Traffic and people have doubled, maybe even tripled in the last week here in sunny South Florida. It’s the annual migration, and I’m talking about birds, snowbirds to be exact. They are coming from all points north to escape the winter cold, which has already arrived in many places.
Bob arrived last week to get some early private coaching in Qi Gong, and he got more than he bargained for. We meet every morning at 6 AM and power walk down to the ocean, where we commence with a workout that lasts an hour, and sometimes two.
Most of the work we do is on grounding technique, and leg work.
A teacher of mine, Jerry Alan Johnson, says that All the real power in martial arts and Internal Qi Gong comes from the legs.
Training in soft wet sand makes normal workouts much harder, and in no time you have muscles burning for a few days.
When I train someone I am usually also studying them. I learn a lot about their habits, passions, and even who pisses them off. One of the things I learned about Bob is that he is an avid golfer.
Bob plays golf at least three times a week year round, and he studies the game they way a predator studies prey. While talking to me about his game he explained that his grip was vitally important to his game. Although body rotation is important too, Bob felt his grip pressure was critical for the correct hinge and proper sequence.
Although he knew how important it was to plant his feet firmly, it never occurred to him to apply Qi Gong principles to his golf game. I pointed out to him that the principles are exactly the same.
· 9 point grounding
· Rooting
· Pulling energy from the earth
· Moving the Qi in the energy centers
· Extending the energy in the hand channel
· Holding the juice
· Dispersing the Qi
When Bob applied these Qi Gong principles to his golf game for a week, there was a sudden improvement.
No matter what you are involved in, these principles can help, whether it’s martial arts, tai chi, weapons training, or sport. Success is all about having an inner game as good as your outer game.

Have a healthy and happy Thanksgiving,

Whether you are planning on serving Turkey or Turducken, the holidays are just around the corner, which means It will be flying to back to my old hood, where Mom, Motown, and the Motor City all abide. My son also lives there with his family, and we always do The Big Eat.
Thats the good part.
The travel part sucks, and it’s easy to come home sick after spending hours in the air, and in airports. When you jam a whole bunch of people into a tin can and have to breathe in stale air and germs, the chances of you coming down with something increase ten fold.
Here are a couple of recommendations to try and stave off the holiday bugs.
1) Start taking Vitamin C days before your flight. Four to six grams per day twice a day should be good.
2) Drink a lot of water before boarding and while you’re in the air. (I know you alll have to use the restroom, but it’s better than getting sick.
3) Get up early and workout before your flight. make sure you do some deep breathing exercises.
4) Dress in layers so you can add or peel if you get hot or cold.
Hours and hours on a plane can also cause your body to have aches and pains. The most common are backaches and neck pain. I beat this by getting up early and getting in my Recharging Qigong exercises.
The three exercises that I use are the Instant Power Reset, the Head Rotation,
And the Neck Brace.
You may also include the Ankle Rotation, or Toe Rotation, if you have poor circulation.
If you want to beat jet lag, I follow these rules.
1) No hootch. It dries you out.
2) Limit the java. It causes nervousness, anxiety, and insomnia.
3) Drink plenty of water. Don’t wait until you are thirsty.
You can also reset your biological clock.
If you are in Miami, come see me and get an Energy Balancing treatment. And then get yourself some natural sunlight, which helps balance the body.
Do your Recharging Qigong exercises in the sun, which will help your body recover.
All this, and much more is available at:

