Huge Dust storms Affect Health of USA

Monday, July 30th, 2012
Share

This last week I’ve seen patient after patient
with upper respiratory problems. You wouldn’t
think that Floridians would have so many breathing
problems. People usually move here to improve
their health. But that’s not the case. With the
wet weather, mold and dust many people are
complaining of coughs, and allergies. I did some
research and according to ABC NEWS here is what I
found:

‘When the desert winds kick up, there is no saying
where the sand will come to rest. More than
likely, it will be thousands of miles away.
Scientists say those are not clouds; that is dust
from the Sahara desert. Giant sand storms — often
larger than Spain — routinely blow all the way
across the Atlantic, reaching South America, the
Caribbean, and the southeastern United States.
“There have been times when airports in the
Caribbean have been closed down for lack of
visibility from these dust storms,” said Eugene
Shinn, a senior geologist at the U.S. Geological
Survey in St. Petersburg, Fla. “It shows we’re all
linked together in one way or the other, that’s
for sure.”

“It’s a complete chemical soup,” said Shinn. “It’s
full of living microbes, it has a little mercury
in it, small bits of arsenic, you name it, and
it’s in there.”

Shinn and his colleagues surprised their fellow
scientists two years ago, when they published a
study showing that bacteria and fungi could
survive transoceanic trips in the upper
atmosphere. Apparently, they ride on grains of
sand, carried by winds to altitudes of 10,000 feet
or more — where many scientists believed they
would be killed off by the ultraviolet rays of the
Sun. Shinn’s team placed dust traps in the U.S.
Virgin Islands — and found living microbes that
normally grow only in Africa.

This could have serious consequences for human
health. Shinn points out that asthma rates on the
island of Barbados have increased 17-fold in the
last 30 years; the dust from Africa may explain
it.

Biologists further suspect the dust may be
responsible for damage to coral reefs off the
coast of Florida; the coral has no immunity to
diseases that settle in the water, carried from
places thousands of miles away.
The dust is also an essential part of life on
Earth. Two billion tons of it routinely crosses
the oceans every year so much that it’s become
part of nature’s routine.

“African dust blows over almost on a daily basis
during our summer, falling in the Caribbean,” says
Dale Griffin, a microbiologist at the U.S.
Geological Survey. “A good number of the plants in
the upper canopy of the Amazon rainforest derive
all their nutrients from African dust.”
As one scientist said, the whole planet is
intermixing. If you see a truly spectacular
sunset, you may be able to thank a distant desert.
It seems that we are all connected either by
blowing dust or on a more subtle level we are all
connected in consciousness.

If there is a tragedy on the planet like the “Dark
Knight Rises” shooting in Colorado or a world wide
peace movement we are all effected. Like it or not
we

We are all in the same soup

.
I teach a meditation class every Wednesday and
sometimes there is not room for one more person in
the room and other times I teach to only one
student. The reason I teach is because I know that
the vibration of the meditation affects all of us
and lifts our consciousness up.

It’s the same when
a student starts practicing meditation. At first
it may seem that the student is practicing just
for himself or herself. But the truth is when they
begin a regular practice they are affecting all of
humanity. Just like a huge dust storm that covers
the planet– the meditation covers humanity.

How your body Rots

Friday, July 27th, 2012

If you’ve ever taken a bite from an apple and then set it down on a table for a bit, you probably know what happens:

The part you bit into begins to turn mushy. And the taste goes bad if you leave the apple out in the air long enough
without eating the rest.

Why does this happen?

Because of free radical damage. The apple is made up of molecules, which contain
electrons. The oxygen in the air rips these electrons away from the apple, causing it to decay before your very eyes.

And guess what? The same thing is happening to your body.

Right now.

Every moment of your day – and while you sleep.

Free radical damage causes you to age, and look older, far faster than you should. Some say it IS the major cause of
aging period.

This is why it’s so important to consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. These contain anti-oxidants, which I’m sure
you’ve read about. Anti-oxidants “donate” electrons so free radicals take them instead of rip away at your cells, which is
what makes them so important.

