The secret of 3 deep breaths

I woke to the sound of rain this morning. While lying in bed I took a few deep breaths to see if I could smell the rain. Then I remembered the secret of the 3 deep breaths.

The lungs need to be stretched every day.

It’s a use it or loose it situation.

If you don’t use your existing lung capacity you start to loose it.

The good news is that it is easy to get your lungs working again.

As easy as 3 deep breaths.

If you are able to start your day consciously with three deep breaths the rest of your day you will unconsciously breathe just a tiny bit deeper.

That tiny bit more oxygen can make all the difference.

If you stop anytime in the middle of your day and take three deep breaths you will continue to breath a little deeper for the next hour whether you are conscious of it or not.

It’s not difficult to change, to grow, or to stretch a little bit more everyday.

If you get the ball rolling your body will respond naturally and effortlessly.

Three deep breaths every now and again can change your lung capacity, bring mental clarity, improve vitality, and lead to a longer life. It’s really that easy to get the ball rolling.

Once you start moving in the right direction you will have more energy and more capacity to do and be more. Working out every day, eating right, and taking time to recharge your bodies flow of Qi all seem natural when you are moving in the right direction.

When it came to me learning all the secrets of Qi Gong and Longevity it was never a struggle and it was never “hard”, it was as simple as those 3 deep breaths.

I want to show you how easy it can be for you too.

If you haven’t already signed up for the Qi Gong Inner Circle (http://qigonginnercircle.com) I strongly urge you to do so. The members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle are going to be my primary focus this year and I want you to be among them.

What I have to give is life changing and my greatest reward is to see you benefit too.

I’ve made it as easy as possible to join and “test it out” because I’am offering a monthly subscription.

You can join up for a few bucks, get on a call next week, get your questions answered, learn some powerful techniques and exercises, and receive a special CD or DVD every month of mediation and Qi Gong.

Think of it as a test drive if you only want to join for a month. You can come learn as much as you want and leave any time no hard feelings.

Until then, keep breathing!

Wishing you Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: I will be visiting family, friends, and clients in Tampa this weekend so I will not be leading Qi Gong on the Beach on Saturday.

PPS: Turned out not to be rain. Another beautiful day in Miami!

The Difference Qi makes

WindThis morning I was working out and refining the Qi Gong Inner Circle lesson for this month, due to go out next week. As I promised in my letter at http://QiGongInnerCircle.com I intend to leave no one behind.

The first part of mastering your own Qi and opening the flow is really about bringing your attention to sensation and it is so easy to begin I have to share this with all of you.

Stand for a moment on both feet and bring your attention to the soles of your feet.

Balance yourself evenly between both feet and stand squarely donâ€t lean forward or backward just balance.

Now bring your attention to your belly and take three nice easy breaths.

Relax and be as still as possible.

Now feel your body, are you moving ever so slightly?

How is it moving?

Is it slumping forward or rocking back?

Are you all over the place like a kite blowing in the wind even though there is no wind?

There actually is a wind but the wind is internal not external.

The Qi is the internal force that moves the body. It is also true that by moving the body the movement of Qi can be intensified.

First we want to be able to feel this wind or Qi and then like using the sail on a ship we want to begin to capture the wind and use it to direct body in a powerful way.

This is the difference between those that know the way of Qi and those that don’t.

Those that know the way of Qi are riding in a Sailboat as powerful as those racing in the America Cup, crashing through the deepest swells in the Ocean and unstoppable.

Those who do not know the way of Qi are standing in a puddle waving a towel trying to catch the breeze.

Next week on our kick-off teleseminar for the Qi Gong Inner Circle I will be introducing those keys to opening the Qi and living a Strong, Powerful and Disease Free life.

I will be sending out the call date and time to all Qi Gong Inner Circle Members later today.

If you’re not an Qi Gong Inner Circle member you can still get on next week’s call by going to http://qigonginnercircle.com and signing up now.

It’s easy to do and I give you the option to sign up for the entire year a discounted rate or just try it out for a month.

Wishing you Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: I’m getting a lot of great feedback from everybody that’s been using the Recharging Qi Gong I love to hear from you and get your personal emails.

PPS: Qi Gong on the Beach has now moved to Saturday for all Qi Gong Inner Circle members. If you are a Qi Gong Inner Circle member and you would like to join us for a workout in Miami reply to this email and let me know. I or somebody from my staff will send you the place and time to meet.

Priceless Training

Several years ago I was working at the hospital in Harbin China on the boarder with Russia. I was studying with a great acupuncture physician and we would treat as many as 80 people a day.

Priceless training.

It was also there in Harbin that I strengthened and learned how precious my Qi Gong training was.

Every morning I would go down to the park to practice my Qi Gong, where hundreds of other people practiced and trained.

One morning my translator, Wen Chang, came to train with me.

He practiced a watered down version of Chairman Mao’s party Qi Gong. The real stuff went underground or out of mainland China during the Cultural Revolution or later surfaced here in the west.

Wen thought it was funny that an American actually did a morning Qi Gong routine and how a westerner new more about this ancient Chinese cultural treasure than he did.

My Chinese speaking was poor so I was glad Wen Chang came along that morning.

For the last six weeks prior I had been watching a particular old man practice in the park and I wanted to speak with him.

Every morning He rode his bike to the park and practiced not too far away from me so I knew just were to find him.

Sure enough he was there. I could see the energy moving through his body as he trained.

His experience was self evident, this was the real deal.

With Wen’s help, I introduced myself as a Di Fu (Doctor) from the USA and inquired if we could ask a few questions.

He graciously agreed.

He revealed he was 87 years old. I told him how incredible it was that he could still ride his bike at that age. With a puzzle look on his face, he replied, “If I didn’t ride my bike, how else would I carry my groceries home or even get around?””

You see, this old Chinese man rode his bike and practiced Qi Gong everyday and it never crossed his mind to ever give up or quit because of his age.

Mentally and physically he was staying young.

Later he went on to teach me some of the secrets to moving energy and using a wave like motion to really move the internal flow of Qi in the meridians.

He was a master of Nei Gong (internal energy) as well as Qi Gong.

This year I am going to be teaching this powerful technique (and many others) to a select group of practitioners.

I have never taught these things in public previously and have never recorded this type of training.

This is way beyond going through the motions.

This is about waking the Qi from deep inside and building a radiant fire of energy inside you that both protects and tonifies your body.

I hope you are ready for the adventure, go to http://qigonginnercircle.com now and sign up.

Wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi
