Why I increased my workout

Friday, July 24th, 2009

I find that the more I train and practice the more I want to practice and train.
There is an old saying that I really like.

“He who fails to train trains to fail”.

In today’s world with all the stresses in business, relationships and just everyday life
a regular practice like the Recharging Qi Gong program can really keep you centered,
balanced, healthy and save your butt.

Yesterday around noon as I was leaving my office for lunch
I got trapped in the elevator by a patient who
was loaded with questions and I was her target.
She began like this,
Doctor may I ask you a question?

She went on to say that her younger sister was
having a gang of problems in more than a few
parts of her life. Her business, relationships,
money, health and she was even having problems
completing the simplest of projects. She said.
“I want to know why this is happening to her.”

I asked her this, “Is your sister doing any kind
of practice? Like regular exercise? Is she doing
any training or meditation? Does she have a routine
that she follows? Does she eat a healthy diet?”
You can guess the answers to all the questions.
No, no and more NOOO!

People who have the majority of the problems don’t
do anything about them except complain. If you are
in this situation or know someone who is. There is
a way out of it but it takes ACTION!
If you are willing to act you will succeed.
Let me repeat myself;
If you are WILLING to ACT you WILL Succeed!

There is a story of two men who were both on rafts in the middle of the ocean.
The first one just sat there
hoping to be rescued.
The sea’s got rough and plunged him into the rocks
which lead to his demise.

The other man who was stuck in the middle of
the ocean on his raft used his foot as a rudder
and moved himself to calm seas and saved his own life.

“There aint NO ONE out there to save you”.
If you want to be the one to save your own life,
health, become balanced, focused, centered
stronger and more successful.
The Recharging Qi Gong Program will keep you from
your own demise like the man in the ocean.

How will this Solar Eclipse affect your health?

Wednesday, July 15th, 2009

It has been a very powerful and stimulating summer so far,
with more changes than one usually has in a lifetime.
In less than one month, we’ve had the summer solstice on
June 21st and a lunar eclipse on July 7th. And right around
the corner is the peak for this summer, the most dynamic
solar eclipse of the century on Tuesday, July 21st.
This is when the Sun, Moon, and the Earth are in exact
alignment. And you can only see it in Asia.

As a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, I’m very much in
tuned with what’s happening in the skies. This solar eclipse
is going to last longer than any other that we’ve ever had.
Let me tell you how it will affect you the most.

The eclipse is in the sign of Cancer which means it’s all
about home, family, emotions and nurturing. Any decisions
made will all be based on past experiences and will affect the
foundation of your future. You have to get detached and start
over by wiping away anything in the past and make a choice
to start anew.

Another major thing is the Saturn/Uranus opposition. Saturn
is structure; what we know, built and learn from the past.
Uranus is the bringer of change. To bring about good change
and for the structure in our lives to improve, we have to
embrace it to move forward and do things in a new way.

This change will be affecting all of us. When we have these
strong astrological influences, we have the tendency to be
off balance in every aspect of our lives; we feel there is no
stability and more emotional than usual. If you’ve been the
type of person who is sitting on Uranus, it’s time to make
those changes NOW!

The Qi Gong Inner Circle teaches you how to go through
changes without spinning out into orbit and loosing your
balance. The mediations and practices will keep you
grounded, centered and allow you to go through these
changes easily for your maximum growth; health, wealth
and happiness.

This dynamic summer might have you feeling like everything
is spinning out of control. By doing the Inner Circle practices,
you will be standing in the center of the vortex, where it’s calm
and peaceful.

Make the choice to move forward and start new in time for
the most powerful solar eclipse of the century!

Working with a Real Master

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

I am at the apple computer store at the mall working
on a DVD for the Qi Gong Inner Circle that
I recorded in Switzerland.

The Computer Master that I worked with was really helpful
and in less than an hour I learned things to enhance
the DVD’s that I send out each month.

Like changing the brightness, making the colors brighter
and smoothing out all the transitions from
one cut to the next.
They are real Masters when it comes to computers,
soft ware and how to get the best out of your project.

The coaching saved me hours and hours of time and
my projects are the quality is much better.

I know that I could have done all this myself
without a coach. Trail and error method, but working
with a Master really changes everything.

It’s the same with any thing you study. You can over
and over reinvent the wheel but there is no need.

A master once told me this.” If you want progress
the quickest and not get lost on the path you
need a teacher or a coach.

I have been blessed over the years to have had
many different Masters come into my life
and coached me in Tibetan, Taoist and Hindu traditions
on spiritual work. I had coaches in energy work,
structural alignment, and body work,
Qi Gong, Nei Gong, Shen Gong and Medical Qi Gong.

Do you think I will ever stop learning or stop
getting coached?

I always seek out the best. I learn and then
teach others. That’s what the Qi Gong Inner Circle
is about, Passing on the Teachings.

Some teachers get info and it stops there,
they hold on to it and think that they will
keep it a secret and keep it for their own self-growth.

Well it doesn’t work like that. When you stop
the flow it drys up and is gone forever.
When I was studying in Harbin China very few
of the professors would show me anything about Qi Gong.
They said it was a family secret or worse they would
try to lead me astray by giving me false information.
That will never happen if you are a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle. You’ll get the real goods
from my years of actual practice and training
from the many Masters and teachers that
I have had the opportunity to study with.