Have a good and safe holiday, and I wish you the best in health, wealth, and happiness.
Dr. Wu Dhi
Sunday night I had plans to
drive back to Miami from Tampa and then I got a big surprise. Prior to my
surprise, it had been a relaxing, and productive, weekend. That doesn’t occur
all that often in the world of Dr. Wu.
I stayed with my nephew near
Tampa, and worked out early on Saturday. Then we went to his kids soccer game
and we won! After that we went for breakfast, and then it was back to work on
some new products I am working on, which will be ready in the new year.
Sunday my plans were to work
a little, have some fun, and hit the road around 3 in the afternoon. This would
put me back in Miami around 9 with a stop for chow.
Well things didn’t turn out
exactly the way I planned. We were working on one of my projects and the next
thing you know it was 6. I packed up, said my goodbyes, and was getting in my
car when I got that big surprise.
My nephews 14 year old son
was skateboarding with friends and he decided to try and be cool. He was boarding on the street and
decided to hang on to the bumper of a friends car. This worked real well and
he gathered up a good head of steam, and he was even cocky enough to wave to
friends.
Then he hit a pot hole. As
you might imaginethe pothole won that battle, and he went tumbling ass over
appetite, as somebody used to say. He got to his feet, but he was banged up and
bloody.
His dad was screaming, What
were you thinking? as he packed him into the car.
14 year old boys don’t do a
lot of thinking. They live in the moment, and
the moment promised speed and
daredevil thrills, which is what being 14 is all about. He didn’t start
thinking until after his young ass hit the pavement hard.
I was exactly the same way.
I remember my Dad telling my
Mom, Boys will be boys.
I told my nephew he would be
okay.
They headed to the hospital
for X-rays and treatment. I stayed with the younger ones. They returned home
about 4 AM, and everything turned out okay. He had scrapes, cuts, and bruises,
including his ego.
I have a lot of patients who
have teenagers, and they ask me all the time,
What am I going to do? That
kid is driving me to an early grave.
I come from a family of all
boys, and both my children are boys, so I’ve been through the wringer myself.
My old man was a smart cookie
when it came to keeping us in line. He put me in martial arts classes when I
was 12, and not only did I get to burn a large amount of energy, but I
developed the discipline to train every day.
This type of training started
paying big dividends for me a couple of decades later. The disciplines I
started as a youngster built up my internal channels to bring in a kind of
super energy.
The programs I have designed
for you do exactly that. They bring more energy to you and make you feel
extremely alive. In my Qigong Inner Circle, you get a new teaching every month
to help you ratchet up your internal energy.
Every month I send you a DVD
with the new teaching. Some of them are short, lasting thirty minutes, and some
may go as long as two hours.
These teaching can change
your life.
Take the time right now to
become an Inner Circle member today.

Don’t wait.
Don’t hesitate.
Give yourself a Thanksgiving
present you wont ever forget.
Health, wealth, and
happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi
Yesterday a new patient left my office and you will never guess what she told me as she stepped out the door.
She leaned in close and said -
“I never knew how powerful an acupuncture treatment could be. I’ve been to several acupuncturists and I thought it was all basically the same, put the needles in, let them sit and take them out. Your treatment is not like any other acupuncture I’ve had before. This was different – REALLY DIFFERENT!”
Believe it or not I hear this sort of thing quite often.
AND believe it or not, it’s not my acupuncture that’s – REALLY DIFFERENT.
Many years ago while in acupuncture school I noticed that some acupuncturists gave really great treatments and got incredible results while others did all the same things (apparently) but didn’t get any results at all.
Some doctors did everything by the book, needled all the right points, and prescribed all the right supplements but still nothing – no results. Their patients might as well have been randomly sitting on tacks or jabbing themselves with push pins and swallowing wooden pills instead of valuable herbs, the results would have been the same.
How is it some doctors use acupuncture needles and release the pain and suffering in a patient’s body while others did what seemed to be the exact same treatment and nothing happened?
One of the very first concepts they teach in Chinese Medicine, if you get in to a real school, is the Qi.
Qi is the vital force in the body and the flow of this force governs the overall health of the individual.
I was a student of Qi Gong for years, even before studying acupuncture, so I had firsthand experience of the Qi but I still had many questions.
How could certain sounds help patients recover?
Why are the internal meridians so important?
What is the energetic of an acupuncture point?
Where did this knowledge come from and how could I get it?
Through years and years of Qigong practice, I got the answers to all of these questions and more. I understood that ancient practices are the root of Chinese way of life, which includes Qigong, Nei Gong, Shen Gong  and classical Chinese medicine. Learning the Qigong healing system has deepened my spiritual practices as well as given me the ability to heal myself and others.
What is very strange to me that there are many people that go to acupuncture school or schools of Traditional Chinese Medicine that do not believe in Qi.
How is this possible?
Many people that grow up in the United States have very linier thinking, it’s all cause and effect they diagnose the patient, look up the point, needle the point and that’s it. Whether or not the treatment works is dependent on how receptive the patient is.
I’m telling you that there is way way way more to it than that.
Chinese Medicine is all about Qi.
The most powerful martial artists talk about Qi.
And the greatest meditation masters all talk about how the Qi moves.
The difference between an acupuncturist that sucks and the Master of acupuncture is that the Master is guided by the Qi.
The Master has an intimate understanding of how the Qi works and can tell what’s happening in a patient before the formal diagnosis.
The secret of these abilities is that ALL of the Masters of acupuncture know and practice Qi Gong.
Someone who is a Master of both Qi Gong and Acupuncture can give an acupuncture treatment without using any needles or even touching the patient’s body but that’s a story for another time.
Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi

It’s designed for professionals in the Health, Beauty and service industry, Body Work & Massage Professionals, Estheticians Cosmetologist and those in the Healing Arts
I am extending this training to anyone who would like to attend as this is a must if you work with people.

