both indoors and out. There’s no cure

for COPD, but its progression can be slowed down

with conventional medicine as well as homeopathic

medication and acupuncture.

# 4. Respiratory Infections

WHO estimates that lower respiratory infections

caused about 3.1 million or 5.5 percent of deaths

in the world. This group of diseases includes

pneumonia, bronchitis, and influenza. Flu season

lasts from November through February in the

Northern Hemisphere and from June through August

in the Southern Hemisphere. They say the risk is

year-round in tropical regions.

# 5. Cancers of the Trachea, Bronchus, and Lungs

Cancers of the trachea, bronchus, and lungs are

all respiratory cancers. The main causes of this

type of cancer are smoking, second-hand smoke, and

environmental toxins. Around 1.6 million deaths

were attributed to lung cancer – that is 2.9% of

all deaths.

The heart and the lungs are major organs that need

attention. The Fire element or your Heart, and the

Lungs as the Metal element are the most effected

organs that can cause your demise. The emotional

component of the Heart is anxiety and the lack of

love and joy, while the emotion of the Lung is

sadness and grief.

I have spent over half of my life studying and

practicing longevity exercises, and the traditions

that seem to have a handle on anti-aging and

longevity are the Daoist, Tibetan Buddhist, and

the Alchemists. They all do internal exercises,

meditations, and follow dietary rules. The problem

in the West is that we are pretty much controlled

by the drug and food companies whose concern is

not your health or well-being. It is unfortunate,

but there are a few of us that can see through the

illusion. You are probably one of them and are

practicing daily. If you are on the path and want

to refine your practice, I can help! I suggest

Another World Shaking Event!

Get ready on Sunday, September 28th, 2015! We will

have another Blood Moon and an eclipse. The
mystics and spiritual alarmists all say it is the
end of the world. It is part of our
doomsday-bible-toting-fear-mongers’ prophecy. They
have been prophesying the end of the earth for
many years, and we are still here.

I am sure that we will be in for more changes but,
change makes us grow. When I meditate, I always
ask to grow beyond myself and learn the lessons I
need to learn. As for this coming Blood Moon,
when the Earth casts its shadow on a Full Moon and
eclipses it, the moon may get a red glow. Every
once in a while, we are blessed with four total
lunar eclipses that happen in a row. This is
called a lunar tetrad. The total lunar eclipses
happen 6 months apart, the last one was a
significant day being the first day of spring

in order to be in a perfect relationship?”, “Am I
in the career I want to be in?”, and “What will I
leave when I leave this earthly life?” When you
create wishes and questions that are designed for

How Many Dragons Do You Have around You?