But it’s tough to consume enough. The good news is, there’s a natural liquid source of extremely potent anti-oxidants. Men
and women who drink from this “fountain of youth” sometimes end up looking 10-20 years younger. My friend discovered this
fountain of youth a couple of years ago and made a free video you can watch right here:

http://images.ultracart.com/aff/ADC96BF61A39A001387978A4E2051600/index.html
It reveals exactly what this fountain of youth is and the story of how he discovered it.

Got lemons make lemonade

“Honorable Sir,
In thanking you for this opportunity, I herewith
take the liberty of contacting your Good Self with
my questions regarding this subject:
Born 27.07.1936, 5 children, I spent the last 30
years with concentration on the Path of Spirit (20
yrs. India) but I do feel more and more
handicapped by an overall fatigue, especially
after a hip joint replacement (right side, 2002)
plus the medical finding of being
subject to
Arthritis, Osteoporosis & Sclerosis in advanced
stages, with multiple pains involved. Being
actively involved in spreading spiritual
truths, I wonder if you have any advice. “

Sincerely –

I.H.

Dear friend,

Throughout our life we are presented by changes
and lessons.
Some of these are easy to learn and others are
more changeling.
As a child, Siddhartha the Buddha was troubled by
some of the same thoughts that we have today. We
wonder about birth and death, why we get sick and
why people suffer and die.

We wonder why our wishes do not come true.
The Buddha knew what was in the hearts of
humankind; he taught everyone how to live a happy
and peaceful life. Life’s lessons show us how to
understand ourselves and how to cope with our
daily problems.

THE THREE UNIVERSAL TRUTHS

One day, the Buddha sat down in the shade of a
tree and noticed how beautiful the countryside
was. Flowers were blooming and trees were putting
on bright new leaves, but among all this beauty,
he saw much unhappiness. A farmer beat his ox in
the field. A bird pecked at an earthworm, and then
an eagle swooped down on the bird. Deeply
troubled, he asked, “Why does the farmer beat his
ox? Why must one creature eat another to live?”
During his enlightenment, the Buddha found the
answer to these questions. He discovered three
great truths. He explained these truths in a
simple way so that everyone could understand them.

1. Nothing is lost in the universe
Matter turns into energy, energy turns into
matter. A dead leaf turns into soil. A seed
sprouts and becomes a new plant. Old solar systems
disintegrate and turn into cosmic rays. We are
born of our parents; our children are born of us.
We are the same as plants, as trees, as other
people, as the rain that falls. We consist of that
which is around us; we are the same as everything.
If we destroy something around us, we destroy
ourselves. If we cheat another, we cheat
ourselves. Understanding this truth, the Buddha
and his disciples never killed any animal.

2. Everything Changes
The second universal truth of the Buddha is that
everything is continuously changing. Life is like
a river flowing on and on, ever changing.
Sometimes it flows slowly and sometimes swiftly.
It is smooth and gentle in some places, but later
on snags and rocks crop up out of nowhere. As soon
as we think we are safe, something unexpected
happens.

3. Law of Cause and Effect
The third universal truth explained by the Buddha
is that there are continuous changes due to the
law of cause and effect. This is the same law of
cause and effect found in every modern science
textbook. In this way, science and Buddhism are
alike.

The law of cause and effect is known as karma.
Nothing ever happens to us unless we deserve it.
We receive exactly what we earn, whether it is
good or bad. We are the way we are now due to the
things we have done in the past. Our thoughts and
actions determine the kind of life we can have. If
we do good things, in the future good things will
happen to us. If we do bad things, in the future
bad things will happen to us. Every moment we
create new karma by what we say, do, and think. If
we understand this, we do not need to fear karma.
It becomes our friend. It teaches us to create a
bright future.

The Buddha said,
“The kind of seed sown will produce that kind of
fruit. Those who do good will reap good results.
Those who do evil will reap evil results. If you
carefully plant a good seed, you will joyfully
gather good fruit.”

