Anti-aging, longevity, Taoist magic

Are you Getting Old to Soon?

I was talking to a group of
very interesting doctors who
are working on the cutting
edge of medicine. They are
committed to slowing down
the aging process and
eliminating and preventing
age-related disease. The
topic of discussion was
“What else can be done to
improve the quality of life
and increase the length of
our existence?” They are all
members of the American
Academy of Anti-Aging
Medicine (A4M). The group
is made up of mostly doctors
and scientists who are
dedicated to the advancement
of technology to detect,
prevent, and treat aging-related
disease and to promote research
into methods to retard and
optimize the human aging
process. The international
group is also dedicated to
educating physicians,
scientists, and members of
the public on anti-aging issues.

One doctor asked me this,
“Dr. Wu Dhi, from your perspective,
what else could be done to
prolong the human life span?”
Although our backgrounds in the
health field are very different,
we are dedicated to the same outcome,
“LONGEVITY”.

I am considered an expert in
anti-aging medicine with a
specialty in an unorthodox field,
“Energy Medicine”. I have been
studying and practicing anti-aging
techniques based on the Eastern
philosophies of India, China and
the Tibetan systems of longevity
for the past 35 years. I have
personally tried all types of
diets from Dr. Atkins protein diet,
vegetarian, and vegan, blood type
diet and an all-raw food diet.
I have fasted for weeks at a time,
cleansed and purified my system a
multitude of times, practiced yoga,
Pilates, Tai Chi and Qi Gong,
and a whole slew of others in
between. I have studied Chinese
Medicine, Medical Qi Gong, Polarity
Therapy, Applied Kinesiology,
numerous forms of massage,
Neuro-linguistic programming
and a host of other healing
techniques, with the main focus
being anti-aging. Have I found the
health that I am looking for,
the secrets to longevity? Yes and No!

Living a long, healthy life is more
about balance than it is about diet,
the latest drugs, stem cell therapy
or exercise. I can remember my Master
saying this over and over as I trained.
(Not too hot, not too cold, not too
dry and not too wet). It’s all about
moderation that is the key to a long
healthy and productive life…

As a young man, I trained 2 or 3 times
daily, ate and drank only the purest
foods I could find, took herbal and
homeopathic medicines to increase my
energy and keep myself and patients
healthy, and pushed myself to my limits
in just about everything I did, until I
finally learned and applied the power
of moderation to my life.

Yes, you would say that I was driven
or excessive-compulsive in everything
I did and sometimes, I would end up
either getting hurt or over-amped in
body and mind. The good part is that
I have acquired a very large body of
knowledge on longevity, what to do and
definitely what not to do.

In May 2007, I put together a program
to share with my students and patients
to give them the knowledge and
techniques needed to change their lives
in many domains. The program includes
the spiritual aspects of meditation and
relaxation, diet, internal exercises,
nutrition and the charts and maps to
do so. Since it has started, I have
produced more than 80 CD’s and DVD’s
that the members of the Qi Gong Inner
Circle group receives monthly. If you
are ready to step outside of the box
and make some changes that will increase
your chances for a longer and healthier
life, join us and become a member of
the Qi Gong Inner Circle today.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness!

P.S. In most of the activities that
we do, we produce too much heat.
These cause the system to dry up
and age much quicker than it should.
That’s why, I practice the internal
exercises daily. They actually
hydrate the internal organs and will
keep the body cooler, happier and
healthier. www.qigonginnercircle.com