Is there a Dragons in your home

I was sitting on the couch last night reading a book. When I looked up, I noticed that I have 3 dragons sitting above the fireplace. I seem to just notice them for the first time, although they were there for over a week. As I walked around the house, I noticed that I have another one on the coffee table and another on my desk. Later that evening, I stepped outside, and there were quite a few geckos all over my yard. They looked like little dragons scurrying around. In Chinese lore, the dragon was a benevolent creature with powers to bring rain, floods, and even hurricanes to a land. Along with this ability, the dragon signified power, strength, and good luck. In mythology and legend, the most powerful and noteworthy warriors and leaders are compared to the Dragon. Emperors took on the symbolism of the Dragon as they hoped to bring good fortune to their lands. The Chinese Dragon is a composite of nine different animal resemblances to make up the appearance of the Chinese dragon. It is said that dragons possess scales of both the yin and yang essence, with 81 and 36 scales, respectively, both numbers being multiples of 9 which is the luckiest number there is in all of China. According to Chinese myths, the dragon has nine children (not including mortals, such as the legendary Yandi): Bixi, Qiuniu, Yazi, Chaofeng, Pulao, Chiwen, Bi’an, Suanni and Pixiu. More interestingly, the nine dragon-children have different characters from one another, and their images more specific. Imaginary images are widely used in architectural decoration, especially in the Imperial palaces. 1.Bixi, the eldest of the nine dragon-children, has the shape of a turtle with sharp teeth, and is fond of carrying heavy objects; it’s often depicted on the sides of grave monuments. 2.Qiuniu, a yellow scaly dragon, has a liking for music and excels in playing it; it’s often used to adorn musical instruments. 3.Yazi, with a snake belly and a leopard head, is keen on fighting and killing; it’s often used as the decoration of sword grips. 4.Chaofeng has an instinctive taste for adventure; it’s often used to adorn the roof ridges of palaces. 5.Pulao is known for its loud crying; it’s often used as handles on the top of bells. 6.Chiwen, living in the sea, has a harsh voice and takes delight in devouring the other creatures; it’s often erected on the ends of ridgepoles of palaces. 7.Bi’an has a fancy for lawsuits, so it’s often erected at jail gates. 8.Suanni has a shape of a lion and takes delight in sitting cross-legged and smelling the odor of incense; it’s often depicted on the incense burners and seats of Buddhist temples. 9.Pixiu is fierce and majestic with a horse’s body, and it’s in charge of exorcising the demons to keep Heaven safe; it’s often used to guard gates. chinese dragon-poster Embrace the Dragon in your life as a protector and a guide. I use the 4 sacred animals as my protectors and guides in my meditations. I will be sending out the symbols and explain the sacred animals to the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle this month. What Can You Do if You have been Diagnosed with CANCER

Have you been Diagnosed with CANCER

Lyman is on his way back to England to be with his
family. He was in Miami for a few months, but it
was no vacation. Around a year ago, he noticed
that he was waking up half a dozen times every
night to urinate. He said, “This was quite unusual
and disturbing, to say the least. I have always
been a good sleeper and never had to get up to go
to the bathroom in the middle of the night.”
So, off he went to the doctor, and he was
diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. After further
testing, they found out it was prostate Cancer.
All the alarms went off. His doctor immediately
sent him in for radiation treatments in Miami.

Unknown

Cancer is creepy

Radiation therapy is
the use of high-energy x-rays or other particles
to kill cancer cells. It involves several weekly
visits to the doctor’s office or hospital to
receive treatment. Let’s go over some common side
effects of radiation therapy for prostate cancer:
increased frequency of urination, diarrhea, and a
stronger sense of urgency to urinate all the time.
Basically, cancer is the ultimate loss of health
and the end result of a long process of cellular
and organ breakdown. Fortunately, cancer can be
arrested and often reversed without frying your
prostate.

The prostate is a walnut-sized gland located
between the urinary bladder and the penis. The
prostate is just in front of the rectum. The
urethra runs through the center of the prostate,
from the urinary bladder to the penis, letting
urine flow out of the body. The prostate secretes
fluid that nourishes and protects sperm. During
ejaculation, the prostate squeezes this fluid into
the urethra which is expelled with sperm as semen.
Once they radiate your little walnut, you can
forget about sex, and you may be pissing in your
pants for the rest of your days. If you already
had radiation therapy, there are things that I
would recommend, such as baths in Epsom salt and
baking soda. It’s not a cure, but it will give you
some help. I also teach my patients the Deer
exercise to get more blood flowing in that area,
and a very powerful meditation that will also
help.

Prostate cancer can be managed as any chronic
disease, rather than a fatal condition to be
feared. This management occurs without side
effects from drugs, surgery, or radiation. In
fact, your overall health also improves
dramatically. The treatment involves
detoxification, intestinal and nutritional
strengthening, and up-building of the immune
system. These therapies address the underlying
causes of cancer that are usually ignored by
conventional medicine. When dealing with cancer,
we also use interventions, such as neural therapy
and other methods to attack the cancer directly.
We frequently work in conjunction with the
patient’s conventional practitioners, especially
in cases where the patient comes in after initial
treatment by conventional methods. I recommend to
all my patients that they take the Computerized
Regulation Thermography (CRT) test and the Alcat
Food Sensitivity test as well.