On the medical side I would start detoxing your
body from all toxins .Eliminate sugars and
chemicals. Maybe even wheat products and even eggs
and see what happens.
Personally I do all of those things and spend time
in meditation and practice Qi Gong. If you were
unable to do the movements physically I would
practice them in your minds eye. See if you’re
self-going through all the movements a few times a
day until you have it etched into your memory.

I have taught the Flying Crane Qi Gong
http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html
to a group of seniors that for one reason or
another were unable to do the movements but as we
went over it, they visualized themselves doing the
exercises over and over.

Guess what happened?
More than 50% of them can now go through the 6
sets of exercise physically.
Sometimes we get challenging lessons that will
bring us a new opportunity to learn and grow.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Loose belly Fat

Wednesday, July 25th, 2012
Share

If you have a Big Belly you are at high risk of
heart disease, stroke, diabetes and certain
cancers. Look around you! Men and woman between
ages 50 and 80 look like they have a watermelon
under their shirt. Belly fat is the worst and
carries two kinds of ugly fat.

1. Subcutaneous fat- found beneath the outermost
layer of skin and is the protective wrap over the
body’s surface. It’s fat that can be measured
using body fat calipers, which provide a rough
estimate of total body adiposity. Subcutaneous
fat, which also is carried in the hips, thighs,
arms and legs, may be unwanted, but it’s not
particularly dangerous.

2. Visceral fat-also known as organ fat located
between the organs and contributes to dangerous
belly fat. It’s composed of several adipose
depots, which may contribute to insulin
resistance, glucose intolerance, dyslipidemia,
hypertension and coronary artery disease. Several
studies have linked visceral fat to elevated
triglycerides levels as well. Visceral, or belly,
fat is hazardous to your health. Studies have
shown a link between a large waist and a higher
risk of death — even among people who aren’t
overweight. In fact, researchers now say your
waist size, which generally reflects the amount of
visceral fat you carry, may be a better predictor
of disease than your body mass index.
Here are a few tips to get rid of your belly and
maybe save your life:

· Walk 2 to 5 miles a day (at a fast pace
and some of the time I walk backwards)

· Take carbonated beverages out of your diet

· Eat 2 to 3 servings of green vegetables a
day

· Start doing internal exercises like Qi
Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga to strengthen your internal
organs

If you are overweight it could be more dangerous
than you think, but like real estate, “It’s
location, location, location that really matters.”
If that fat, is around your midsection you are
headed for health problems sooner than you think.

Until recently, scientists thought fat cells were
simply storage units for excess calories. But
researchers now consider belly fat an active
organ. Belly fat actually hides hormones and
lipids such as triglycerides that are harmful to
the body.

It impairs the body’s ability to use insulin,
increasing the risk of type 2 diabetes and it
triggers the inflammation that can cause heart
disease.

A Fat belly may cause colon cancer. This
dangerous fat is associated with a higher risk of
rectal, pancreatic, endometrial and postmenopausal
breast cancer.
Recent studies also have linked belly fat to poor
brain health.

So how do you lose belly fat? Experts say there
is no magic formula, but it can be done, and it’s
not as difficult as you might think. When you use
the classic combination of diet and exercise,
belly fat often goes away first.

“If you do external exercises, you have
to do internal exercises, but if you do internal
exercises you don’t have to do external exercises”.

I train everyday and achieve my goals of perfect
weight and lots of energy. My secret is the
Recharging Qi Gong program.

Opening up your Spiritual Channels

Opening our spirit

Over one billion people throughout the world will
be fasting in honor of the special month of
Ramadan this Friday the 20th of July. It is a time
for inner reflection, devotion to God, and
self-control. A spiritual tune up.

They say the fasting has many special benefits:
*Learning self-control
* A means of coming closer to the Creator
* Beneficial to health and provides a break in the
cycle of rigid habits or overindulgence

Ramadan is a time of worship, giving charity,
purifying one’s behavior, and doing good deeds—
Learning thankfulness and appreciation for all of
God’s bounties.