It’s 5:00 a.m. and I am up and ready to go. They switched the
time to daylight savings in the USA it’s an hour earlier on the
clock, but my body is still on the same clock and thinks its
6:00.
We are all just like robots inside we develop habits and then
we go on automatic until so thing or some one changes them.
I was grateful for an extra hour today and I took full
advantage of the time. Time to workout, meditate and just
relax before I jumped back into life at the office.
What a beautiful fall morning, you know that kind of day where
the climate is mild and conducive to life or growth, cool yet
at the same time balmy.
Later I was talking to one of my patients and she said” I have
so much to do I don’t know where to start, I am really
stressed.”
I started to explain what the stress is doing to her. “This
puts a burden on the heart and affects the mind as well. It
causing you to chase your tail, lose your power and you could
be headed for a real melt down if you don’t make some changes
now. “If you are one of those people who have so many things to
do, can’t sleep, rushing around but you get less done than you
want listen up, this is for you.”
There is a way to bring it all backs to a normal pace and
regain your power and energy.
There is powerful practice that you can be doing to calm the
heart and opening up the emotions blockages in the heart at the
same time.
In Chinese medicine they say the heart controls the mind and
gives rise to the emotions of arrogance, cynicism, pride,
impatience, agitation, nervousness, when it is disturbed or out
of balance.
This is time to place your attention on these issues before
they get out of control. If you have the Recharging Qi Gong
package turn to page 98 and get cracking.
If you haven’t gotten your set of the two DVD’s the book and
the four Cd’s plus the Free booklet, what are you waiting for?
In the program you will find a set of exercises that will
balance the heart and the mind in a mater of a few minutes.
These powerful exercises have only been taught so far to a few
hundred students on the entire planet. AND you can only get it
here -> http://rechargingqigong.com
Learn the importance of the heart exercise and how to take
advantage of the yin qualities of the heart energy.
I have put together a special organ cleansing set of exercises
to keep all of your internal organs healthy though the fall and
to prepare your immune system for the winter.
The only way to get these exercises is to become a Qi Gong
Inner Circle MEMBER and I’ll send you a DVD every month and get
you on a group call every month to coach you along all for
about the price of a half a tank of gas but I don’t know how
much longer I will keep this offer open.
http://qigonginnercircle.com
I think people are starting to realize that the teachings I
give out just keep going and I’m always focusing on the next
lesson I’m not back tracking so get on board before it passes
you by.
Having a chronic cold and cough sucks big time. I know because
growing up in Detroit Michigan I went through the same thing
and in part its the reason I became a healer.
A few years ago I read an article by Dr. Zand she said” There’s
nothing common about the common cold and no two viruses are the
same”. She when on to say Colds can be caused by over 100
different types of viral pathogens, remember flu virusesfrequently mutate from year to year. That makes it
tricky for one to develop a strong immunity to these ailments
to say the least. Why is it that some of us get colds all the
time and others seem to never get sick?
The answer lies in our immune system, we all get exposed to
colds and flu’s daily.
If you have a strong immune system it knocks them out with no
problem. But If our immune system is compromised or we are
under a lot of stress, Flu’s colds and coughs seem to slip by
our defenses and were sick.
Quite a few people are coming into my office at this time of
the year with colds, sore throats, coughs, runny nose’s,
sneezing all related to the lungs. It happens whenever we have
a season change, especially fall to winter the changes in
temperature, long standing stress, poor diet all weaken the
immune system and can trigger a cold, in a New York second.
In my clinic I use various techniques to build up the immune
system naturally like acupuncture, herbs, homeopathic formulas,
vitamin therapy and detoxification protocols.
In India there are doctors of Ayurveda (Devanāgarī,
the ‘science of life’) medicine, that work with the chakras to
open up the blocks so a disease will stop reoccurring. Similar
techniques are used in Chinese medicine to open up the meridian
and Qi flow. All of these help to build our immune systems
There is another important factor to look at;. The emotions
play a key part in any dis-ease, colds and coughs are no
exception. They have to do with an imbalance the Metal
element.
The Metal element controls both the Lungs and Large Intestine
they have an emotional component attached to them its sadness
and grief. When you signed up for Dr. Wu Dhi’s Health and
Longevity tips http://www.Rechargingqigong.com I sent you a
great exercise to clear sadness and grief the old man by the
sea exercise.
When you build up to ½ of the exercise a day for 30 days you