Dr. Cuenca will be in Florida from the 5th of
October until the 10th doing the CRT testing at my
office, and I will be doing the food sensitivity
testing. Dr. Cuenca has 11 more appointments open
before she returns to California. Call today

Get Ready for  a Transformation Practice

Are you ready for a transformation

It was in August or September 27 years ago when I
was sent to Caracas, Venezuela by my Master to
teach at the Ashram called Grace Essence
Fellowship (Gracia Esencia). At that time, I was
one of the senior instructors, and this assignment
was a real honor and a privilege that changed my
life forever.

There were around 50 people in the
meditation group. The teachings were based on a
few different traditions of the Tibetan Buddhist,
Taoist, and some Hinduism teachings from Shaivism.
Swami Rudrananda (Rudi) was a great influence, and
a majority of the practices came from his
teachings. Rudy taught an eclectic blend of
techniques he called “kundaliniyoga” (no formal
relation to the Indian tradition by that name). If
you aren’t familiar with Rudy’s teachings, pick up
a copy of his book, “Spiritual Cannibalism”. The
other school was based on the teachings of His
Holiness, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. He was a
Vajrayana master, scholar, poet, teacher, and head
of the Nyingma school. I was fortunate enough to
get his personal blessing in person on two
different occasions. The Dalai Lama regarded
Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche as his principal teacher
in the Nyingma tradition and of Dzogchen.

Our community observed a six-day celebration
that started three days before?the Fall
Equinox and lasted for three days after. This
year, the Autumn Equinox starts on September 23rd.
Start your practice on the 20th and end it on the
26th. The six-day ritual is used to acknowledge
the six perfections: Generosity, Observance of the
Precepts, Perseverance, Effort, Meditation, and
Wisdom. There is a saying in the Orient: “A
person?needs all six before he goes from
this shore of

Samsara (the endless cycle of
suffering caused by birth, death, and
re-birth) to the further shore or Nirvana.” If you
haven’t heard of Nirvana, it is the place free
from suffering and of individual incredible
existence. The ritual includes repentance of past
sins and prayers for enlightenment in the next
life. It’s a time for the performance of positive
deeds, which are greater than those practiced at
any other time of the year, as well as for
making offerings to ancestors. These good
deeds become a great blessing enabling one
to reach the other shore.”The Autumnal
Equinoxes are the ideal times for reflecting on
the meaning of life. Ancestral practices aren’t
part of Western culture, but, when trying to shift
directions in my life and when things seem
impossible to accomplish, I focus my meditation on
my ancestors and call on them for help and
guidance to stay on the right path.

Autumn is here. The day and night are equal
in length right now, but soon, we will have
more darkness than light as winter arrives. In the
Chinese Five-Element system, it’s the
metal?element that’s most active, ruling the
lungs and?large intestine. You may notice
more colds, coughs, and skin disorders for a
few months. Emotionally speaking, this phase is
about letting go of grief, sadness, old
attachments, and emotional baggage. On the
positive side, the metal element brings
in?valor, courage, and a time to move
forward in life. That’s exactly what I am focusing
on, moving forward and getting things done.
I have increased my workout time, and I
am practicing both morning and evening for
the 6-day practice. The best times to train
are at sunrise and sunset.

If you don’t own a copy of the Recharging Qi Gong
program, get it today. http://goo.gl/1HP2ec

The program will propel your meditation and
increase your physical strength. Train twice a day
for the next three months, and you will be blown
away by the results.

I wish you the best in Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

and end it on the 26th.

Health Care that Will Keep you Healthy

In Chinese medicine, acupuncture and meridians are
used to diagnose and treat patients. For instance,
we use the pulses on both hands to determine what
is going on with the Chi of the organs, and look
at the tongue to determine what is out of balance.
These techniques are still used and taught to
students all over the world. Whether you believe
in Chinese medicine or not, it is worth taking a
look into on a deeper level. You may be asking
yourself, “Why would I do that when modern
medicine has far surpassed a system that is
thousands of years old?”

Here’s why…

Our modern system of medicine is driven by the
drug companies, and most drug companies have
stocks driven by money…BIG money. The stockholders
are in the market for one reason – to make MONEY!
Big Pharma gives millions to schools, clinics, and
lobbyists to keep them in control. There is more
sickness in the USA at this time, and we are using
more drugs than any other nation in the world.
This should immediately pop up a red flag in your
mind. What’s wrong with this picture?

On the other hand, Chinese medicine isn’t driven
by money at all. Its main purpose is about
people’s health and well-being. It is not
advertised on TV and, yet, it is the most used
treatment in the world. Is Chinese medicine the
cat’s pajama? NO! Western medicine has a lot to
offer and so do many other systems. When I studied
with Dr. Thomas Rau at the Paracelsus Clinic in
Switzerland, they used many different modalities –
alchemy, Western, homeopathic, naturopathic,
anthroposophical, and Ayurveda medicine.
Treatments, such as infusions of vitamin C, ozone
colonics, massage, nutrition, low-dose medicine,
neural and segment therapy, acupuncture, and
dentistry, are all used over a 3-week stay at the
clinic. When I was there, I received 6 treatments
from 7:00 AM until 1:00 PM, stopped for lunch, and
started again until 7:00 at night. It was like
putting my body under a microscope. I was
impressed! Unfortunately, these types of treatment
don’t exist in the USA as bureaucracy and big
Pharma control us. But if you look hard enough,
you may be able to find a few clinics in the
States that can steer you in the right direction.

If you are going through a life-threatening
disorder, contact me at 305-407-0120. I may be
able to direct you to the right place.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

P.S. We will be offering Computerized Regulation
Thermography (CRT) testing at my clinic from
October 5th to the 10th. Schedule your appointment

Early Cancer Detection

Monday, September 14th, 2015

Early Cancer Detection

vcIt’s that time of the year again. When we are
quickly moving into fall, whenever we change
seasons, we are the most vulnerable to getting sick.

Every day, I see people with a host of dis-ease,
some of it is from mental imbalances, others
suffer from toxic overload, and
a bunch of them come to
the office with
physical injuries. There is always more to
dis-ease than meets the eye. Every single dis-ease
has a multitude of
components to it, and
most doctors are only
addressing the
physical. If the medical doctor runs all the
tests, does a thorough examination, and finds
nothing, they are more than likely to
refer
you to a psychologist or a psychiatrist, and you
may be medicated unnecessarily.

The other night, I was at a party and struck up a
conversation with a group of people about health
or, should I say, sickness. We were talking about
the article in the Health & Wellness section of
the Wall Street Journal by Brandon Thibodeaux, and
here is what it said, “What if the doctor is
wrong? When a CT scan showed multiple tumors in
Dawna
Harwell’s pelvis, abdomen, and spine
in 2008, her doctors in Dallas told her she might
have ovarian cancer, which can be especially
deadly. A biopsy came back with inconclusive
results, and Ms. Harwell wasted no time in seeking
a second
opinion at MD Anderson Cancer
Center in Houston. “I went through every test in
the book,” says Ms. Harwell. Still, doctors
couldn’t be sure what she had. Finally, she
underwent a surgical procedure to diagnose her
case. It wasn’t ovarian cancer after all, but a
rare form of lymphoma. The
47-year-old horse
trainer in Collinsville, Texas underwent a
rigorous regimen of chemotherapy that ended last
spring. At her first six-month checkup in October,
she received a clean bill of health.”