According to the ninth month of the Islamic
calendar, the month is based on a combination of
physical sightings of the moon and astronomical
calculations. The new moon begins on Thursday,
July 19th and the holiday begins on Friday for 30
days.

The last ten days of Ramadan are a time of special
spiritual power as everyone tries to come closer
to God through devotions and good deeds.
Generally, the 27th night of the month is the most
powerful. It is said that this night is better
than a thousand months. Therefore many spend the
entire night in prayer.

When one stops their normal activities to be
grateful and become closer to their Creator it
doesn’t matter what religion or spiritual practice
they were schooled in, the devotion and ritual
will open up the spiritual channels and help to
make you a more in tuned person. I teach these
principles to the members of the Qi Gong Inner
Circle.

The disciplines that we learn and practice can and
will make your life better on all levels.
We all have a chance to grow beyond ourselves but
it takes a teacher and education to know the best
and quickest path. One could spend a lifetime
seeking and never find the right path of growth. I
have spent the last 35 years studying and learning
from masters in the eastern systems of longevity
and spiritual openness.

These are the teachings and lessons I share with
the members of the Inner Circle.
This is a great month to start as over a billion
people all over our planet are practicing to be
more spiritually in-tuned.
Don’t just effort at opening.
Open yourself to a lifetime of internal
development!

This last weekend I received this message from my
friend Peter, he is the one I get the energy gems
from. Here what he shared with me:

Last Friday the 13th, Mercury went Retrograde.

The CME reached Earth on Saturday, July 14th, the
early hours past midnight.
Ready or not, it’s here!
Coronal Mass Ejections, solar flares/solar winds
are a major part
of the upshift of energy and as such an integral
part of the Planetary Ascension.

CME’s can and do disrupt the Human Auric Field.
Emotion can be mal-effected if imbalance occurs.
But preventive maintenance is possible.
As we are currently entering into Mercury
Retrograde those energies can be further amplify
this.

Although the energies will be fantastic it can be
double-edged sword, meaning it can be well
utilized, or if ignored can cause extreme
emotional swings.

As in any Retrograde Mercury, miscommunications,
travel issues can result. It is wise to be aware
of the astronomical waves, their dual attributes
and especially to take immediate and ongoing
measures to prevent or minimize cracking of the
Auric Field.

Note-“The human aura is energy field that is the
envelop of others energy systems such as
meridians, chakras, nadis, etc. The human aura is
multilayered some energy clairvoyants people can
see the aura with the eyes, they are able to spot
unbalance and disease even before the disease
manifest physically, they do so by looking at the
dark or weak spot of the aura.”

One can take salt mineral baths and saunas as
well as practice internal exercises such as the
ones in the Recharging Qi Gong Program,
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

Now, there is indeed a means to use this energy in
a beneficial manner.
Although this wave is tremendously powerful, there
are other astrological influences that
will allow for it to be utilized for positive
effect. This particular Mercury Retrograde carries
with it a unique field for higher dimensional
access, if one can maintain stability.

It is a superb energy for breaking through dimensional
veils. It can be said that the ‘veil is very thin’
in this time frame. We also explain that the
massive ionic influx can be used to harmonize with
‘theta wave’ thought and more rapidly transform
thought to reality. This maybe good or not so good
– depending entirely on what thoughts you focus
on.

This time period can go either way, depending on
ones awareness and emotional stability.

As we enter this period of Solar Maximum in 2012
and increasing in 2013 , it is important to
maintain stability and understand the meaningful
energy around us. The energy can become more
overwhelming and stresses to the max or we can
become more able to manage it and we can become
stronger.

The CME result is somewhat like a full moon times
10. However, it is more like times 100! This is an
important time to meditate, exercise, and guard
against anxiety, practice, train and do internal
work no mater if it’s Qi Gong, Nei Gong or Shen
Gong, now is the time to be on it.

Every day more and more students join the members
of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle:
www.qigonginnercircle.com

I will take what ever it takes to train and
educate you in the internal arts, the healing arts
and the meditation practices to keep you balanced
and in control. Join now and stay centered and
balanced no matter what our planet or the solar
system sends us.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and

The story of the two monks

Monday, July 16th, 2012
Share

A long time ago, two devoted monks found themselves bound
together, travelling by foot across a vast land.

After travelling for many days without a break for many
miles, they came across a barely clothed woman sitting by the
side of the river, crying.

The woman turned to them and explained how she must get
back across the river to her children, but because she is too
weak and poor, with barely any clothes… she doesn’t think
she can safely overcome the river with it’s strong currents.

She asks if the monks can please help her across, letting them
know how grateful she would be.

The two monks pause and look at one another, and immediately,
the older monk picks up the woman and safely carries her across
the river.

When the older monk returns to his partner, some time later… the
younger monk is staring at him, horrified.

One of the many oaths these monks had taken, was to never
EVER touch a woman.

And the younger monk simply doesn’t understand how the older
monk could, in good conscience, violate this really important
oath.

Being too intimated to ask the older monk, the younger monk
says nothing, and the two of them continue on for the remainder of
their journey.

An hour passes… then a second… and then another.

And all during this time, there is tension building inside the
younger monk. He simply can NOT understand how the older monk
had the audacity to pick up that almost naked woman and carry her
across the river.

Finally, after hours and hours, the young monk can no longer
contain himself and he cries out, “How could you have picked
up that woman back there on the side of the river?”

The old monk smiles and replies, “Oh, are you still carrying her
around? I put her down four hours ago.”

We all carry around far too much stuff from our past,
for longer than we deserve to. Our backs are weighted down
with a sack FILLED with mistakes, guilty feelings, hurts,
failures, regrets over things you didn’t do or paths you didn’t
walk down, and fears about the future. And the sad thing is,
we carry these things around voluntarily.

My friend Wally told me the story that you just read, and he
asked me to share it with you, because in life it’s easy to get
caught up in the past…when you really should be moving
onto the future. When you’re focused on today your
energy is free to create your next move.

Wally used to be in a job that he hated, full of tension and
was just generally stressed out. He found a way to free his
energy and get beyond all the tension and has created a
really powerful video for you to see here:

Anti-Stress Booster – Summer Special!

According to Dr. Andrew Weil, one of the top holistic practitioners in the United States, Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that is part of the B vitamin family. B vitamins help support adrenal function, help calm and maintain a healthy nervous system, and are necessary for key metabolic processes. Vitamin B12 is important to DNA synthesis and maintaining healthy nerve cells.
Symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency include fatigue, muscle weakness, shortness of breath, dizziness, numbness, heart palpitations, bleeding gums and mouth sores, nausea and diarrhea. Symptoms may present themselves slowly and may not be recognized for some time. A deficiency of B12 can produce pernicious anemia which can lead to memory loss, confusion and even dementia.

When a patient comes into my office and they are stressed out and they just seem to have too much on their plate and they are not able to handle it well. They have no energy, no get up and go and they are usually lethargic. These are symptoms of adrenal fatigue. One of the first things that I suggest is replenishing their Vitamin B resources. When the body is overstressed, we burn up our Vitamin B reserves quicker than one could imagine. These can easily be replaced in minutes with a few injections that easily restore the Vitamin B12 and your stress seems to fade away.

For the month of July I have a Vitamin B12 special.

Lucky 13

Friday the 13th is an unlucky day to many superstitious folks and most don’t even know why.
Even floors in buildings often skip the 13th floor.
13 has deep roots in both the Christian and Pagan culture.
Many Christians have long believed that Friday was unlucky because it was the day of the week when Jesus was crucified. The number 13 was believed to bring bad luck because there were 13 people at The Last Supper.

On Friday, October 13, 1307, King Philip IV of France ordered the arrests of Jaques de Molay, Grand Master of the Knights Templers and sixty of his senior knights in Paris. Thousands of others were arrested elsewhere in the country. After employing torture techniques to compel the Templers to “confess” to wrongdoing, most were eventually executed and sympathizers of the Templers condemned Friday the 13th as an evil day. The number 13 has lucky and unlucky meanings all over the world.

