Lisa Gaylord & Dr. Wu Dhi

I spend quite a bit of time keeping myself
in tip-top shape. My Dad was an amateur
boxer. He always had a heavy bag in the house,
a speed bag and jumping rope was what we did
for fun. And I always thought that came
naturally for everyone else.

I was brought up to stay fit, strong and
healthy. I can remember Dad saying, “Son,
if you don’t have your health, you don’t
have anything”.

DAD WAS 150 % RIGHT.

It’s important to be consistent with your
training, practice, or workout.

This past weekend, I was with Lisa Gaylord,
a renowned fitness Guru in Miami Beach. We
worked out and had fun at the same time.
And this weekend, I will be working out in
Phoenix, Arizona, with Matt Furey, a health
and fitness motivational expert.

When you hang out with people who are dynamic,
success orientated and most of all health
conscious, that’s exactly what you’ll become.
You know the saying, “You’re judged by the
company you keep?”

It’s important to choose wisely your company/
friends and the social activities you engage
in. But if you are at the local pub or pizza
parlor with no care in the world to live and
stay healthy, there’s a good chance you are
headed down the wrong road.

Don’t you want to avoid that? Well, if you
want to be part of the so called long-life-club,
step up to the plate. Become a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle. www.Qigonginnercle.com

Make a change in your life; no matter if it
is health, wealth or happiness. Joining the Qi
Inner Circle will guide you on the right path.
This group will help you be consistent in your
practice, and be exposed to individuals who
have the same goals and purpose.

Eventually, these practices will just come
naturally for you.

Triple Yin Yang

3 forces logoSome of you might be wondering what does
the Triple Yin Yang logo represent? You’ll
find it on my website and on my all products.

The Triple Yin Yang is also known as the Wheel
of Enjoyment. It symbolizes the trinity of Buddha,
Dharma and Sangha – “The Three Jewels.”
And overcoming the ‘Three Poisons:’ Ignorance,
Desire and Aversion.

I use that moniker for several reasons.First,
let me explain the meaning of the terms. The
Buddha is The Enlightened or Awakened One.
The word Dharma literally translates as that
which upholds or supports. Sangha are a group
of beings possessing a high-degree of realization.
And all three represent the teachings in my
programs. Making you into the best you can and
will ever be, supporting your higher growth,
and health and longevity.

The Enjoyment is sharing these ancient
teachings with you, which I do with the Qi
Gong Inner Circle. www.Qigonginnercircle.com

Once a member of this elite group, you will
receive a monthly DVD or CD of sacred and
powerful teachings.

It’s easy to become a member. Just sign up. www.Qigonginnercircle.com

And as an added bonus, the first 100 to join
will also receive a Free Healing Amulet.
So, what are you waiting for?  Don’t miss out
on the ‘Wheel of Enjoyment.’

Always wishing you the very best in Wealth,
Health and Happiness.

The Horns of The Rabbit

rabbit

Once there was a very clever rabbit hopping
down the road. One particular day wasn’t one
of his lucky days, or was it?

Unknown to the rabbit, he was heading on
the same path of a very large and ferocious
lion coming from the opposite direction.
The lion roared at him, “Little rabbit
prepare for your death. You are my meal.”

Although the rabbit was shaking inside, he
was a quick thinker. He put his paws up
over his head and in his big voice yelled out,
“Mr. Lion, do you see these horns? I can
stab you right through the heart.”

Before the lion could respond, the rabbit
ran under his legs and said “too low”.

He turned around and jumped over the lions
head. And this time he said, “too high”.

The lion was looking at the rabbit in
amazement as the rabbit pointed his paws
at the lion’s heart and said, “This time
I got you.”

Feeling defeated, the lion ran away.

The moral of the story is two folds.
If you are convincing enough, all of your
fears will run away. It could be a life
or death situation, but you have to be
quick and clever.

Every day we have to make decisions to
keep us alive mentally, physically and
spiritually. We make these decisions
based on our education, training and what
we practice.

What are you practicing?

FEAR?

Are you practicing to think outside the
box like the fearless rabbit or are you
running with your tail between your legs
like the lion?

In the Chinese system of health care,
fear is rooted in the kidneys. It manifests
as low back and knee pain, hair loss, loss
of hearing and a low libido. When we are
coming from a place of fear, those are
some of the symptoms we will have.

But there are ways to transform that fear
and increase your sexual energy.

That’s what I teach in the Qi Gong Inner Circle.
www.Qigonginnercircle.com

You can change that low back and knee pain
into a more powerful pain free body. But it
takes practice, education and commitment.

I will give you the education and the
coaching that you need if you want to make
that commitment and are willing to practice.

We always have a choice in life to sit on
the side lines and watch the game or to be
a player and in the action.

Take the action now. Sign up today.

None of us want to be left out. Sometimes we
just need a little push to get started.
Then we can embody the teachings and it’s
ours forever.

Take a risk in your own behalf and let me be
the one to push you so you can let go all of
your fears.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth
and Happiness.

Eat or Be Eaten

The height of the first Florida land boom
was in 1925 when the great Biltmore hotel
was built. This is where Johnny Weissmuller
(Tarzan), prior to his tree-swinging days
in Hollywood, was a swimming instructor and
broke the world record at the Biltmore pool.

Last Sunday, more than a thousand average
Joes began their path toward a healthier
life by showing up to the first annual
Acufest at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.

Acupuncture virtuosos were on hand to give
demonstrations and classes on acupuncture,
along with everything from organic food to
Qi Gong and feng shui.

I participated by demonstrating Medical Qi
Gong and treated people for six hours straight.
Believe it or not, I treated more people
that day than I would in a regular year.
And when you deal with something like that one
after the other, you better be well protected
and charged up to push that much Qi.

This takes a lot of training and practice
and if you don’t, the energy can eat you.
The object is to eat the energy channel and
come out stronger by the end of the day.

Most people step into a situation that’s
over their head and end up like an empty
bag of potatoes at the end of the day.
This doesn’t need to happen.

How many times have you been on the job
and by the time you get home you are
completely drained? I hear people using
expressions like, “It took the wind right
out of my sails” or “I feel like they
sucked out all my energy” and “I am drained.”

If this is happening to you more than
once in a while, you need to make some
changes before it’s too late.

I have found that a regular practice of
internal exercises, diet, meditations and
breathing techniques, will keep you strong
and healthy. And you can actually get more
energy from the work, if you know these
techniques that I have learned over my lifetime.

Do you think you can benefit from them?

Of course you can!

What are you waiting for?  Let’s get on
with it. No one wants to get old, sick
and be drained of your energy and vitality.

But there is a price you got to pay. My teacher
use to say this all the time, “There is No FREE
lunch.”

If you want it and really, really want it,
you got to pay with your time and energy,
even dig into your pocket book before you
can get it.

The way to get started is with the Recharging
Qi Gong Program. www.rechargingqigong.com

This program gives you the foundation of all
the work and exercises. You will never get
drained and you will be able to channel all
that energy.

As a special for the month of October, the
first 100 people to order the Recharging
Qi Gong Program will receive the Summer
Series of the Inner Circle absolutely FREE.
That’s a total of 3 CDs packed with information
on mediations, exercises and breathing
techniques to enhance your growth and longevity.

Yes, you’ve heard and read about it, but
never did anything about it.

Now is your chance!
