Can a Fung Shui garden give you a longer life?

Friday, February 13th, 2009

Inside we know, when it’s time to begin something new

You don’t have to be told when it is,

You just know it’s time to start something and you do.

No matter if it is to change your diet, loose weight, buy a new wardrobe,

you know when it’s that moment in time.

The same thing happens in nature; birds fly south for the
winter, whales migrate, people fall in love. It usually is some
time around now, when spring finally springs and things come
back to life.

In South Florida, now is that time it corresponds with the
Chinese New Year.

I stared the year of the Ox by planting my Incredible Fung Shui
Garden
.

This is no ordinary garden as it incorporates the teachings of
the magic square, the ancient art of Fung Shui and the internal
workings of Qi Gong

This type of garden yields more than just food.

It packs a punch of Qi into every bite of the food.

The internal Qi Gong works the terrain to cultivated and activated powerful fuel for
our system.

It increases:
The Qi of the land and food
*         Provides additional nutrition
*         Superior taste
*         The color is richer
.

More Qi means more energy and more vitality!

It is the same when you are doing Qi Gong exercises. You set up
your internal terrain to be more fertile and to produce more
powerful Qi.

First be sure to set up a sacred space inside (like the ones I
talk about in the Qi Gong Inner Circle)
http://www.Qigonginnercircle.com

Here are a few pointers: Set up a practice time and stick with
it. Dedicate your practice to something or some one.

And in no time, your energy, vitality and Qi move off the
charts.

What’s it Good for ?

A few days ago, Shawn wrote to me inquiring about simple Qi Gong exercises for tendon, ligament, bone and fascia development.

He asked if the Recharging QiGong exercises addressed that.

Here’s what Dr. Wu has to say about that… Shawn,This is a great question, thanks for taking the time to write me. As a matterof fact, the Recharging Qi Gong exercises are designed to do exactly what you are looking for, tendon, ligament, bone and fascia development.

For example, Exercise #4 – The Wrist Twists, is a simple exercise that will help build structure and strengthen the bones, tendons and ligaments and it’s very simple to do.

First, ya gotta have a good structure,

The stance is very important. It is the key and success to Qi Gong or any internal practice.

Make sure you pay attentionto the 9 point foot alignment, then knees, hips, chest, shoulders and chin.

Once you have the proper alignment, drop your energy below the ground. Then slightly twist both your knees outwards and imagine that you are driving giant screws into the ground. If you could picture yourself, you would look like an iceberg ¼ above and ¾ under.

Now you’re ready to turn on the juice…

Although this exercise might seem simple, You want to get maximum results.

Place your attention on your middle finger as you rotate. You will feel the tendons work as you rotate which will build both tendons and ligament strength.

Another very powerful exercise is Opening the Wings, exercise #10 .The secret to this one is turning of the arms in combination with the percussive breathing.

This is a heavy hitter.

It opens up spiritual centers and at the same time works all the deeper tendons in the arms and shoulders.

Stayed tuned!

I’ll be showing more of the tendon and ligament work to the Qi Gong Inner Circle members in the monthly DVD’s.

I will also go over the critical pointers on the New Moon conference calls.  shift in your body in an incredibly short time of practice.

Drive by my house and you can see flags are flying high over my front gate sending major blessings as they blow in the cold wind, and I mean cold, Its damn cold, 45 degrees here in Miami Beach and that’s impossibly cold for Miami Beach!

You may be wondering how flags are sending blessings to me and why did I hang them up in the first place?

These are special flags from Tibet that are said to bring happiness, long life and prosperity.

These flags are not Thee Flag of Tibet or any other country, they are Prayer Flags.

The Prayer Flags are inscribed with auspicious symbols, invocations, prayers, and mantras.

Tibetan Buddhists for centuries have flown these flags outside their homes for the wind to carry the beneficent vibrations across their lands.

The 5 different colors represent the five elements and the prints bear traditional Buddhist symbols, protectors and enlightened beings.

I practice my Qi Gong in the yard and can see the colorful flags blowing in the wind as I train. It’s one of the things I do to remind me of my spiritual practices as I train.

The movement of the flags reminds me to be more flexible in body and mind.

The color white represents the lungs and the metal element; it brings in the positive emotion of Valor.

The red, fire element reminds me to open my Heart.

The blue is the water element; it brings fluidity into my every movement.

Yellow is the color of the earth element and helps me keep grounded.

The green represents the wood element brings kindness into my being.

This is another part of the internal Qi Gong to be aware of the things in your environment and use them for your practice. Every month I reveal more of these secret teachings to the inner circle members.