I find it interesting that the fathers of our country who were very metaphysical started the USA with 13 colonies. The original flag had thirteen stars, one for each state. The American flag to this day has thirteen horizontal stripes.

The number thirteen always became a number related to the country’s symbols.

The Great Seal on the US dollar bill is one perfect example:
*13 Stripes on the Seal’s emblem
▪ Leaves on the olive branch (as well as thirteen olives)
▪ Arrows in the other grip
▪ Characters making up the dictum, E Pluribus Unum
▪ Characters making up the dictum, “Annuit cœptis”
▪ Breast coverts on the bird
▪ Layers of bricks in the truncated pyramid

It seems that the number 13 has scared people for years and probably for a good reason. It’s a magical number that can help control the masses. It’s associated with the Great Goddesses, and therefore, regarded as the sacred essence of luck and good fortune. It is always easy to hide something if you put it before someone’s nose.
Friday the 13th is ultimately the celebration of the lives and loves of Lady Luck.
This Friday is my sons 40th birthday and a lucky day for me.

Creating Your Own Power Animals

Friday, July 6th, 2012
Share

The Chinese Taoist’s have
formulas for just about everything,
diet, exercise, meditations, and how
to live your life better.
One of the very special formulas
that are taught uses the power of
visualization and involves 4 animals used as protectors.

1. The dragon
2. The Phoenix sometimes called a Firebird
3. A white Tiger
4. Turtle

Each animal represents
a direction, a color, and the human
organ and does a special job that
carries out a special protective quality.

Although this may sound like a child’s
play, to the westerner these teachings go
back thousand of years and have significant value.
Mythology and creative visualization is
now being used in modern medicine and
psychiatric care. One of my friends is a psychiatrist
in Kentucky and is in his private life is a Mayan Shaman.
One may think that is unusual but another Medical
doctor that I know right here in Florida is a practicing
Shaman from another tradition.

When they aren’t practicing medicine they are
involved in high leave shaman practices and rituals.
A doctor is a teacher — or should be one, in order to
teach his patients ways to heal themselves on a physical,
mental and spiritual leave. We are all three bodies
operating as one and in order to be healthy all three
bodies must function in harmony.

This morning I was training with one of
my students and we saw someone walking their dog.
The dog was a bulldog and I pointed out that one
of my protectors was a bulldog.
The student said how could that be?
“I thought you said that there where only
four protectors and there wasn’t any mention of a dog.”

Our protectors can change and morph
into other beings and creatures.
My dragon protector who lives on my left
side represents a few things.
My liver for one, the emotions of anger
and kindness, the color green, getting things
started and completed quickly.

Over the years my dragon has changed shapes,
has a name and the relationship is stronger.
Why? Because I have placed more attention into
the visualization and have worked with the
protector in my meditations.
Remember, the more you work with
something the stronger it becomes.

Here’s how the morphing happened to my dragon.
One of my friends had a 150-pound dog that
was a great protector. But he was overprotective
and would go crazy if anyone came into the house
that he didn’t know and if you took him for a walk
and he saw another dog he would try to rip him apart.
His master had no idea how to train a dog or anything
else for that matter. His form of training was only to
control and try to dominate. Dogs are intuitive in nature
and they pick up on vibrations and intensions of other
animals and people as well. So the dog became just like
his master, overly aggressive and tried to control
everything and everyone.
Not a good way to live ones life,
if you want to stay around for a while.

I had a great relationship with the dog since it was a pup.
I played with it and the dog picked up on my vibes.
One day the master and the dog had it out — the
dog bit him and the dog was scheduled to be put down
the next day. When they told me what was going to happen,
I asked if I could take him for a walk.
The family agreed and I told the pooch that
he would always be with me as one of my
protectors and not to worry.

To this day the dog has been with me.
He morphed into a dragon dog.
This may sound a little strange to you but if you
have a favorite pet, or a creature that you have
infinity with, you can incorporate it into your
personal mythology as I did.

You may want to learn more about your
own mythology, how to use visualization and
learn to work with the protectors.
