Three Powerful Moons

The energy is building. By the end of August, we
will have the first of 3 powerful full moons. The
first full moon is on August 29, 2015 at 2:35 pm
(EDT). It is called the Sturgeon Moon, Corn Moon,
or Grain Moon. The second is on September 28 while
the third on October 27. They are called super
moons because the centers of these full moons and
that of Earth will be less than 224,834 miles
apart.

This month’s full moon will open a floodgate of
emotions. The Pisces full moon awakens our desire
for closure on a deep soul level. Pisces is about
endings and transitions. It’s time to surrender
and accept the things we cannot change, and to pay
attention to what’s at hand.

Here are some tips on how to tune in to the Pisces
full moon power:

1. Be open to your Unknown. The veil between the
spirit world and the living is thinner than ever.
You may experience coincidences, deja vu, and
vivid dreams.

2. Be compassionate. Be open, have compassion for
everyone, and show kindness towards yourself and
everyone you come in contact with.

3. Change your emotion into devotion. This full
moon can bring up some turbulent emotions. It
might even make you feel a little “crazy”. Pick a
healthy outlet for release. Practice morning and
evening, write in your journal, or go dancing.

4. Soak your body. Stand in the ocean, soak in a
bathtub with Epsom salts or in a natural hot
spring. Even a swimming pool will work. The moon
is the water element, and so is the sign Pisces. A
soak will balance the body and mind.

5. Honor your ancestors. Pisces is the 12th and
final sign of the Zodiac, and it represents your
golden years. Take time to sit and talk with your
elders, and dedicate the merits of your
meditations to the benefit of your ancestors.

6. Take a workshop, read and study. This weekend
is a wonderful time to snuggle up with a good
book, sit down and set your goals for the next 3
months, or go to a workshop to make your life
better.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

The 3-Point Longevity Program

My body was a little out of kilter this week in
spite of me training, doing the cryotherapy,
taking infrared saunas, getting a good night’s
sleep, and eating well. I have been doing
everything I can to recover as quickly as I can
from breaking my wrist while training a few weeks
ago.

I came into the office on Thursday, and the
trainer asked me to go through a stretching
session with him. He has been a trainer to the
King’s or Jordan’s family, and has worked with
other star athletes, entertainment giants, and top
corporate executives. Among the high-profile
clients he’s personally trained are the Sammy Sosa
family, top team members of the New York Knicks
and New York Mets, the Miami Heat, and the St.
Louis Cardinals. But what impressed me the most is
his experience in Neuro-linguistic Programming
(NLP), and how he gently incorporated positive
programming into the person he’s working with, all
in an hour stretching session.

Longevity

He calls this the “M3 Lifestyle Strengthening
Program” which focuses on the strength,
flexibility, harmony, and balance of your body.
What I notice is, in just one short session with
Mohay, my posture improved. I am a lot more
flexible, and there is not a bit of pain anywhere
in my body. The next day, my training was deeper,
longer, and more powerful.

If you are in Florida, give me a call and schedule
the 3-point session including Mohey’s M3 program,
Dr. Wu Dhi’s longevity treatment, and a Cryo
treatment. It will blow your socks off.

How to have an Incredible Life

How to have an Incredible Life

If you want to have an incredible life, you have
to know what you want! It’s all about knowing what
you want. Whatever you focus on the most is
exactly what you will draw to yourself. If you are
positive, you’ll attract positive energy.

“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it
can achieve.” Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow
Rich: A Black Choice

It’s the same if you are negative, you will
attract negative people and negative energy, and
just bad stuff will stick to you like mud. I hear
this all the time from people, “I can tell you
exactly what I don’t want”, and then, they go into
a long list of how they don’t want this or that.
Guess what? That is exactly what they get.

Whatever you think about the most is what you will
attract. If you decide it’s a bad day, it is. On
the other hand, if you decide it’s a good day,
it’s a good day. We are the masters of our
destiny, for the better or the worse. Negativity
doesn’t follow us around, neither does good
energy. We just pull it in like a big vacuum. If
you want something different, better, happier,
wealthier, or healthier, that’s what you need to
focus on. Before you know it, you will have it.