Evidence is mounting that
second
opinions—particularly on radiology
images and
pathology slides from
biopsies—can lead to
significant changes in
a patient’s diagnosis or in recommendations for
treating a disease. Some
malignancies,
including lymphomas and rare cancers
of the
thyroid and salivary glands, are
notoriously
tricky to diagnose correctly. Test results can be
inconclusive, or return false results. After a
decade of annual mammograms, more than half of
women will receive at least one false-positive
recall on a breast cancer screening, a recent
study found. And nearly half of malpractice claims
at Harvard University’s medical institutions that
resulted in serious patient harm or death in the
past five years were diagnostic errors, according
to its liability company, Crico/RMF. Thomas Feely,
Vice-President of Medical Operations at MD
Anderson, says as many as 25% of
patients
who arrive at the Center with diagnoses
for
certain cancers, such as lymphoma, may receive
a
different diagnosis. Overall, 3% of MD
Anderson
patients each year end up with a
significant
change that affects what
treatment they receive. “When you get cancer, the
first thing you may want
 to do is jump to
get treatment with the first
person you talk
to,” Dr. Feely says. “But taking
 the time to
get a second opinion about the
diagnosis you
have and a careful evaluation of
what
treatments there are can be lifesaving.”

images

Acupuncture

Kim Henderson, a paralegal in Houston, came to
MD
Anderson to be treated for cervical
cancer after
being diagnosed elsewhere.
Pathologists performed
another biopsy that
revealed she had a noninvasive
precursor to
cervical cancer—and not the far more
serious
invasive type as previously
believed.
Although she still needed surgery,
her doctors
told her she could skip the
radiation and
chemotherapy that had
originally been part of the
treatment plan.
“I felt like it was a miracle and I was
spared
from this unnecessary treatment,”
says Ms.
Henderson, who had lost a sister to
cancer.

Primary care doctors can misdiagnose
common
symptoms. In a study, 202 patients
most commonly
complained about abdominal
pain, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath and
rash. Incorrect diagnoses
included: Benign
viral infection, 17%;
Musculoskeletal pain,
10%; Asthma/Chronic obstructive
pulmonary
disease, 6%;
Benign skin
lesion, 4%;
Pneumonia, 4%;
Final
correct diagnoses for patients
misdiagnosed
initially included: Cancer,
16%;
Pulmonary embolism, 6%;
Coronary
artery disease, 5%;
Aneurysm,
8%;
Appendicitis, 6%. (Source: University of
Iowa; Journal of the
American Board of
Family Medicine)

Second opinions are important for other
diseases
as well. National Jewish Health, a
Denver medical
center, found in a study that
more than half of
patients it diagnosed with
chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease had
previously been misdiagnosed
with asthma,
leading to inappropriate treatments.

Cancer is on the rise in the United States, and
the
three traditional treatments are:
Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, and Surgery.
These may be the only tools that the medical
doctors have in their toolbox, but if you
can
avoid the cut, burn, and poison
treatments, you may be better off. There are way
too many misdiagnoses
these days, and
treatments are given according to
what
doctors find, no matter if it’s accurate or not.
The recovery from the treatments is a long, hard
road and could be worse than the disease itself.

I would recommend having a Computerized Regulation
Thermography (CRT) test to find out where the
imbalance is in your body first. It will give
you
information that can save your life. The
teeth are checked, and most Western doctors don’t
even think about teeth. Next, the glands, breasts,
and organs
are checked. If there is a
blockage, it will show
up on the computer
and, then, we can explore the
different
options for treatment. It could be
a
combination of both Western and
alternative
medicine, but, at least, you
will know what needs to
be treated. The test
will let you know what has to be changed
in
your lifestyle, diet, and exercise, or if you may
benefit from acupuncture, Medical Qi Gong,
herbal
medicine, or homeopathic treatments.
There is a
group called the “Best Answer for
Cancer” that uses
low-dose chemo. This is
another option.

The CRT will be a good way to find out
what’s
going on from a different
perspective. It is
a safe, radiation-free,
non-invasive, painless, and cost-effective
whole-body
scan method for discovering
hidden
dysfunctions and infections and
monitoring
treatment progress. It can see
problems
before they manifest into a
palpable mass, or health problems that
may
be irreversible.