Party Down will make you Healthy?

Monday, July 6th, 2009

I opened my morning email and got a note from a young student, Noel is  in great shape he works out 4 or 5 days a week, plays soccer on the weekends, he’s into the martial arts and has a huge apatite for the internal practices, Qi Gong, Nei Gong and Shen Gong. Here is what he said.

Dr Wu Dhi, do you ever take a break from your practice and just party down?

Noel you asked the right question on the right day.

Last night I was invited to a wedding in downtown Miami, there were over 500 people attending.

It was called for at nine o’clock sharp.

It usually takes me 30 minutes from my house to get downtown, but last tonight it took 2 hours in traffic, I was late and so was 2/3 of the guests. The wedding ceremony didn’t start until 11:00 and the party

afterwards didn’t start until way after midnight. The  4 of July brings thousands of people out to see the fireworks and the crowds  were downtown along the river with all eyes to trhe sky.

When I finally got to the hotel I ate, drank and was feeling no pain. It’s was all good and a lot of fun.

So the answer is Yes! It’s true; I party with the best of um.

But I know what to do bring myself right back to my training schedule and stay healthy

That’s what I teach to the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.

1.      The Exercises

2.       The Diets

3.      Breathing routines (that open up and balance the meridians, chakras and internal organs.

4.      How to  use sound vibration

5.      The visualizations

The fun factor is a big part of our health. If you deny yourself play time, party time or your so strict with

your diet and training you are asking for trouble and break downs.

I like the 80/20 diet it works for me. You  eat a clean diet, exercise; do your deep breathing exercises and internal work 80% of the time.

The other 20 % of my time is spent doing fun stuff eat, drink and being merry.

But only 20% of your time.

This keeps you balanced in many ways. I’lll talk more about it on the next

Qi Gong Inner circle conference call.

I wish you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness

No Guts

 yinYang

It’s a Hot 4th of July in Miami Beach.  I trained around 5AM this morning until the sunrise. It’s the best time to train in the summer, I get up slug down a Liter of  water and I am out the door ready to hit it.

I  walked down to the beach and stopped in front of the New St. Regis Luxury Hotel. The Sheridan Bal Harbor stood there a few years ago with its swing bridge over the waterfall. You could look down on the coy ponds with fish of every color slowley swimming. The hundreds of palm trees swaying from the ocean breeze gave one a real tropical feeling.

It’s all gone! So far the new 5 star hotel looks like any big city hotel. A lot of cement and glass not very much open space at all.

That’s not the worse part!

They ran out of cash and decided to put in the windows and doors in and close it up without the pluming or electric. There are three large towers rising up from the beach 40 stories with No Guts.

How Embarrassing it must be to the little town of Bal Harbor as well as a financial disaster

It reminded me of a person who dresses well, always manicured has the latest and greatest hung on their body and they are empty on the inside.

They have no spirit or what they refer to as Shen in China.

Jing, Qi and Shen are referred to as (sanbao )“The Three Treasures. The essential energies that sustains human life:

      1. Jing =nutritive essence, essence; refined, perfected; extract; spirit, sperm, seed

  1. Qi= vitality, energy, force; air, vapor; breath; spirit, vigor; attitude

3. Shen=   Spirit; Soul, Mind; GOD, Deity; Supernatural being

A key to the internal work lies in building and balance of the Three Treasures in the Qi Gong Inner Circle I will teach you how to work the internal energies, Three Treasures to keep you Healthy, Physically, Mentally and Spiritually. What the heck are the airlines thinging?

Thursday, July 2nd, 2009

It was about 4 years ago when I met Connie Lee, an attractive woman with a southern drawl and a body that would quit.

She was somewhat of a health nut and had travel to clinics and spas all over the world getting the latest treatments and staying in shape.

We hit it off right away and decided to have dinner
and get to know each other better.

I ask Miss Connie Lee where she was from.

She said..
“Texas darling”!
I had visions of her going to rodeos and doing the Two-Step and riding bucking broncos.

We were sitting at the bar and they served us some peanuts and she stopped me from eating them

and told me this. “Went I was growing up my family had a farm where we grew Jerusalem artichokes

and the year before we planted our crop we would plant peanuts to pull all the impurities out of the soil.

Peanuts contain mold and that many believe they are a cause to cancer and other diseases. Don’t eat them!”

The best thing you can do is stay away from peanuts, peanut butter,
and peanut oil. Keep it out of your kitchen and out of your body.

Remember to check the labels on products you buy they try to slip it in where you wouldn’t expect it

Now you may wonder why I am attacking the poor little peanut, peanut butter or even those delicious

 Reese candy cups.

We have been programmed to think of peanuts as a healthy nut,
a good source of protein, remember all those delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwiches you ate as a child.
Peanuts are not even nuts. That’s right.
They’re from the
Legume family and On my flight home we were in the air no more than 30 minutes when they brought out bags of peanuts.  You would think that the airlines would get it and serve something healthy, but no they serve the cheapest and worst things you could put in your body.

When you’re on your next flight bring a healthy snack, get out of your seat walk around  and do some of the exercises like the ones I have been teaching to the members of  the Qigonginnercircle.com you will be glad you did.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness
