Pig Flu got you Blue?

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009

With confirmed cases of the Swine Flu popping up in several states,

I have seen an increase in patients who have real concerns about this

possible pandemic. The fear of becoming part of this statistic is

what everyone is stressing about.

There’s the fear of catching the flu, getting terribly sick and not

recovering, not being able to work and maybe even loosing their job with this economy

and the fear of financially being broke.

I’m not the type of doctor that treats disease;

I’m the type that treats people.

My attention goes to focusing at the biological terrain

or the milieu, as they say in French.

In time of a health crisis like this, it is important to build your immune system.

First of all, fear causes our immune system to go haywire.

I recommend doing simple every day things:

  • Focus on staying calm
  • Meditate, and exercise. Do the Recharging Qi Gong Exercises every day, twice a day if you have the time. If you don’t have the program as yet you can order it at www.Rechargingqigong.com

It’s worth its weight in gold.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germ spread that way very easily.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing and immediately throw away the tissue after every use.
  • Stay away from sick people, if you start feeling run down, avoid contact with others.
  • Go to sleep at least one day a week before 9:30 PM. Yes! That’s really early, but the sleep will heal your body quicker than most things.
  • Take a 15 minute power nap at least 3 times a week.

Besides recommending the simple every day things to stay healthy, I

advise my patients on what vitamins, nutrition to take and the most powerful immune building

exercises both physical and mental to build their immune system.

I also suggest acupuncture and homeopathic medicine. These treatments

are natural and have no adverse side effects at all.

It will strengthen your immune system so you won’t get the flu; no matter if

it’s from a bird or a pig, a cow or a horse.

At my office, I offer my patients a protocol to boost their immune

system in less than 30 days, especially during this Swine Flu

outbreak. I have placed my patients on these formulas and they have

reported back feeling safe and well protected.

If you want more information on how to build and boost your immune

system during this possible pandemic, call to set up an appointment

Sore Buns Raised

more than $25 Thousand Dollars in 24-hour)

The 24 Hours ride was much more than a bike ride for my youngest son Damion

He is a Realtor in Tucson, Arizona and sitting on his butt took on a entirely new meaning for him. The real state market has cooled off in the last few months, but Damion hasn’t.  He spent the past three weeks securing more than $25,000 in pledges for charities.

The full amount was contributed when he completed 150 miles – off-road course – within 24 hours.

This will make Damion by far the most creative charity fundraiser in the event’s entire history.

Just last year Damion was a newbie and rode only three laps as part of the team, he is concerned about

more than just the sore legs – and sore butt – that come from long hours in the saddle.

Damion said. “The ride will be the easy part, with a laugh. Contacting the more than 200 people who made pledges – after he finishes riding for 24 hours – will be a daunting task,

He originally planned to do four or five laps this year as a solo competitor, but after he started his fundraising effort he upped the goal to 150 laps.

That’s longer than I’ve every biked before by a long way, he said. Just take  one pedal after another.

His dedication and long hours spent training both physically and internally have given him the endurance, and confidence to allow him to reach his goal.

Navigating a winding dirt single-track trail on a speeding bicycle can be challenging during the day, but even more so during the pitch-blackness of the desert night.

He said.  Now that I have so much pledged per mile it’s going all the way even if the weather is nasty, l’ll ride straight through. Sleep who needs it.

I have the motivation to go all the way. The worst case scenario is not making as much money for charity. There are too many great people and causes I am riding for them.

The key was in the training. His heart was in the discipline. If you want to finish a winner in very aspect of your life you need a plan, a road map. That’s exactly what you get when you join the www.Qigonginnercircle.com Sign up now and get your buns moving.

Son! Congratulations on a Great ride.

Dad

I wish you the Best in Health, Wealth and Happiness

Free your inner Dragon

Tuesday, April 7th, 2009

I usually don’t go to students homes to teach, but Carrie’s abode is an excellent place to gather Qi. She lives just on the outskirts of a huge oak trees forest.

In her front yard 50-foot bamboo sways in the wind towering over the house. When you tap into the energy, it’s a magical place to cultivate Qi and that’s why I am here.

I love to visit in her hood as they have Dragons everywhere. Well not exactly Dragons, but there are BIG five foot Iguana’s that live in the trees and they really look like Dragons.

Full-grown green iguanas have been known to grow up to seven feet long and can drop from a 50 foot tree and keep on moving with out a scratch.

Iguana’s are flexible quick and can climb with the utmost of skills but that day it took a skilled Qi gong practitioner to rescue this Green Dragon.

A large Iguana fell and was trapped between the bamboo stalks. This is very unusual as they are really skilled climbers and have unbelievable balance and dexterity.

Mr. Iguana was about to be a meal for the red fox and raccoons that also frequent that neck of the woods.

The giant green iguana was pinned between the bamboos, motion- less. At first glance we all thought it was dead, but on further examination it was still breathing.

As quick as possible a few of us pulled the bamboo apart and Carrie gently lifted the 4 foot + dragon up and placed it on the grass.

It sat there for a few minutes just looking at her. We all watched motionless and than it run back to the bamboo and scurried up to the top as if nothing ever happened.

Everyone has slipped here and there and fallen as well, but it takes mastery to get up and climb back to the top.

That’s what the Qi Gong Internal training and coaching is all about.

The exercises, meditations and health secrets that you will learn will free your own internal Dragon

It’s a known fact that when training, injuries set you back big time, it’s the same with living life.

The quicker you can recover the stronger, faster and more powerful you will become.  If you have been stuck in the bamboo and want a way out, Go to www.Rechargingqigong.com and get on the program today.

I wish you the best in Health Wealth and Happiness