“Every moment of your life infinitely created in
the universe is endlessly bountiful. Just put
forth a clear enough request and everything in
your heart’s desires must come to you.” – Shakti
Gawain

Getting Younger in 95 Degrees Plus

Getting Younger in 95 Degrees Plus

Although it has been in the nineties all week in
South Florida, I’ve found a way to stay cool as a
cucumber, and get younger  at the
same time. We have a new, cool, cooling treatment
in the clinic known as images. ‘Cryo-’
meaning ‘cold,’ and the liquid nitrogen gets your
body ice-cold in moments. It’s colder than you
could possibly imagine, like walking into an
Arctic circle completely naked, except for your
underwear, gloves, and socks. You go into this
chamber for 1 to 3 minutes, and your body
temperature is lowered to 264 degrees below zero
with a blast of liquid nitrogen. It’s really cold,
but the benefits are awesome! The cooling
treatment reduces inflammation, improves athletic
performance, and slows signs of aging, and much
more.

A few weeks ago, I broke my wrist and had to be
put in a cast. My hand was swollen and my fingers
looked like 5 swollen sausages. In the past, I
would use an ice pack for 15 minutes 3 or 4 times
a day to reduce the inflammation. Usually, it
takes weeks to get rid of the pain and swelling.
It’s time-intensive and a pain in the butt. The
new cryotherapy chamber arrived last week, and I
started doing the treatment. The inflammation is
just about gone. I started with a minute and a
half and slowly built up to two and a half minutes
in the deep freeze. I was amazed on how quickly I
recovered, and the spinoffs were amazing. My
metabolism kicked into gear and my energy was way
up with just 2-minutes-twice-weekly sessions, and
I have totally reduced the swelling with just a
few treatments.

Here’s what happens:

The freezing temperatures send the body into a
“survival mode,” which causes blood supply to flow
to the internal organs to spread more oxygen and
nutrients. After just a few minutes, you leave the
cold treatment, and the enriched blood is flushed
back into the rest of the body. It’s an
invigorating sensation that charges up the body’s
energy as well as reduces any inflammation. They
say that the treatment also burns up to 900
calories, that quick.

The whole idea of the extreme cold is removing the
toxins, and allowing blood that doesn’t have those
toxins or those inflammatory components into that
area that needs them. The health benefits are
incredible. Your skin gets a rush of blood and
oxygen that you’ll look and feel younger. You get
the healthy glow and improved circulation. It also
boosts collagen, so those wrinkles will be gone.

When I got out of the cryo chamber, I noticed an
enormous rush of endorphins and energy afterwards,
and that high lasts like five or six hours. Your
brain also gets sharper. I noticed I have better
mental focus, even my meditations are deeper. Not
only does it stimulate and expedite the healing
process, but it also eliminates the discomfort
that can prevent you from proper rehabilitation in
tissue strengthening after muscle damage.

Even though it’s extremely hot in Miami, my summer
has an Arctic blast to it.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

Sexual Power Enhancement

Sexual Power Enhancement

We all seek out and hope to mate with each other.
This is a normal process to perpetuation of our
species. It also explains that certain features
are extremely enticing to the opposite sex because
they indicate signs of fertility and health.

Our need to exist and to perpetuate that existence
drives us like a bee to honey. If you like it or
not, you are just like a wild animal, but with a
certain degree of sophistication. As humans, we
don’t think of ourselves as just a production
machine to produce babies, or being a wild animal.
But evolution and biological urges drive us to
mate and reproduce. We are driven by the pleasure
of sex as well as the natural urge.

Imagine you are gazing into your lover’s eyes. You
may be thinking that you have risen higher than
that lustful sex machine that you believe you have
transcend with that urge filled with lust. But, in
truth, it’s just nature’s way of packaging that
drive to reproduce our species. Two human beings
courting each other are essentially the same as
two wild animals at mating time. We have a
certain way of giving off a scent and a signal,
which comes down to this person healthy enough,
young enough to bear offspring. By the same token,
the accouterments of human courtship – romance,
flowers, music, and moonlight dinners – are really
just nature’s way of getting two people together.

The Power of Sex

Nature is ruthless. Nature must prevail. So,
nature finds the means to get a male and a female
to mate. This, basically, is the scientific
approach to physical attraction. All this sexual
excitement is a good thing, but as humans, we want
more than just the act of “cumming and going”. We
want satisfying sexual experiences.

In Dr. Wu Dhi’s Sexual Qi Gong program
http://goo.gl/PYjEe0, you will learn how to
enhance your sexual experience and be a better
lover. You will get that feeling of Boundless
Energy and Whole Body Orgasms. You will learn the
Power of Magnetic Attraction without Drugs,
Sprays, or Love Toys. The techniques in Dr. Wu
Dhi’s Sexual Qi Gong program are practiced by
Masters for Longevity and Increased Sexual Power,
and so can you.

Don’t delay for another day. Get it on the way you
always wanted. http://goo.gl/PYjEe0

Let the Prayer Flags Fly Again

Let the Prayer Flags Fly Again

It’s been a year since I have flown the prayer
flags over my home. Prayer flags are inscribed
with auspicious symbols, prayers, and mantras. For
centuries, the Tibetan Buddhists have flown them
outside their homes and places of spiritual
practice for the wind to carry the beneficent
vibrations across the country. They bring
happiness, long life, and prosperity to the one
who flies them and all those in the vicinity.
They convey a feeling of harmony and bring to
mind the precious teachings of the Buddha. The
prayer flag tradition is ancient, dating back
thousands of years in India and to the Shamanistic
Bon tradition of pre-Buddhist Tibet. The flags
balance the elements both internally and
externally. Their 5 colors represent the 5 basic
elements:

• Red for fire
• Yellow for earth
• White for air or metal
• Blue for space and water
• Green for wood

Unknown

Prayer Flags

The .” When they
are around a sick person, it is said to harmonize the
elements in his body to produce a state of physical
and mental health. They were also used to help
appease the local gods and spirits of the mountains,
valleys, lakes, and streams. These elemental beings,
when provoked, were thought to cause natural
disasters and disease. I hope they will move all the
hurricanes away from my door as well as bad storms.

At one time, the writings and images on prayer
flags were painted by hand one at a time. The
vibration of mantra painted on the flags can
control the invisible energies that govern our
true existence. Oftentimes, the mantra, “OM MA NI
PAD ME HUNG” is printed on prayer flags. The
mantra sends blessings of compassion to the six
worldly realms.

I have always hung the prayer flags around my
home, and I look forward to hanging them again at
my new home come September. If you have a place in
your garden, I encourage you to fly the prayer
flags and reap all the benefits.

If you want a special treat, get a copy of the
Internal Mantra program http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTUxNjgyNXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x and
open up your spiritual centers.

Broken Bones

Broken Bones

Part of my training involves walking backwards 500
steps every morning. I have been doing this
consistently since 2007 when my friend Matt Furey
showed me the exercise. In fact, when I first went
to China to study in the nineties, I would see
hundreds of people walking backwards daily. It’s a
practice for good health in Japan, China, and
parts of Europe where people use it to build
muscle, improve sports performance, and promote
balance. Walking backwards has opened up my
awareness, improved my vision, strengthened my
back, and sharpened my brain.

When you walk backwards, it puts less strain and
requires less range of motion on your knee joints.
I find that I can do a more intense workout in
less time. I have heard that 100 steps backwards
is equal to 1,000 steps forward. Walking backwards
sharpens your thinking skills and enhances
cognitive control. Those are some great benefits,
and that’s why I walk backwards every day.

Around 10 days ago, I was power-walking backwards
at a good pace and stumbled over a big piece of
coral that washed up on the beach. Even though I
have great balance, I came crashing down right on
my wrist. As luck would have it, I broke my wrist,
and now I am in a cast. This is the first bone I
ever broke, but it didn’t stop me. This morning, I
walked backwards for just 250 steps and am
recovering well. Sometimes, the river just
overflows and floods the neighborhood, and there
is nothing you can do about it.

If you want to stay up on the latest in longevity,
meditation, and even how to heal a bone quicker,

Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally in 30 minutes and End Stress

Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally in 30 minutes and End Stress

I have a lot on my plate at this time as usual. I
like to stay active with my training, making
videos, seeing patients, and writing. I am not one
to watch TV, go to bars, or just hang out and do
nothing. Today, I got a call from an old friend,
and she asked me if I took my blood pressure
lately. I thought it was strange for her to ask me
that out of the blue. As soon as we hung up, I
took my pressure. And as sure as I am sitting
here, as long as I can remember, my blood pressure
has been 120/80.

There are two parts or two separate numbers
referred to as blood pressure (BP):
systolic/diastolic. If the top number is high, it
refers to the systolic pressure (that’s anything
over 150 and up), and the diastolic pressure is
the second number anything over 85. Why do we get
high blood pressure? For most adults, there’s no
identifiable cause, and this kind of hypertension
is referred to as Stage 1 or primary hypertension.
It just tends to develop gradually over many
years. On the other hand, stage 2 hypertension is
a little different. Some people have high blood
pressure caused by an underlying condition. This
type of high blood pressure, also known as
secondary hypertension, tends to appear suddenly
and cause higher blood pressure than do primary
hypertension. Various conditions and medications
can lead to secondary hypertension, including:
• Obstructive sleep apnea
• Kidney problems
• Adrenal gland tumors
• Thyroid problems
• Certain defects in blood vessels you’re born
with
• Certain medications, such as birth control
pills, cold remedies, decongestants,
over-the-counter pain relievers and some
prescription drugs
• Illegal drugs, such as cocaine and amphetamines
• Alcohol abuse or chronic alcohol use

I don’t have or do any of that, so why the heck is
my BP high today? Pain! If you have been reading
my blogs, you know that I broke my wrist last
week. Although it’s healing well, it inflamed and
pinches me now and then. That could be the reason
for the BP spike. As soon as I was aware of it, I
began doing the exercises in the Turn Stress into
Power program http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTUxNjc4MnwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x and, within an
hour, my pressure was back to normal.

If you are in pain, or have a tendency to run full
out and be one of those obsessive-compulsive
types, chances are you will raise your blood
pressure as well. It could lead to a multitude of
unwanted problems. How can you control it without
meds? Get a copy of the Turn Stress Into Power
Program http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTUxNjc4M3wxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x and start practicing.
You’ll be glad you did.

How is Your Qi Doing?

How is Your Qi Doing?

We all want to gather energy and cultivate it for
our growth. But, where do you start? You probably
didn’t realize it, but there are many different
kinds of Qi. According to Traditional Chinese
Medicine (TCM), there are many kinds of Qi which
affect different aspects of our body, mind, and
spirit:

How's -your -Qi

The Yin Yang Thang

1.Yuan Qi (Original Qi or Ancestral Qi) – it is
Essence that has been transformed into Qi or Jing.
Yuan Qi has its root in the kidneys and throughout
the body. It is the foundation of all the Yin
(female) and Yang (male) energies of the body.
Yuan Qi, like Prenatal Jing, is hereditary, fixed
in quantity, but nourished by Postnatal Jing. The
function of Yuan Qi is the dynamic force that
motivates the functional activity of the internal
organs and our vitality. It is the basis of Kidney
Qi, and it dwells between the two kidneys, at the
Gate of Vitality (Ming Men). Yuan Qi participates
in the production of blood by facilitating the
transformation of Gu Qi into blood.

2.Gu Qi (Food or Nourishment Qi) – it is the
first stage in the transformation of food. Food is
first “rotted and ripened” by the stomach, and
then, sent to the spleen to make Gu Qi. The Gu Qi
is sent from the Middle Burner (housing the spleen
and stomach) to the Upper Burner (housing the
lungs and heart) where it combines with air to
form Zong Qi. Some of the Gu Qi from the Middle
Burner is also sent to the lungs, and then, passes
to the heart where (with the assist of Yuan Qi and
Kidney Qi), it is transformed into blood.

3.Zong Qi (Gathering Qi, the Chest) – the spleen
sends Gu Qi up to the lungs where (with the help
of Yuan Qi and Kidney Qi) it combines with air and
transforms into Zong Qi. Zong Qi and Yuan Qi
mutually help each other. Zong Qi flows downward
to help the kidneys while Yuan Qi flows upward to
aid in respiration. The functions of Zong Qi are:
a.Nourishes the heart and lungs and forms the
basis for the involuntary functions of heartbeat
and respiration.
b.Assists the lungs in controlling Qi and
respiration and the heart’s function of governing
the blood and blood vessels. If Zong Qi (Gathering
Qi) is weak, the extremities, especially the
hands, will be weak or cold.
c.Collects in the throat and influences the
strength of voice. Strength of Zong Qi can be
determined from the health of heart, lungs, and
from circulation and voice. Weak Zong Qi
translates to a weak voice and weak circulation to
the hands.
d.Affected by emotional problems. For example,
grief weakens the lungs and disperses energy in
chest.