Dr. Carola Cuenca from Santa Cruz,
California
who specializes in CRT and
natural low-dose medications will be doing the
test in my
office. All tests have to be done
in the
morning when the body is still cool;
this
only allows us to test 3 people a day.
I
highly recommend taking this opportunity
to
evaluate your immune system and to keep
you
disease-free. To schedule an appointment
for your CRT
exam, call my office now at
305-407-0120.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

P.S.
Dr. Cuenca will be in Miami from
October 5th to 11th. I am now
scheduling
appointments for October. Call my office and

The Cast is Off

The Cast is Off

After breaking my wrist 5 weeks ago, they put my arm in a cast,

I learned
that there are many things that I can do with my
less dominant hand, such as tightening up my belt,
buttoning my shirt, and pulling up my fly. Over
the years since I was 12, I have been physically
practicing martial arts, biked long distances,
worked out at the gym 6 days a week, swam, snow-
and water-skied, mountain climbed, and
rollerbladed. I also spent years practicing
internal exercises, including yoga, Qi Gong, and
Tai Chi, and never broke a bone in my body. Some
say I was just lucky, but I believe it was because
I always kept in excellent shape my entire life.
My brother used to call me a health fanatic and a
workout junkie, long before the workout craze
happened in the USA. I have always put health as
number 1 in my life, and for a good reason. Our
health is our wealth! Do you k now how much money
Steven Jobs, Kirk Kerkorian, and Walt Disney left
when they died? They left it all, every single
cent they made. As long as you have your health,
you can work, make money, and have fun. But, if
you lose your health, you lose everything. That’s
why, I have dedicated my life to my health and the
health of others.

whole-bodyscan method for discovering hidden?dysfunct

Every day, I see people with a
host of dis-ease, some of it is from mental
imbalances, others suffer from toxic overload, and
a bunch of them come to?the office with
physical injuries. There is always more to
dis-ease than meets the eye. Every single dis-ease
has a multitude of?components to it, and
most doctors are only?addressing the
physical. If the medical doctor runs all the
tests, does a thorough examination, and finds
nothing, they are more than likely to?refer
you to a psychologist or a psychiatrist, and you
may be medicated unnecessarily.

The other night, I was at a party and struck up a
conversation with a group of people about health
or, should I say, sickness. We were talking about
the article in the Health & Wellness section of
the Wall Street Journal by Brandon Thibodeaux, and
here is what it said, “What if the doctor is
wrong? When a CT scan showed multiple tumors in
Dawna?Harwell’s pelvis, abdomen, and spine
in 2008, her doctors in Dallas told her she might
have ovarian cancer, which can be especially
deadly. A biopsy came back with inconclusive
results, and Ms. Harwell wasted no time in seeking
a second?opinion at MD Anderson Cancer
Center in Houston. “I went through every test in
the book,” says Ms. Harwell. Still, doctors
couldn’t be sure what she had. Finally, she
underwent a surgical procedure to diagnose her
case. It wasn’t ovarian cancer after all, but a
rare form of lymphoma. The?47-year-old ho rse
trainer in Collinsville, Texas underwent a
rigorous regimen of chemotherapy that ended last
spring. At her first six-month checkup in October,
she received a clean bill of health.”

Evidence is mounting that
second?opinions—particularly on radiology
images and?pathology slides from
biopsies—can lead to?significant changes in
a patient’s diagnosis or in recommendations for
treating a disease. Some?malignancies,
including lymphomas and rare cancers?of the
thyroid and salivary glands, are?notoriously
tricky to diagnose correctly. Test results can be
inconclusive, or return false results. After a
decade of annual mammograms, more than half of
women will receive at least one false-positive
recall on a breast cancer screening, a recent
study found. And nearly half of malpractice claims
at Harvard University’s medical institutions that
resulted in serious patient harm or death in the
past five years were diagnostic errors, according
to its liability company, Crico/RMF. Thomas Feely,
Vice-President of Medical Operations at MD
Anderson, says as many as 25 % of?patients
who arrive at the Center with diagnoses?for
certain cancers, such as lymphoma, may receive
a?different diagnosis. Overall, 3% of MD
Anderson?patients each year end up with a
significant?change that affects what
treatment they receive. “When you get cancer, the
first thing you may want?to do is jump to
get treatment with the first?person you talk
to,” Dr. Feely says. “But taking?the time to
get a second opinion about the?diagnosis you
have and a careful evaluation of?what
treatments there are can be lifesaving.”