can clear sadness and grief out of your system that you have
been holding onto for years.
There is something else I should tell you about that program.
In the Recharging Qi Gong Program
http://www.Rechargingqigong.com you’ll find at the end of the
book a set of exercises called the Yin Set. This alone is worth
the price of the entire package.
These are Super Powered exercises that will scoop up, mop up
any negative emotion and transform them into an everlasting
positive state of mind.
I wish you the Best in Health Wealth and Happiness
Dr. Wu Dhi
Tonight I’ve been working on something special.
Recently I have received many new signups to my daily emails
and several questions from many of these readers. I am working
on answering all of them but tonight I thought it might be
helpful to just give you a little more insight into who I am
and what my history and training is.
I have been working on my website especially my bio.
To get the goods on Dr. Wu Dhi and how I got my name you will
have to click here
http://www.energymedicineflorida.com/bio.html
If you want to know who some of my teachers have been over the
years you will have to scroll down to the bottom of the page.
I hope this helps answer many of your questions and gives you
an understanding of the foundation that my teachings come from.
Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi
PS: keep in mind the list of training and experience is
incomplete. Recently I have been encouraged to make a record of
my life’s studies and it’s proving to be a substantial task. I
hope you go to http://www.energymedicineflorida.com/bio.html
and see what I mean.
As I left for the office this morning I saw a young woman
dressed as a witch walking down the street with a pointy hat
and long green hair but instead of a long gown she was wearing
what looked like a bikini top and a very short skirt. Not the
kind of witch I remember seeing growing up but this is Miami
after all.
I do think the whole Halloween thing is fun and has a purpose.
Sure Halloween is a time for little kids to get candy and have
a fun time we all know that but there is a deeper meaning that
is more for adults.
The reason why Halloween is so popular is because of what is
deep inside of all of us; it’s not limited to any one culture.
Every culture on the planet has the idea of ghosts, goblins,
and everything else spooky. There is a name for “ghost”
and “witch” in almost every language.
Every culture has a traditional harvest celebration as the fall
passes into winter and we prepare for winter. In ancient times
the thought of winter alone was very scary.
Every culture has some sort of tradition for honoring the dead.
From the view of Chinese Medicine this is natural and has to do
with the changing of the seasons. As the nights become visibly
shorter and cooler we are reminded of our own mortality,
vulnerabilities and fear.
So we have a party and buffoon our own fears, play games, stay
up late, tell ghost stories and make being scared fun.
I saw a news story that said even though people were tightening
down their own spending because of the bad economy people were
spending MORE money this year on Halloween and parties and it
makes sense.
People are so freaked out these days with the economy, real
estate, troubles overseas and the election we need a break more
than ever.
Whether you call it Sowen, Teng Chieh, All Hallows Eve, Dia Del
Muerte, All Saints Day, Halloween or whatever, make the most of
it.
Take a moment and consider all the things you fear, fear
losing, or have already lost and miss dearly and consider what
it would take to smile or even laugh in the face of that.
Take a moment and breathe deeply and remember that there’s
something going on here beyond you. Your heart beats when you
don’t pay attention. Your lungs work even when you forget. All
the organs of the body are working to keep you alive every
moment of the day. It’s magical.
Take a moment and laugh be grateful that something is working
to keep you alive even if you get stressed out or captivated by
fear.
You can learn to consciously release stress, tension, and fear
and work on the behalf of your body but you have to first face
it, smile and let go.
Once you do that you can begin to work on the same side as your
body and bring even greater energy and happiness throughout
your body and your life. It’s what I do, it’s the nature of my
Medicine and the way I teach.
I’m giving out new teachings every month and sending out a DVD
every month along with a follow-up conference call every month
but it is only available to the members of the Inner Circle. I
had few new members sign up yesterday (welcome aboard!) and as
promised I’m sending them the DVD and recorded call with the 9
point rooting and grounding meditation in addition to all the
monthly goodies.
Plus 2009 Inner Circle members are going to get even more free
products in the next few months to test drive before I release
them to the general public.
I am in the process of preparing for the 2009 Qi Gong Inner
Circle and updating the website but I’m going to allow another

candy is fun to eat but its rarely an all natural product so
you want to keep flushing that stuff out of your body.