4.Zhen Qi (True Qi) also called “Normal” Qi – it
is transformed into Zhen Qi with the help of Yuan
Qi. Zhen Qi is the final stage in the
transformation and refinement of Qi. It is the Qi
that circulates in the channels and nourishes the
organs.

5.Ying Qi (Nutritive Qi) – it nourishes the
internal organs and the whole body. It is closely
related to blood, and flows with blood in the
vessels as well as in the channels. It is the Qi
that is activated by insertion of an acupuncture
needle. That’s why, acupuncture is so powerful. It
nourishes our internal organs, and there is
nothing in the west that does that. Ying Qi spends
two hours in each channel, moving through all
twelve channels in a twenty-four hour period.
During these periods, the specific organs are
nourished and maintained.

6.Wei Qi (Protective Qi) – it is primarily on the
exterior (skin and muscles). It travels both
inside and outside the channels. It flows
primarily in the superficial layers of the body,
especially in the tendon-muscular areas and
meridians. The functions of the Wei Qi are to:
a.Protect the body from attack by exogenous
(coming from outside) pathogenic influences.
b.Warm, moisten, and aid in nourishing skin and
muscles.
c.Adjust opening and closing of pores (thus,
regulating sweating and body temperature).

The Lungs control Wei Qi, which regulates its
circulation to the skin. Lungs also disseminate
fluids to moisten the skin and muscles. These
fluids mix with Wei Qi. (Perspiration function
depends on the lungs’ ability to circulate Wei Qi
and fluids to the exterior). Wei Qi has a complex
circulation pattern, of 50 cycles during a 24-hour
period, 25 times in the day and 25 at night.

7.Zhong Qi (Central Qi) – this is the Qi that is
derived from food by the stomach and spleen
(Postnatal Essence). Central Qi is another way to
define stomach and spleen Qi, i.e., the Qi of the
Middle Jiao (the Center). It is often used to
describe the pathological condition where the
Spleen Qi is deficient and has caused organ
prolapse.

8.Zheng Qi (Upright Qi) – a general term to
describe the various forms of Qi that protect the
body from exogenous pathogens.

As you can see, they are many types of Qi that
affect our body, mind and spirit. When we build
one kind of Qi, it will affect all the other Qi of
the body. It is the same when you lose or abuse
your body, mind, and spirit. You can lose your
vitality, memory sexual power, and much, much
more. Building Qi is imperative to our bodies’
growth. The reason I practice Qi Gong is it moves
and builds Qi and nourishes the body, our
emotional well-being, and our spirit.

The Two Most Powerful Meditation Practices

The Two Most Powerful Meditation Practices

If you want to become really great at something,
whether it’s a sport, learning a mathematical
formula, or doing a meditation, it takes practice.
When you want to attract something, you have to
start living it. That’s how the power of
manifestation works.

When I first learned to meditate, I practiced
morning, noon, and night until I owned the
practice. That’s called “Embodying the Work”. We
all know meditation is good for us and has
benefits that will reduce stress, like opening up
our spiritual centers, calming the mind, and much
more. But, how do we do it and get the benefits we
want?

When we start a meditation practice, we try to
clear the mind, and yet, our mind never seems to
stop chattering. This has been referred to as the
“monkey mind”, that jumping from one thing to
another, never focused, never centered. How can
you clear the mind to be focused and be calm?

I started learning meditation at a very young age,
and I have explored many schools and teachers and
have sat with many masters over the last 40 years.
In fact, I have invested most of my life in
practices to open up my spiritual centers, and
move through blocked energy, chattering mind, and
other things that seem to hold us back in our
practices. What I found are two very powerful
techniques that really work to tame the monkey
mind. One is the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation, and
the other is the Internal Mantra program
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTQ5ODY5N3wxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x When you order the Internal
Mantra Program in the shopping cart, they will ask
you for special instructions on shipping. Just put
in the word, meditation, and you will receive the