Kim Henderson, a paralegal in Houston, came to
MD?Anderson to be treated for cervical
cancer after?being diagnosed elsewhere.
Pathologists performed?another biopsy that
revealed she had a noninvasive?precursor to
cervical cancer—and not the far more?serious
invasive type as previously
believed.?Although she still needed surgery,
her doctors?told her she could skip the
radiation and?chemotherapy that had
originally been part of the?treatment plan.
“I felt like it was a miracle and I was
spared?from this unnecessary treatment,”
says Ms.?Henderson, who had lost a sister to
cancer.

Primary care doctors can misdiagnose
common?symptoms. In a study, 202 patients
most commonly?complained about abdominal
pain, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath and
rash. Incorrect diagnoses?included: Benign
viral infection, 17%;?Musculoskeletal pain,
10%; Asthma/Chronic obstructive
pulmonary?disease, 6%;?Benign skin
lesion, 4%;?Pneumonia, 4%;?Final
correct diagnoses for patients
misdiagnosed?initially included: Cancer,
16%;?Pulmonary embolism, 6%;?Coronary
artery disease, 5%;?Aneurysm,
8%;?Appendicitis, 6%. (Source: University of
Iowa; Journal of the?American Board of
Family Medicine)?

Second opinions are important for other
diseases?as well. National Jewish Health, a
Denver medical?center, found in a study that
more than half of?patients it diagnosed with
chronic obstructive?pulmonary disease had
previously been misdiagnosed?with asthma,
leading to inappropriate treatments.

Cancer is on the rise in the United States, and
the?three traditional treatments are:
Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, and Surgery.
These may be the only tools that the medical
doctors have in their toolbox, but if you
can?avoid the cut, burn, and poison
treatments, you may be better off. There are way
too many misdiagnoses?these days, and
treatments are given according to?what
doctors find, no matter if it’s accurate or not.
The recovery from the treatments is a long, hard
road and could be worse than the disease itself.

I would recommend having a Computerized Regulation
Thermography (CRT) test to find out where the
imbalance is in your body first. It will give
you?information that can save your life. The
teeth are checked, and most Western doctors don’t
even think about teeth. Next, the glands, breasts,
and organs?are checked. If there is a
blockage, it will show?up on the computer
and, then, we can explore the?different
options for treatment. It could be
a?combination of both Western and
alternative?medicine, but, at least, you
will know what needs to?be treated. The test
will let you know what has to be changed?in
your lifestyle, diet, and exercise, or if you may
benefit from acupuncture, Medical Qi Gong,
herbal?medicine, or homeopathic treatments.
There is a?group called the “Best Answer for
Cancer” that uses?low-dose chemo. This is
another option.

The CRT will be a good way to find out
what’s going on from a different
perspective. It is?a safe, radiation-free,
non-invasive, painless, and cost-effective
whole-bodyscan method for discovering
hidden?dysfunctions and infections and

A Day to Build Your Qi

Today is a public holiday. The banks, post office,
and stock market in the USA are closed. Today is
dedicated to the social and economic achievements
of American workers. To most people, it’s a long
weekend, and a sign that summer is over. It’s a day to build your Qi

I have been working at full tilt for the last few
months, but today, I am just going to chill. I’ll
start with a meditation, then, I’ll spend a few
hours on the beach doing internal practices. As
long as I have the day off, I’ll dedicate it to my
health and longevity. “If you don’t have your health you don’t have anything”,

It dose not  make any difference who you are, how much money you have, or who you know

once your health is gone you are miserable and alone.

If you want to reset your internal clock, join me
and the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle for a
transformation in your life.
